Good atmosphere obliging waiting staff and promt service, and to put the tin lid on it the food was presentable and hot.

Really impressed with our family meal here, we'd been warned off from people saying the brand had gone down hill etc but i can honestly say we had the best night. Food was amazing, beer was cold, I could watch the baseball on the big screen while eating, kids were happy and so was the wife. Will be top of our list next trip!

Very reasonable we picked starter & two meals for $25 vey nice good size portions.

My wife and I stopped by Applebee’s Grill + Bar for a midday lunch, and it turned out to be a really enjoyable little break in the middle of the day. The service truly stood out. The young woman working that shift was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. She made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down and struck that perfect balance between being present and giving us space to relax. It’s the kind of service that quietly elevates the whole experience. The food was also very good — fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. Exactly what you hope for at lunch: satisfying, well-prepared, and served efficiently without feeling rushed. We could sit back, talk, and actually enjoy the moment together. The atmosphere during lunch was calm and comfortable, making it easy to unwind a bit. A simple lunch date done right — great service, good food, and a genuinely pleasant experience overall. We’d happily come back again.

Mark, Jeremy, & Ashley were all so friendly !!! the onions rings were amazing and my drink that ashley made at the bar was BOMBBB , Jeremy was so friendly and made great conversation right along with Ashley :) & Mark nicely introduced himself , overall nice and hardworking team , definitely gonna come more often, shoutout to you guyss !!

Matthew D really made our experience feel like fine dining. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out a few things we like and was not only able to have easy and fun chit chat, but gave us perfect recommendations on the menu. We will be dining here again purely because of his wonderful service. We hope that he feels appreciated by not only the people he serves but also his management because we truly believe he deserves it (and any other good things that may come his way).

Food was ok. But Brian made sure we walked out happy and satisfied. We bought a 2/25 and the salad was not good . And after we asked him Not to he the manager that we was ok he still did. The manager Joe was an amazing person . That’s restaurant need more managers like him . Brian was amazing and so was Joe . So for that I will gladly come back with family cause of them .

I came with a party of 7 towards the end of the night we sat by the entrance . And our server Brian did amazing . Food came out quick . Nice and hot and he was on top of everything . Staff seemed to all get along and that says a lot about management and his team. So if I can give more stars to this restaurant and Brian I will. Great job and Brian keep up the good work . Yesterday was my birthday, and I had an amazing experience at Applebee’s thanks to our server, Brian. Even though this location doesn’t sing Happy Birthday, he still went out of his way to make the day special. He took great care of me and my family from start to finish. You need more servers like him his energy, professionalism, and kindness make a real difference. I’m truly grateful, and he’s a great asset to your company. Brian recommended the bourbon steak and it was delicious!!!

This was one of our favourite places. During our 10 days in Orlando, we went here 3 times. Everytime, the service was amazing and the food was delicious and well priced. The staff couldn't do enough. Would 100% go back if we're on I-Drive for future holidays. In particular, the spinach and artichoke dip is delightful. Didn't think we'd enjoy but my golly, YUM!

I liked my meal, server was nice and the 5$ cupid drink was the best bang for buck you'll find nearby as alcohol goes. My girlfriend, however, did not enjoy her salmon and mash potato meal. It was her first time experiencing potato skin in mashed potatoes and I'm not sure if that is common around here, however, definitely didn't give a better taste to it. Her meal came with broccoli but looked desaturated and lifeless. (I guess not many people order the side of mashed potatoes and broccoli because the server wanted to confirm she indeed wanted it as her side.) I ordered the all you can eat for 14.99 meal which was a good deal however something just looks off with the Buffalo sauce on my chicken (see pictures below) almost like it was sun-dried onto them 24 hours ahead of time. Tasted okay but I'm not that picky.

I was really excited about Tipsy Cupid drink being back. First time i had it 3 years ago, and the presentation was so cute, the gummy the goblet it was served in was just so festive. And second year it is a disappointment. There is no gummy lips in it, and this year it was not even served in the goblet, just regular glass. No smoocho in my mucho. And it just started...wow..i do not think i will be back next year...

I visited this location at 11:50pm, this location closes at 1am. I know it was late but the service was unsatisfactory we set at the bar to be taken care of more directly and enjoy a few drinks. There was no servers, the bartender took all the orders foe the restaurant. Even though the bartender was around it took around 15 uncomfortable minutes for the bartender to even ask us if we wanted drinks. At this point we were ready to order food, we were ignored until the drinks arrived. At this point we decided against ordering food and just ordered an appetizer closed the check and left. I won't return.

Food was warm, not hot. When both meals are a sizzling platter and it doesn’t sizzle, it does take away from the experience. Drinks were refilled and the server was pleasant.

We had a party of 4 and were greeted by a very friendly woman named Lou Lou I think 5 stars for her. Then we were sat with a waiter named Brian who was terrible! So we asked to speak to a manager and after waiting 30 min an old man came outta the back and told us his name was Joe or something like that and he was the manager on the shift. He acted like our problems with Brian being arrogant and disregarding our issues finally just turned around mid conversation and walked off. So we asked again to speak to a manger and he refused to come back to our table! The only reason for the 3 stars was the food was Great and the lady at the front set the atmosphere for the place. Need to have more of the hostess attitude in that place and it would be great!

Visited Oct 2025 Unfortunately not the experience we thought we were going to get ..After reading and seeing good reviews and being one of the closest restaurants to our hotel...Started off well , got a seat straight away and our waiter was great .. Then the food came out !!! Only Three meals out of 4 came out and the 4th meal , which was only a cheese cheese burger sandwich..which on the menu looked good .. Didn't appear untill the rest of us had finish ..!! When it did appear we were very disappointed and to be told the reason it was late was because the patty was taking longer to defrost...!! information you don't really want to hear ... My to kids were very under whelmed..Mine was ok , chicken , cheese and mushrooms which waffle fries..(like a hunters chicken.. The only good thing was the large beer glasses you get and at a reasonable price..The waiter did manage to get the sandwich removed from our bill.. Overall we were disappointed , probably the worst meal of our 2 week holiday 😞.

This place needs to be staffed better and the kitchen staff need better training. Our server was lovely to begin with but became pretty sassy as time went on. I understand you’re busy but we waited 20 minutes for tap water and a Pepsi. I ordered the quesadilla chicken salad which arrived with half of the ingredients missing (pico, cheese). I had to ask for it and showed the picture from the website with what I ordered. I was met with a very sarcastic ‘that’s why we have pictures on the website- so that you can compare your meal!!’. By the time it arrived I was half way through my bowl of lettuce and watery dressing. My friend ordered the nachos with an extra surprise treat of a block of frozen sour cream. We also ordered some wings which were fine but were double charged for the ranch which was met with more sassiness from the server. We would’ve expected at least a small discount considering the issues with our food but weren’t offered anything of the sort. We were told it was a busy night, however the restaurant was at maybe 70% capacity and very understaffed. We heard some sass towards other customers too. More training would be beneficial- especially in the kitchen. Below average overall.

Food was overcooked. Had to re order my boneless wings because of how burnt they were. Also, ordered chicken parmesan and the pasta was overcooked and with barely any sauce. The building does need some serious cleaning the lamp shades have dead bugs and hair. The atmosphere in this place feels odd. The lightning its depressing.

We came in a party of seven, we had to wait for a while at the door but that's understandable for a Saturday evening in orlando. Several things about this location have ended our visits here. Our server was Jackson and he did very well meeting our needs in a timely manor he was very attentive, however, he looked miserable as did every other employee I seen here. Towards the end of our meal we could hear a man screaming at another employee that he was the manager and what he says goes if he doesn't like it he can be terminated right now or speak to Mike or Mark about it. He was so loud degrading this employee we heard it in the dining area so no wonder the employees look miserable with management speaking to them this way. No one should be spoke to the way that man was speaking to this person. I will be contacting cooperate about this! As a business owner myself I find this extremely disgusting and this manager needs to be removed from abusing these poor people working under him! Our food was delicious nonetheless. Will not return to a place that allows the people who represent them to be degraded and disrespected by management!!

Place an order on DoorDash and received my food with a hair in the mozzarella sticks. Called the manager to complain and let him know and he acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Said he’s going to send me a gift card for the cost of the mozzarella stick, but he had a nonchalant attitude and told me how he’s not sure where the hair came from because neither one of the people working there have a black curly hair and that they’re both wearing hairnets. 10 minutes to get a drink sent down to us. Plates left on table and only cleared when bill was being paid. Server was not attentive in the slightest. "Mac and cheese" was watery penne pasta and inedible slop. Save your money and spend your time somewhere else that might actually serve you this century.

So me and my family went to this spot at 11 at night, when we went inside they only had two tables. So they seated us and it took 35 minutes to get our drinks..... Be careful if paying by card. They have just updated (stole) from my charges by adding an extra "tip" two days after we ate there. Food was good, service on the day was decent. Stealing money afterwards was criminal.

Truly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Immediately upon entering, the bathroom is absolutely disgusting and half of the stalls/urinals were closed off. After waiting to use the only available stall I get back to my table ( about 10 minutes pass ) and the server still has not greeted my table. After waiting about 5 more minutes the server came over and he took our drink and food order. We both only asked for water. 15 more minutes pass and we don’t see the server again in total we’ve been sitting in this Applebees about 30 minutes and still have no food or drink. My pregnant fiancé became extremely frustrated and lost her appetite so we left. There were several tables that came in after us and received food and drink, even drinks from the bar. All the while we sat thirsty and again couldn’t even get as much as a water. Additionally the server was literally nowhere to be found the entire time. Super disappointing and probably won’t be to any Applebees anytime soon and for sure will never be back to this location. WOW!

Stood at front door for 7 to 8 minutes before manager strolled out of kitchen. We were sat and observed 4 to 5 tables without food. One waitress was moving very slowly, did not even approach table nor offer drinks for almost 10 more minutes. Service was atrocious, seat was dirty and table not clean. Unfortunately, today Applebee’s lost a point with me because of this situation. I hope management addresses this, because moments like this can easily push loyal customers away.

Stood at front door for 7 to 8 minutes before manager strolled out of kitchen. We were sat and observed 4 to 5 tables without food. One waitress was moving very slowly, did not even approach table nor offer drinks for almost 10 more minutes. Service was atrocious, seat was dirty and table not clean. Would not ever recommend this place to anyone. We left in discust.

Truly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Immediately upon entering, the bathroom is absolutely disgusting and half of the stalls/urinals were closed off. After waiting to use the only available stall I get back to my table ( about 10 minutes pass ) and the server still has not greeted my table. After waiting about 5 more minutes the server came over and he took our drink and food order. We both only asked for water. 15 more minutes pass and we don’t see the server again in total we’ve been sitting in this Applebees about 30 minutes and still have no food or drink. My pregnant fiancé became extremely frustrated and lost her appetite so we left. There were several tables that came in after us and received food and drink, even drinks from the bar. All the while we sat thirsty and again couldn’t even get as much as a water. Additionally the server was literally nowhere to be found the entire time. Super disappointing and probably won’t be to any Applebees anytime soon and for sure will never be back to this location. WOW!

⭐ 1 star Terrible experience – be extremely careful with your belongings. I had a very upsetting experience at this restaurant. I accidentally left my bag on the table, and when I called shortly after, the staff told me they had already “checked everywhere” and that nothing was found. This was surprising because the place was almost empty when I was there. I decided to go back in person, and again they insisted that my bag wasn’t there. It was only after I asked to check the security cameras that suddenly my bag “appeared” and it was not misplaced. It was inside the staff’s area, as if someone had picked it up and kept it there. This happened in less than an hour and a half. Inside that bag were my passport and important documents for an international flight, and the fact that they were withheld until I requested the cameras is extremely concerning. On top of that, the food made me feel unwell and the service was far from good. But the biggest issue is the lack of honesty and transparency. For that reason, please be very careful with your belongings if you visit this restaurant, because if something goes missing, you may not get it back unless you insist.
