I love Chick-Fil-A! The food is always good & fresh, but most importantly the employees are always polite and friendly. The new one in Odessa is really decorated nicely and kept clean, so it makes it a nice place to eat. I also really like the outdoor patio. Thanks for doing such a great job...MY PLEASURE!
They are just opening and you can tell a lot of employees are new to Chick-fil-A and possibly new to fast food. Im willing to be a little patient with the service side of things while they learn. The food was awesome and I didn’t have to wait long!
The have the fastest drive through times and their people are always very professional. They've adapted well to taking care of customers during the pandemic. I eat here regularly and think they provide excellent food and service.
The most amazing Chic Fil A I’ve ever been too, not just for the way it’s built but that is the best damn customer service I’ve gotten in a long time. Whoever was working drive thru that day was so kind, the whole staff that helped me had that positive energy that just rubs off on you. Would love to come back here. Food was phenomenal.
I love this Chik Fil A 💕 I am a regular as my son is autistic and very particular about having his nuggets every day. They DEFINITELY have their things in order as opposed to the Chik Fil A on 42nd. I never have any issues with my orders and the staff is lovely.
The food and staff excellent. The prices comparable to fast food This particular day I had an emergency. My sugar dropped. It was the closest place to pull. My phone wasn't working properly. Nate the manager helped me make contact with home. I know this was not life and death. But he helped make it better.
I never was a big chick fil a fan, my wife tried forever to get me liking it, it was always ok. But with the way their employees and app, custom orders, selection are it is really great. The app is awesome, their rewards are nice. Employees always seem happy to help you, very nice. Food selection is great these days, the sauces rock they aren't stingy like most places are around here. Will definitely keep coming back with service like this.
The heavy set manager is very rude and also I order same thing everytime I go and they messed up on my fries cause I wanted them extra crispy the girl at window didn't believe me and I had to walk back to my truck from drive thru. Get my bag and show her then they asked me for the fries back through the window and refried them after I touched them they put it back in grease they cook fresh fries in. I thought they wasn't even suppose to take food back cause of cross cantamination. Very rude and the workers don't pay attention to details of customers order. Chick FIL a is good some of the workers are not. They need to implement more on the customer is always right instead of arguing with them.
Chick-fil-a in Odessa has the most amicable owner and staff! I took the kids in for lunch and they were blessed and got a mini tour of how the staff hand breads the chicken with the owner! Dad” who is the owners actual “Dad” was kind enough to pose for a picture with the kids! I would say it it’s the best atmosphere for customers that I have seen! Great job chick-fil-a
You know it's good but this location tried to serve me a grilled Cobb salad with four nuggets not the stripes I asked for. No tomatoes the smallest egg in world a pinch of cheese. With three acres of lettuce. So disappointed never have I experienced this treatment from chick-fa-let. Worst store ever.
The food here is great, but if you're going through the drive-thru, make sure you're ready for that commitment. Unless you're at the end of an extremely long line, you're stuck until the end. No escape. They did a good job planning customer traps though.
Great customer service and great food
There was this one woman who worked there. She was picking up the lobby and cleaning tables HOWEVER she would stop what she was doing to open the playroom door like a million times so that my friend and I didn't have to get up every five minutes. She made my day.
Welcoming environment, consistently good, hot food , outstanding customer service and courteous staff every time I go. It's getting more and more rare to get a genuine smile, greeting, and eye contact from any restaurants these days, so make sure to treat the staff here well to encourage them.
Food - great as always. Service - great as always. Atmosphere was the equivalent of Tay Tay concert stuffed into one restaurant, don't recommend going during lunch time during the week, high school kids flooded the place.
This is also a fantastic place! We take our school teams here frequently and they always do a fantastic job!

Always friendly. Food is consistently good. And I’m glad they’re closed on Sunday. 10 months later… Met the owner today…Nate. Easy to see why the employees are friendly. Very friendly and took the time to chat for a minute. Was a pleasure to meet him.
They may need another remodel lol it gets way too full in the inside during lunch hours, but the overall experience has been great at this location.

I probably went inside once when this location first opened. Typically, it's a drive thru order 90% of time I go to this location. Lines could be long and wrapped around the parking lot. But service is always fast. Foods always fresh. Will continue to go. Always good eats.
Great food, great service. It's getting pricey, but so is everything. Only minor complaint is that they come up for your order in the drive through before you even make it up to the menus. I know it's how they keep the line moving, but it's still awkward.

Always the best fast food place to go to. Employees always make you feel like you're their long lost cousin despite just getting a drive thru order. What makes it more of a rewarding experience is the Chick-Fil-A app where we can redeem free food after getting so many points. I'd pick CFA over any other fast food any day.
I visited the university location for breakfast but couldn't get burrito because It was past breakfast. The cashier Ms. Kayla tried to help but I was unlucky everything has been discarded. However, after some days I went back for breakfast and I was surprised the cashier remembered me from the other day and the type of burrito I had ordered. It's a good customer service approach and I commend her for that. I enjoyed my bacon burrito and granola parfait. I rate 💯 for customer service.

I made my first online catering order for pickup @6:15pm, went to pick it up, got there at 6:10pm. My order wasn’t ready, after a couple of minutes, I kept asking if they can check on my order, they didn’t come back with an update. Got my order 30 minutes later! Also, i asked for sauces, they gave me 4 sauces for a tray of 60 nuggets! she rudely put them in the bag and handed me my order. Then came home, to find out we got the wrong tray! Update: chick-Fil-a reached out to me the very next day, apologized for the mix up and they made it right. 👍🏽🙂
This is really just a natural outcome of the environment CFA creates but people are annoying. During my visit, there were tables watching things on their phones at an unnecessarily loud volume and kids were screaming in and out of the play area. It makes an enjoyable experience much more difficult to have. That said, I placed my order without any issue using the app. The food was great and the wait times were short. Would recommend going when things are quieter.
Although newly built, the staff is very friendly. The GM (I assume) was very polite and took the time out to check on me while I waited for my food even though she seemed rather busy. The only issue I’ve ever had here is the wait time. I assume because it’s a new store and they’re still getting their groove. The good news is every time I go they seem be to getting faster and faster.
I really like coming here every time I’m in Odessa. The salads could be better but honestly your coming here for the chicken. They seem up to date with Covid-19 regulations. They wear mask and stand away from the door of your vehicle . They are are also very efficient and patient when placing your order. The little ones seem to like the food and the fact they come with educational toys. Definitely recommend!!!
Chick-fil-A is always good, I just don't like eating in at a fast food type place....it doesn't bother me at like Chili's, Hooter's, etc. I'm weird for that, but it doesn't bother me a'tall.

Usually I love Chick-fil-A, but this particular occasion we came inside, HUGE MISTAKE, we stood in line for 30 mins, and when we finally got to order there was like 1 place to sit left, but the door with a wobbly table that kept knocking my cup over, but we got our food, it was burnt. It was ok.. I always get the 30 count nugget when I go bc I have kids, well the girl asked if 7 chic Fila sauce would be good and I said perfect, but only received 3....idk if there's a shortage or someone just can't read.
So my wife placed the order on her phone with the mobile app. Waited to pick it up until we got an email confirmation. Wellllll, I got there expecting the same outstanding customer service I've received at previous Chic Fil A. They couldnt find the order in their system. I gave them the name and confirmation number. The staff wasnt rude, per say, but i kept having to prove that we placed the order. Finally had to place the order again, but felt like it was an inconvenience for them. The food was great. 3 Cobb salads. But they didn't include the right dressings. Over all, not a stellar performance compared to other Chick Fil A locations.

Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite places to eat. We just moved to town excited to eat here and was the first time ever going to a Chick-fil-A and not one of the employees smiled, said hello how's your day, have a nice day. Not once did they make eye contact. Blew my mind tbh.
Unfortunately, this Chick-fil-A is not up to the standards of other Chick-fil-A‘s. I love the food and the chicken, however every time that I have gone to this Chick-fil-A, there is always an item missing and a long waiting period. Sometimes I get lunch during the week in which it is very busy due to all the high school students going to the same Chick-fil-A. In that case, I have always given them a break on mistakes because of how busy they are at the moment. That being said, there have been times that I’ve gone when it’s not busy and still only get half of my order. I’m to the point that I’m always having to check through all my food items just to make sure that I got everything before I go into my vehicle. I seem to always have a better experience at the Chick-fil-A on 42nd St. or even the Chick-fil-A on 191. Not sure if this Chick-fil-A is failing because of poor management or low staffing. Not saying that this Chick-fil-A is the worst restaurant ever but it is now on the same level as any other fast food restaurant.

I stopped there on my way to work last night to get a quick something before work and it turned into the most frustrating visit I have had there ! Started by telling the guy who seemed new that I wanted just the regular sandwich with just cheese and tomato after like 3 times just saying not the meal just the sandwich I finally through to the guy ! My son and I ordered and we get charged more then what we should have and I questioned this but I was told that was the total not until I was leaving and saw the receipt that he charged me for 3 drinks when I only got 2 ; so I went back and got my money back for that; I absolutely hate pickles on my chicken sandwich so that is the reason I never ordered them and it said on the receipt my sandwich was just cheese and tomatoes but while I’m driving to work I took a bite of my sandwich and found pickles on my sandwich ; so disappointed in that visit !!

Definitely loosing what made chik fil a unique in order to herd as many as quickly through the drive-through. Was not greeted, had my food and drinks passed in to me, and I checked the bag (obviously an issue to the attendant), did not get the sauce I requested, and asked for two sauces. Had them handed to me, and before they even hit my hand, I was ordered to pull forward. Obviously, it's a drive though, as soon as I put the sauce down and can grip the steering wheel, I am going to pull forward! There is no need to be rude to patrons. To make it worse, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles. My sandwich only had ONE pickle, so much for extra. Bun was also extremely soggy, which can only lead me to believe it's a pre-made sandwich left over from lunch rush. The first bad experience at a chik fil a, will choose a different location next time we visit odessa.
I normally love Chick-fil-A, today I was craving a sandwich. This is the second time I got it where the cheese was half on the sandwich and half out the box, bacon only on one side and my lettuce is smaller than a sauce packet.😞 I know Chick-fil-A really counts on their employees to go above and beyond and normally they do. But maybe this crew needs a small reminder about quality.

the passed several times I have had a awful experience! I ordered curbside, my order took 30 minuets!! I went inside to see what was the hold up which I didn’t want to do, obviously if I ordered curbside, they were rude inside!! Came today, went through the drive thru, they left out one of my meals. Called to let them know, the offer to replace the sand which. I want my entire order replace!!! It would be cold by the time I go all the way back from home! Horrible , this chick FIL a is going down the tubes. Use to be great but now they won't pay attention to you unless you are RUDE. You have better luck going through the drive thru MAYBE if they don't forget part of your order. I don't know if the management changed or maybe try going earlier in the day. But going to chik fil a at dinner time is the worst , no one cares or checks orders. You could probably take someone's elses order and no one would notice. They care more about their closing duties than customer service.
The manager on duty on 4/13/2024 in the morning shift is completely unprofessional. My order was messed up TWICE. First time no egg on our biscuits. Second time apparently only partial of the order had egg the rest incorrect again.And instead of correcting her workers, in a very rude tone she asks her worker “which customer brought you this?!” as if she were about to scold a customer. Come to find out the one she opened had egg but when another was opened it was missing egg. She did not bother to apologize for the mishap or her tone. This isn’t the environment Chick-fi-la is known for.
I am very disappointed in this location because the manager Wendy is very rude and always has an attitude with all the customers and staff. When I ordered the new cloudberry lemonade, she insisted I get a different drink because they did not make the drink. I knew it was a lie because the way I ordered it was the way it was promoted. As a customer that goes everyday I am disappointed in this location. The workers are treated poorly and I saw an employee with regular clothing… something that shouldn’t not be taken lightly for health reasons. I will not be eating here again sadly.
I came through the drive thru ordered a sausage burrito I received a chicken burrito it may not sound like a big deal but there were a lot of cars and yes the line did move quickly however I think they need to pay more attention to the quality of their service instead of the quantity
I’ve been to many, many chick-fil-a’s in different cities and I have always appreciated the friendly service. This location has completely disappointed. I normally place a mobile order out of convenience and patiently wait in my car until I receive the “your order is ready.” Today I waited, went in, was greeted by no one for almost 10 minutes (even though the manager stood in front of me for a few of those minutes). I continued to wait for a total of 20 minutes. When I tried to speak to someone about this issue I was quickly cut off and not even allowed to speak. It was explained to me that during this time there is a 10-13 minute wait and there is nothing that can be done. I then tried to explain that yes I understand because I waited that time in my car then came in. I was then told that the app is nationwide and out of their control and they have no idea why I received the “your order is ready” when clearly it was not. I will never return to this location again.
I love Chick-fil-A... it’s always so fast and attentive except for today. The cashier (Sarah) was being very rude and threw my change at me. There was no problem so I have no idea why she would do something like that.
There was only one person taking orders when I arrived at this location. There were at least two employees wearing blue shirts and the rest were in maroon shirts behind the counter and no one bothered to say "We will be with you shortly" or "I can help the next customer in line." When I received my order I checked to make sure that my order was correct and it was missing the waffle fries to complete my order. As I was waiting to be helped once again another employee in a blue shirt was on the phone and stated"your order is not correct." [You think was running through my mind.] The employee on the phone beckoned for another employee who was wearing a blue shirt to inform him that my order was not correct and it was not sacked correctly. While this scene was being played out the employee who brought me my order never said a mumbling word to me. He never stkpped what he was doing to ask if there was something wrong with my order. I know it was Friday night and school was out for two days but WOW, what great "customer service." I guess it was my pleasure last night.
I go here quite often, and I have given them several chances, but this location is not good. The service is horrible. They are extremely slow and rude, it's disappointing, since you go there for the service. I'm not sure if 42nd, has the same owner, but they sure could learn a lesson from them. 11-14-18*** My son wanted to go there for his birthday, so we did, on 11-12-18. And boy did they disappoint again. It was about 5:45 pm, and there weren't a lot of people inside or in the drive-thru. Our food came fast, but it was cold. They really lack good service. Even though it is a fast food restaurant, you still expect a certain quality, especially from Chick Fi La, and they've been missing the mark everytime. I've been trying to send an email, to the address that was provided to me in the response from the owner, without success.
Very dissatisfied with service. Nothing compared to the average Chick-fil-a quality! Ordered a barbecue bacon burger but wanted crispy. Came out grilled. No big deal til I went to the front and waited forever to get assistance. At least 5 employees looked at me just standing there. Every single time I come to this location my order is always wrong. The people at the drive thru are the worst. I asked for buffalo sauce at the window cause it wasn't in the bag after I had previously asked for it. And the girl there told me next time I have to ask for it when I order which I did, but on my receipt it wasn't on there. After that I checked my food and it was extremely cold & it was wrong i asked for no tomatoes, fries were half-way filled and to top it off my drink was wrong.
Absolutely worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had I came in to order a Cobb salad with a spicy filet and I asked them to make one simple adjustment and chop the filet , however management due to being busy did not want to help or chop the filet , said due to cross contamination when I saw a employee in the restroom not even wash there hands . Will not return to this location
The manager Racheal was so snobby I told her I was missing a fri and she just started to get loud with me. And wouldn’t give me my Fri like I paid for it just because yall are just don’t mean to treat the customers with disrespect. Slowest chick fil a in town. Consistently. Morning, noon, or night. Tried to order a 60 count tray on April 10th to pickup 45 minutes later but was told they needed 2 hours. The lady working catering told me I could order 3 twenty counts from the app to pickup but yet she was too busy to take my phone order and drop 60 nuggets. lol. She acted like I was ordering a 600 count. If it was truly “my pleasure” at this place then show some customer service and drop those nugs.

Ordered 4 meals for 40$ and was just given 2 sauces tell me how am I going to pay 10$ per meal and still get no sauces when I strictly asked for them
NO STARS!! If you go through the drive thru CHECK ALL YOUR FOOD!! I ordered Mac n cheese i was given noodles with burnt cheese & they stirred it up hid it in the middle so I couldn't see it through the lid!! RIDICULOUS!! THE ONLY CHEESE ON THE NOODLES ARE BURNT They literally gave me butter noodles with burnt cheese 🤬🤬 ABSOLUTELY disgusting I'll never understand why people serve people trash like this!! IF they wouldn't eat it why do they expect me to eat it. I paid for edible food & was served trash!! I absolutely will not ever go back!! Literally every restaurant in Odessa is full of incompetent employees that serve trash that they definitely wouldn't eat 🤬🤬🤬
This Chick-fil-A gives Chick-fil-A a bad name!!! People are rude or could care less. Order was wrong asked for no cheese and it had cheese!!! Asked for 1 extra bell pepper for my salad and they wanted to charge me? My grilled nugget Cobb salad had 3 nuggets on it!!! WTH I hate hate this Chick-fil-A!!! I am never coming back!!!!!! Yall should go to Chick-fil-A in Midland on Village Circle. Experience is amazing!!! Portions are good and they don’t charge for extras!!!
This is the worst chick fil a in Odessa kids are rude and are just standing there talking while I was waiting for them to tell me to pull forward, and on top of that chicken was soggy and they forgot my sauce I even made sure to ask because they were being rude stick to the one on 42nd
Horrible customer service tried to explain that I had been waiting on the right lane for them to take my order Jessica gave me the uglies attitude and said it has been work when I told her they have only been taking orders from the left lane she gave the ugliest look and ask “what to you want” when they took my order out I asked Shawn for her name he couldn’t remember but luckily the receipt had her name.
Horrible customer service. Waited on a mobile carry out order for 40 minutes inside. Not one employee asked if I'd been helped or for a name on an order. Four different doordash drivers walked in, got helped, walked out, all while my food is sitting there getting cold the entire time.
Came in to get food and while in line there was a volleyball team that came in and the guy behind the counter told us he’s helping them instead WHILE we were already waiting. Then after ordering my food i waited 20 minutes before asking for my food, apparently they gave my order to someone else and only thing they gave me was fries. Didn’t even attempt to fix my order, just offered more fries. 1 star is more than generous for this experience.
Store# 3975 Odessa Tx on university & Andrews Highway. Definitely might be my last time ordering at this location. I’m a very picky person, eater. I was told from two top managers how to order my salad. (Only lettuce and the Chick-fil-A nuggets) every time I’m here I get a different story if it’s not those two managers here it’s a constant issue and it’s annoying at that I was told there was two different lettuces. I never knew there was two different lettuces. They gave me purple lettuce instead of regular lettuce. When I asked for them to fix the lettuce, a man told me let me see if the back can change it for you. He came up to the front and chose to give me a refund instead of correcting it. On top of that they gave my sister the wrong cheese on her sandwich and gave my mom a totally different meal then what she asked for on her recipe. There’s literally a couple beside me both eating salads and I can clearly see they have more lettuce than I do(also different race). I come to this location too often for it to be a problem every time these two managers are not here.If they’re unable to do it, I would rather want the blunt truth then them being lazy, and not wanting to do it. It’s Simple. Yes, I can clearly go home and buy me a thing of lettuce and just order their nuggets and take it home and make it myself but after a long day of work I would rather just come in order what I am wanting and eat it and go home and rest clearly, I still don’t understand but I see that’s what’s happening at this location. I guess I’ll just have to ask for those two managers schedule to have something done right?
There was a piece of plastic embedded into my chicken sandwich which caused me to get sick and could have been very dangerous if a child would have eaten this and was not aware of the different texture. I am surprised in the quality of the food that I got yesterday and never had this issue with this company
Hello....Chik Fil A i am stunned..... I literally found a green fry....lord.... This is so weird? Is this normal? Help? My toddler almost ate this fry. Disgusting. Do better. Can't believe my eyes. We didn't eat the other fries..wow. lost my appetite. They look fine on the surface but might be going bad. No wonder the fries tasted dry and old.
