Red Lobster

We stopped at your International Drive restaurant. Our server was Andy and what a breath of fresh air he was. He was so professional, polite and a genuinely wonderful server. We never had to ask for refills on drinks or biscuits. He was on top of everything. I would highly recommend him and I will ask for him when we revisit this location. Additionally as a side note, I am so very happy that you brought popcorn shrimp back to the menu. I will definitely be eating at Red Lobster more often because of it.

I had a great experience at Red Lobster. Our server, Ro, was fantastic — very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. The manager, Zara, was absolutely amazing. You can truly tell she cares about both her guests and her team. She was present on the floor and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Great service all around, and we will definitely be back!

I had a fanatic experience here, this is my first time coming to the location. The location was clean and a host was so sweet. I was gifted a gift card for christmas and decided why not? I definitely got my moneys worth on wednesday’s meal. The quality was fresh and my steak was cooked as a perfect medium rare. Also my server was so sweet her name started with an A and she kept checking up on me. Would come here again 5/5.

Amazing meal!The Sunset Passion Colada was delicious and refreshing. We started with the famous warm garlic biscuits, which did not disappoint. For my main, the coconut shrimp was perfectly crispy and the salmon was cooked perfectly. A consistently great experience!

So I have to say me and my best friend came into Red Lobster here on the international Drive as we roll the helicopter tour. We are both kind of filling down because neither one of us have a boyfriend and Jayden. He was our server and he stepped in and took over and gave us the great customer service. He really did his thing he didn’t even let our drinks touch the hires. He even offered those condiments and even gave us extra hush puppies because I told him that I was allergic to Post Malone. He couldn’t believe it but he was so awesome and he just moved here from California and I really liked his customer service. I think he’s excellent excellence. Specially bartending please look out for him. He’s definitely a good inspiration for the LGBTQ community or just people that’s going through a tough time. Thanks again so much. I really do appreciate you.

Keishla was such an amazing server during our first time dining at Red Lobster in America. She made sure we feel like at home and did not rush us into things during our first overwhelming experience with the menu. The food was beyond our expectation. Just put it this way, my husband is an ex-chef and bloody picky eater. But even he likes everything he had on the plate. Every single one of them. And girlll, don’t even get me started on that sirloin steak and smoothie. To us, it’s the best fruit smoothie we’ve had so far. Dabum badabomb! Highly recommended.

We went for dinner and had an excellent experience from start to finish. We ordered two combo platters with lobster, salmon, shrimp, calamari, crab, potatoes, and fries, and everything was fresh and very well prepared. Every item had great flavor, and the portions were generous. The mac and cheese deserves a special mention — creamy, flavorful, and the kind you say you’ll just “try a little of”… and somehow end up finishing without realizing it. We especially want to recognize Polly, who provided outstanding service. She was professional, kind, and always attentive. She truly made our experience even better. We will definitely be coming back. Excellent food and excellent service. 👏

⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m giving Red Lobster a three-star rating. Andy was a great server—friendly and attentive—but the overall experience fell short in some important areas. My water was served in a visibly dirty cup with what appeared to be tea or soft drink stains still on it. What was most disappointing was that the manager was clearly watching me wipe the cup clean and never came over to check on the situation or acknowledge it. The Brussels sprouts were amazing, though a bit heavy on the glaze. Unfortunately, the biscuits were disappointing. They didn’t taste like the Red Lobster biscuits I remember, which was especially disappointing since it had been a couple of years since I last had one. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo pasta and did not enjoy it at all. I let the server know, but there was little to no response or concern. I ended up taking it to go in case someone else might enjoy it. The location is great, but the lack of pride and attention to detail—something I once associated strongly with Red Lobster—was noticeable. Overall, the experience didn’t reflect the standard I remember from the brand.
