The Subway by campus is mid at best, go here instead. They properly bake the bread here and the ingridients are scrumptious. The manager is cool and so are his fellow staff. Why are you still at the Subway by campus? Come get some good sandwhiches up here. Also i walked in as they were just pulling the cookies out of the oven and holy hell they look and smell good. I got a footlong, chips, and a celsius so you can understand how I spent $15 for my meal. Worth it though

I brought my kids to this location, and the Subway sandwich attendant working in the mid-afternoon 2/14/23 was really great with our order and respectful of my kids individual tastes and food preferences! I wish I had asked for her name, because it made us feel appreciated. Thumbs up for the great service and the friendly attendant's attention to details today.

I love Subway. I usually order the same thing every time, and if I don't...I order a different combination that I typically order if I'm tired of my normal. It's usually a chill atmosphere with music playing in the background. I like getting coke or orange soda with my sub, but they didn't have any orange soda last time I went. I used to love the white flat bread, but Subway has discontinued it completely.

Always very friendly and clean. The young lady that helped me was very personable and was good at her job. She made my 4 subs quickly and they were very yummy. Thank you!!

I love this location. In my old town Subway never opened until 10:30am! The customer service is always great and I’m greeted immediately. I’m never disappointed with my sandwich and feel welcome. The $6 combo of the day is also great if you’re on a budget but I come every Friday when I get paid as a treat to myself and get whatever I want! The best Subway♥️

They close down the ovens before closing time. So if you stop in within 20 minutes of closing you can’t get toasted subs. Also, they close early by 10 or 15 minutes. Closing times vary and are not the posted ones.

The employee used the same gloves as she used to touch a different customers hand and paper who was clearly sick and sneezing.

This was my first visit to this particular Subway; and most definitely my last. It was dirty, and all the windows needed cleaned. Days, maybe weeks of smeary fingerprints. Just nasty and unacceptably gross. First, I was disappointed to see that my old standby Italian combo, that I’ve ordered for decades, is no longer on the menu. Then, the girl (in training) didn’t have the common sense to put the mayo on the bread, before adding veggies, etc. She squirted it on top of the lettuce/tomatoes, etc., wrapped it up, then when unwrapping, I had a mess because everything stuck to the paper, fell off and got all over everything. I understand the girl was in training, but my God people, have some common freaking sense. Not like she was 10. Theses kids need to start learning how to do the most menial of tasks before going out into the workforce. Subway raised their prices, comparable to actual deli subs (which they can’t compare to), the roll was somewhat dry, and whole experience was nothing but disappointing. My chances of returning to any Subway are slim now that they’ve discontinued my favorite sub. Here’s some advice; clean your filthy restaurant and train your workers before walking off (assuming they know how to build a sandwich).

Says they close at 10, stopped but at 9:03 on a thursday and the door was locked. no updated hours posted anywhere and still says 9A -10P on the door. wasted trip and time.

Made an online order for pickup. 30 minutes prior to me showing up. Was told the food would be done 20 minutes before I showed up by the app. I showed up there to go pick up my food. Order wasn't even done it was halfway done. And I got to watch some make my sandwich I got two of them one of them didn't even get some of what I ordered which specifically was the black pepper I specifically asked for it because I like it on the sandwich but I watch the whole process and I didn't see anybody put pepper on my sandwich so I'm a little disappointed about that but what disappoints me the most is I walked in the door and I stood there for 13 minutes without anybody acknowledging me being there they looked at me and completely looked away as if I didn't exist I recognize they were busy and they had jobs to do but one person was cutting meat the other was making a sandwich for another customer who was already there somebody could have simply asked what brings you in today and then could have finished my sandwich instead of making me wait 13 minutes on top of the 30 minutes the order had already been placed for so it took 43 minutes to make two sandwiches. And I recognize that there were other customers in the store too but they had been eating for a while considering by the time I walk in there most of them were finishing their food and walking out the door so what I don't get is why nobody could simply say I'll be with you as soon as I can it takes less than 2 seconds. It's just annoying because what's the point of making an online order if it's not going to be ready within the time frame that the app tells you isn't there a priority list especially when food's already paid for cuz the whole purpose of ordering food online through the app so then it's ready when you get there so you don't have to sit there and waste time.

Great food. Little pricey, nothing crazy, though. However, if you're looking into a career for any of the 4 in Oswego, I highly advise against that decision. The supervisor/owner (Katie; my former boss) made me feel like I was below her, like I was never good enough, and at one point I had felt discriminated against. Good place to eat, not so good place to work.

We have ordered from here a couple times through DoorDash, they were fine. Tonight we decided to give it a shot since we wanted something simple for dinner. We ordered through DoorDash, all of our food came in cold. Meatball sub (it’s supposed to be toasted, and have at least 3 meatballs), it wasn’t toasted at all with only 1 meatball the rest was just sauce. My hubby ordered a sub with mixed meats and toasted bread, again was not toasted and one had 1 type of meat on it.. he also ordered that he wanted extra topping, never got that either. We were really disappointed this time around. Decided we will never eat here again.

Hours need to be updated online if you do not close at 10pm. Placed an order at 8:30pm and the app said my order would be ready by 8:55pm. I walked in at 8:50pm to a very obviously irritated employee. Come to find out they close at 9pm. I’m not sure I will be back to this location for a while due to how unpleasant this interaction was.

Rude young staff with attitude problems. That feel they can behave like middle school mean girls, and lie to a customer 's face about the freshness of stale bread. Stale cookies and burned cheese. Never see a staff member stay for very long. I won't be back!

So my wifey and I came in to order 2 6in subs The wife asks for a 6 in and the lady worker asks what kind of bread after we already told her Italian bread the first time she asks and asked us a second time with an attitude? I’m sorry you didn’t hear me the first 3 times you already messed up my order after you grabbed a 12” so me and her decided we’re just gonna share an the second worker who was also a lady asked what we wanted on our sub for Vegetables, I told her banana peppers, onions wifey says A little lettuce, what does the worker do? The subs here taste gross. I don't care for the ingredients. It all seems artificial and fake. And for the prices it's just not worth it to me. I would rather get a sub from anywhere else. And Pizzavilla makes a good meatball sub! Graffalos has handmade Italian bread and way better lunch meat. This place has gone downhill and I will never eat here.

Folks that work are good people, this review isnt about that. Sign on door says face mask required. So what happens? Group of 4 folks come in behind me, young man has no mask on in front of the food panel. I asked if he has a mask he says no and kind of laughs. Staff still serves him. Next time i will not pay and walk out. No backbone to in force their own rules. So who knows if food or people infected since they dont care. And Subway eliminated all roast beef they said. Corporate says too expensive...so why not increase the price on the menu? It was the only meat they never made into a "loaf" and i ordered. Now no reason to go to Subway for me.

A sub shop that’s out of mayonnaise? And tuna and chicken and turkey. Pandemic or not, ever store sells Mayo, and cold cuts. If you have to supplement local till the chain can provide. Then do it. Or do your customers a favor and put a note on the door, thus giving them a chance to walk away and go to any other place in town that makes subs and has mayonnaise!!
