Why is the music in the lobby soooo loud? And it’s like burning hot in between the drink machines.

I ordered 2 texas double Whopper meals. When I got home with my meal the first french fry I pulled out there was an end of a French fry it was green. This is my bad I should have looked at the oder in the car. I'm sure this is just dye from the bag but it gets harder and harder to order a decent meal from so many places please do better. I didn't come back to the store because it's raining so badly that there is 6 inches of standing water in my front yard and it's hard to get in and out of the gate. All I'm saying is please do better I really like the Texas whoppers.

The line at McDonalds was long tonight so we decided to give Burger King a try...huge mistake. I got a rehashed whopper with a broken patty tossed on top and cold fries. I wasn't asked what I wanted to drink, I was instead almost handed what they decided I wanted until I spoke up. I get these mistakes if they had been busy...but the inside and drive through were barren. Your food isn't good enough to make up for such a poor customer experience.

Condiments not even on the burger and that short Mexican guy always has the worst attitude every night he just threw our bag in the car and shut the glass real fast

I was pretty frustrated getting my DoorDash order from them. Bag was sealed and everything but how do you miss a whole whopper ? I only ordered 3. Kids have been sick so it would have been much more convenient to get what I ordered. Unfortunately had to go back and complain. I would highly recommend not getting delivery with BK so you can make sure your order is accurate. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either.

After the remodel their is no personal experience with a worker. Now all order by a machine. Never been back and it use to be the only one I would go to . It was The best. In Ontario Oregon

My husband had come in and asked for manager to speak to he stood there five minutes knowing you saw him , treated him like he was nothing, But if I myself come in I get treated differently because am Hispanic that's not right we will not be coming back

Do not recommend got the food pretty fast but they messed up on my entire order forgot most of my food the food was cold besides the onion rings

Poor customer service in the lobby over 45 minutes for one combo meal to go and to dine in another minutes and when asked about our food we got attitude 🙄

Had a bad experience last time and gave them another shot this evening. never again. Waited 30mins then the food was all cold and spent 55$. Then got home and had half my meal eaten and saw a hair inside the chicken fry. .🤮 I took a picture but I can't post it..seriously go get frozen food before u come here and waste time and money

For months I didn’t eat here cause they always make mistakes and then act like it’s the customer lying. I should have stayed away. I got 2 classic wraps and a fry. The fries had so much salt I had to put them in a strainer and shake them to get as much salt off as I could. The wraps didn’t have any sauce, the chicken was inedible. I couldn’t even bite through it. There was a really hard long piece on the chicken, and also no lettuce.So tired of giving money to businesses that don’t even do the bare minimum of making sure the food is at least edible. YUCK!

Really nice employees but man this place is sloooooow. 20 minutes by the time we got our meal. Beyond ridiculous for 8pm with an empty dining room and drive through. Whoever is managing this store is doing a terrible job. Burger King corporate wake up!
