This Carls is great! I went in there the other day, and the guy behind the counter remembered my order from the week before! Wow! The service is great and the people are so nice, and the food is wonderful!

Why I rated 3 for service was because I ordered a damn milkshake and was told sorry we don't have that right now, and as I'm walking out the friggin female just handed this gentleman a nice FRESH and frosty milkshake, I couldn't believe my eyes, THE AUDACITY!

This location's team, level of service and food prep quality make this store one of our favourites out of all their locales. The management has a great way of encouraging their fellow employees and happy employees equals fast, thorough service and fresh, presentable meals to us consumers. Inside and car park us extremely tidy, drink station is always fully stocked anytime we visit and every worker smiles. In addition to new poultry items, the prices are very reasonable.

Unlike other Carl's Jr. establishments this particular one has great burgers that taste fresh and not at all like they've been sitting around. I returned a second time and had the same experience. Freshly made. Great tasting.

The people at the counter today were outstanding! The restaurant has all the Covid precautions in place. My dad and I decided to stay and eat at a booth. Everything was freshly disinfected and clean. First Burger out in months! This was a great place to start!

One of the greatest Carl's Jr i have ever been to. The burgers had a very flavor. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I was surprised to see that they had beyond burgers available, that was perfect for my wife.

Excellent food. Lower prices than what I pay in Los Angeles. The employee in front was polite. The restaurant had more space than I'm used to and it was very cold inside which felt fantastic on a very hot day 110 degrees outside.

Clean, friendly and accurate! We have been here a few times and we never have a problem. The staff is very friendly and seem genuinely happy to help you. The food is fresh and prepared accurately and the restrooms are clean.

Places is always clean, friendly staff bathrooms now have a combo, but that’s what keeps it clean and I ordered the California burger with two extra patties and that is awesome. Try it good place. I’ve been coming here for over 30 years.

I come here often on my lunch break, and the staff is always fast but courteous, makes it really convenient for me sense I'm pressed for time. Of course it's Carl's JR so the burgers don't disappoint.

Food was good, they bring your food to you which most places dont do that. Could have smiled a bit more as it felt more of a normal expected thing versus above customer satisfaction... Food was pleasing to look at burgers were stuffed. Got a bit messy of course

Fast food but good. Ran out of tea and we paid for large tea so it would have been nice to know they were out. They did have sugar free coke so I filled the cup with that to not waste my large drink but it would have been nice to know when I asked if they had tea that they only had enough for a small drink. Other then that its a fast food restaurant and you get what you pay for.

Went for the first time here through the drive-through. The AI caught me off guard. But I got what I wanted and they got my money. It's a win-win.

Disappointing that there is no drive-thru. Larger menu selection than most fast food restaurants. Quality/taste of food is very good. Excellent deals when using coupons received in mail. Serving size is worth price paid.

The place is well maintained clean safe environment. The lemons could use a tong as opposed to the what I assume hands reaching into the bin. Staff is friendly food is as good as Carl's Jr gets. I overall enjoyed the experience.

I think Carl's Jr makes great hamburgers. I had not eaten there in years and was pleasantly surprised about how tasty the hamburger was. I've been back many times since then.

My first time trying the chicken tenders. I usually stay away from tenders. There mostly dry and tasteless. I had a coupon so I went for it. I received a generous portion of crispy, seasoned, tasty chicken strips. They are now on my protein/keto menu.

Chicken strips were good, not overcooked although their crunchy crust bordered on being hard. Good flavor, though. Service and atmosphere was on par with other fast food places.

I think the employees should learn to speak English in public. I'm Hispanic, but I think it's rude to people to speak loudly and in something other than English while at work when interacting with the public on the company dime. Burger was oversauced, rather soggy. The fries were also very soggy. It was about 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday October 5th.

The women’s bathroom (specifically the toilet) was disgusting. Had urine stains on the seat. The service was exceptionally slow. Other orders were being made ahead of mines even though there was practically no one in the store.

We wanted a quick burger. That 0art was successful. The atmosphere: ok, definitely requires some cleaning. The soda fountain was filthy 🤮..... Bathrooms "ok" but needed attention. The food also was okay. With so much competition I'm surprised they don't try harder. Apparently trying to go out of business....

Nothing super special about this place it's pretty much your standard setup. Not the cleanest place in the world super busy you may wait a bit more than expected for your food definitely not friendliest place but what do you expect from your typical fast-food joint. They got plenty of parking and often times are the only place open at certain hours.

The day i went inside to order, the whole place smelled bad.i mentioned it to the guy at front & he just ignored what i said.

Burger was good, place was clean not very busy. Service was not the best, although they were friendly I was overcharged. Ordered superstar combo and had a coupon, should have been a little over 6dlls coupon was not applied and paid $11.28. Did not notice until late that night, partially my fault for not paying attention.

Same old Carl's Jr, nothing changes. Service - Average. Food - Average. Restaurant - Average. Nothing exciting here. I just wonder how long are they gonna stay in business without improving with times. They are stuck in 1990s'.

Updates: Unfortunately, this is not a good location to order any Green Burrito items.  Unusually lack of salsa bar and cilantro isn't even available from the kitchen. Bottom line, the burrito looks nice but way too salty to my taste hence I have to downgrade my previous review for this fast food place. Original Comment: Their jalapeno double cheeseburger was surprisingly good at this location.

The bathrooms were dirty and they were out of iced tea, which was the only reason I stopped there. This place was much better in the 80's and 90's when I would frequent here as a kid when my parents worked at the Shell station which is now a bank.

Well cooked products, but don't during lunch time.... Waite time was over 25min. That's after we waited in line 15min. During the whole time I was there, everyone had to go to the counter to ask for ketchup because thier pump was out and no one went to replace it, even after everyone asking for ketchup at the counter was telling the it was out. Maybe they were just severely understaffed.

5/19/2024 I ordered the Western Bacon Cheeseburger combo. The Coke dispenser was only running clear fluid. I hade to use the 2nd one and then I notified the checker. I had the number tag and my receipt on the table I wanted. My order was delivered and she took the number tag and my receipt. I had to have a new receipt reprinted. I inspected the burger as I have to do with many Carl's Jrs. The onion rings on burger were VERY SMALL! 2 rings 1.125 diameter that overlapped each other half way and only covered 1/3 of the burger from one edge. WAY TOO SMALL AND TOO FEW. Should have been 4 of those small rings and not overlapped. Sometimes there is only one medium union ring on the burger too. The best size and amount of onion rings on this type of burger are the ones made at the Carl's Jr near I10 and In-N-Out (farther norths of here).

Service needs help! What is wrong with employees now. They don't smile, they are very slow and really don't like their jobs. I waited over 30 min for 2 double cheeseburgers. This is a fast food restaurant.

Some food is good, ice cream is okay. The coffee is watered down. Not too expensive except the soda cups. The $5 deal is fair food. I don't really like the original cheeseburger though. The double Western cheeseburger is good.

The bathroom is locked with a code there are very few people working here so no one was at the front counter when I needed the code. half the restaurant is blocked off so you can’t use it. I walked up to the trashcan to throw my trash away and for some reason, there was no bag in that trashcan and it was blocked off not sure what’s going on with this place but the food was good.

Not allowed to use the restroom until I bought food. Full plans on having lunch just needed to use the restroom first.

Great for using the bathroom. But I dont eat here anymore after findibg out just about every food item is so high in calories! My favorite was the double western bacon cheeseburger (1010) and the salt count will kill you at (1980mg)

Terrible service, I placed my order ahead of time through the app and still had to wait there. After waiting I asked for an update and they had given my food away to someone else so I had to wait again. I sent feedback to Carls Jr never heard back from anyone. Terrible experience!

Time is definitely not something they worry about here. If you only have half an hour to get lunch, DO NOT Come here. They literally took 20 minutes to get my food. I ended up having to skip lunch because of this. I will NEVER come back here again. I do not recommend you come here!!!

The worst cookies ever. They were so hard. The vanilla shake tasted wierd maybe because the milk wasn't good anymore. I perfer going to Indio or Coachella Carl's Jr. Bad experience.

Ordered a southwest chicken salad and was given nothing but lettuce and two pieces of burnt chicken and a piece of tomatoe which was for a hamburger. This was not a southwest chicken salad. Not only was it mostly lettuce but it was OLD lettuce. Never will I eat from Carl's Jr. again.

Don't you hate to go to a place and order your food and go to your car and drive to home then find out they gave you totally different food and when I went back the guy didn't even say sorry, my last time to go to this Carl's Jr.

We went here on Aug 18, just to see what kind of burgers they have. It was as I expected, not good. The guy who took our order seemed very unhappy, potentially depressed, so service was painful. Then the burger meat was dry with a very doughy bun. The catsup tasted off. The bacon we added to the burger was tasteless. The burger just didn't taste fresh. This experience just confirmed why I've never eaten there before and why I'll never eat there again.

Don't come here Unless you have an hour for lunch. Walked in Saturday 10:30 left at 10:50. We'll still waiting in line. 3 burgers got returned while I was waiting in line. Not quite sure what's going on at this location. Won't be back. Must be bad manager at the spot. Only 2 people working total. And while I was waiting in line. I looked to my left at the outside Patio look like it hasn't been clean in a year, very dirty location to.

I ordered just a simple single patty burger and they took it upon themselves to upcharge me to some some special burger that costs twice as much instead of the basic one i asked for, no i dont have time to go back so you can fix YOUR mistake, its alot easier for me to just leave a review on my experience, email it to coporate and hopefully save someone else from being upcharged too. This used to be the ONLY good Carl JR in the valley, but something has changed, maybe it has to do with them getting rid of their customer surveys. Edit: The double price version of my burger taste so much worse than the one i actually ordered. Avoid the Angus burgers.

This Carl's is one of the many fast food restaurants that says online that it accepts EBT, but when you get there, they say they don't. I've seen this over & over now and am tired of it. It's especially egregious when you realize that many of the people on EBT have difficulty with transportation, too-- so they spend a lot of effort getting here only to find out that this is false advertising. It's akin to offering coupons and then not honoring them when the customer arrives. From now on, whenever I encounter this, I'm giving a one-star rating until they stop doing it.

Bad experience, Mgr. (Samantha) was so rude, unprofessional and impatient. She couldn’t figure out how to complete our order and apparently it was our fault, at least that’s how she made us feel! We are neeeevvveeerrrr going there again! We’ll spend our coins elsewhere happily before putting up with that foolishness.

I ordered the BLT ranch chicken sandwich, it's brand new. I'm sorry I have to say it was the worst excuse for anything I've ever had from this fast food chain. There was only one teeny tiny tomato the chicken tasted burnt and the lettuce on the sandwich was a joke and you couldn't taste any ranch at all. It's hard to believe Carl's is the most expensive fast food restaurant in the world. I would have called to get a brand new order but I didn't live in the desert I was just passing through. My order was wrong. I had to tell them my order so they could make it. They did my order, yet i was still charged for sauses.. Hey jack or McDonald's are way cheaper!!!

I was in there at 8pm,paid 10 dollars for a burger and when I asked to used the restroom I was tolled it was closed bu the same manager that took my order,when I asked for my money back,not a sorry,not a my bad,just silence 2k look this was sat Nov 29 2025...where can I wash my hands then???your manager is just lazy and wanted to take off early not to mention its against the law,The state's Restroom Access Act (AB 1632) requires businesses open to the public to allow anyone lawfully on the premises to use a toilet facility during normal business hours, even employee-only ones if a public one isn't immediately accessible. Closing the public restrooms hours before closing is not allowed under this law.............DONT FORGET these people make over 20 dollars an hour to act like this and don't forget to tip...will be reporting to the state..have a good one rude lady...you could of just let me pee...

Food was cold and stale. Fries were reheated. Burger was dry with no condiments. When asked for more sauce they say it’s an extra charge even if you buy sides and items that the sauces go with. Won’t be back to this location, try to stay away if you can they want $15 for a basic combo but won’t give a sauce to go with it and manager was rude.

The cashier Phillip was very unprofessional and rude to the customers. Even stated to one that he was about to “walk out but hey I’m here right “. The register drawer will be short as instead of giving exact change back he is rounding up the customers change. That is not very good for your business!! And there was ice cream and milk left out on the counter. I am a store manager of a walgreens store so I understand the busy schedule of working during the holidays but his behavior was not at all warranted towards customers.
