This is actually a review for the price gauging for their new chicken wings. A 6 piece is $8.99 +tax for every location I have checked on the app near my vicinity. In this photo I provided I have a size comparison between the Jack In The Box wings (left) and some wings I usually get at my local Chinese fast food joint (right). I pay $8.99 +tax for 4 wings, orange chicken and a huge serving of fried rice at that Chinese fast food joint I frequent. Everyone reading this so far can figure out where I'm going with this. The new wings are mid as the current generation likes to say, but I won't be buying them again for that price. If you're on a budget I do not recommend spending that much for wings. You're even better off getting wings at Wingstop for the same price as Jack In The Box.

Just another Jack in the Box, but unlike others, I've seen cleaner facilities than this one. Tables don't seem to be cleaned regularly, which discourages customers to eat in. Napkins were not available in the napkin holders placed on the tables. Not very presentable for a Jack in the Box. Staff was ok. Food is still great, service is still fast, but it's the cleanliness of the restaurant that bothered me. They should have someone regularly cleaning the dining room.

What a bad start of the morning. Ordered loaded breakfast sandwich...bread was barely toasted , I had to pop it in the toaster oven Coffee was cold...the worst thing you can do .. I didn't ask for an ice coffee. Double jack with no onions , had onions... Thanks jack for cementing no more fast food for me .

This restaurant is terrible they make you wait on the side walk when you go threw the drive threw idk why they call it a fast food restaurant if we're waiting more then 15 minutes.

I went to get the Dodgers deal and to my surprise, They don't honor the Dodgers deal, If the Dodgers strike out 7 or more players ( win or lose ), So the employee stated that his manager doesn't why?............ I go there all the time, but not no more, I guess he's not a Dodgers fan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came in on a Thursday night after placing a mobile order. Went inside cause the drive thu had a horrendous line Awful service, I stood there for 5 minutes before I was even helped and the only reason I was helped is because I went to a different spot at the counter so they couldn't avoid me. They were busy but the employees could have taken a moment to at least greet the patrons, instead, they were super annoyed we were there. Will not be returning to this location. Food was okay, better deals out there, but the late-night munchie meal hits the spot.

Went through the drive through and got a simple meal. I just wanted ranch with my meal and I couldn't even get that simple request. Very dissatisfied with meal and service.

I just had a bad experience today Saturday February 1 ,2025 at 0843 A.M. I came in to the restaurant to get a cup of coffee, there were nobody waiting in the line, so a female employee didn't want to take my order, she asked me to use the kiosk, I didn't have enough time for that. I decided to leave. What kind of good service is that? Since they got higher pay rate the service is getting worse. 👌 employee very soon to let you know who she is..

Always have to go back because they get the order wrong. Not sure what's wrong with them there. Went back four times once. Went back to exchange a burger again today and this is the tiny chicken pattie I got. It's just a joke to them
