It use to be great food but for some reason the garlic noodle was not good this time. it is a beautiful atmosphere with pool view and has lots of outdoor seating. Servents are friendly and helpful

BASHI’s staff is the absolute best. From the managers Māria, Oksana, to Alex, Gennero (I hope I spelled that correctly), Lelaini and all the wait staff, I can’t say enough! Always friendly, welcoming, and courteous. The food is great, Margarotas tasty.

We had an hour or so to waste, so we drove down here to get a snack and a drink and walk on the beach. This was a perfect spot for this. We got some chips and salsa and 4 beers. They have a nice selection of alcohol, including a LOT OF Scotch/whiskey. The bartender was super friendly and the staff was ready to help when we wanted to move an umbrella around outside to get some shade. Then it was a reasonable walk down to the beach to see the waves and birds. If get some free time in the area, I'd definitely suggest it.

The only restaurant at Terranea that I enjoyed (tried all four). Food is tasty and service was generally good.

Bashi has a refined dinning experience with a setting that immediately sets it apart. While the menu is not fully vegan, several dishes can be thoughtfully modified. The spring rolls are light and enjoyable, and the garlic noodles with tofu are a standout, rich in flavor and deeply satisfying. The spirit menu is polished, and the atmosphere is elevated by sweeping ocean views that add a sense of occasion to the meal. It is an especially lovely choice for an evening dinner as the light fades over the water. Service is attentive and professional throughout. The staff are welcoming, and the manager’s presence is noticeable in the best way, ensuring a smooth and well cared for dining experience. Definitely will return!

In LA from the Midwest, the views here are stunning. Resort staff was great even though we weren’t staying there and just meeting some LA friends there for lunch. Sushi was phenomenal and this Ube cheesecake was really good.

The drive to bashi at the Terranea Resort was incredible. Definitely try to get seated outside, since the view of the cliffs next to the ocean were incredible! It will make you feel like you are sitting along the Sicilian coastline. The sushi was great and the staff were very friendly. Overall it was the perfect romantic dinner.

My girlfriend and I drive out all the way from Huntington Beach to visit Bashi at the Terranea Resort. The coastline atmosphere where this place is located is an absolute dream. Perfect to escape the hustle and bustle rat race within the city life, beautiful for romantic dates. The food quality here is superior, every dish presentation and on point and taste delicious. I've tried pretty much every item on the menu. One thing i want to point out is every time i have come to Bashi i have been accommodated by Philip. He is the absolute best, attentive, professional, friendly and just makes your experience feel like you're an upscale customer. Give the guy a raise!!! He is the pillar to the restaurant.

It's not every day that I write reviews for sushi places, but Bashi truly offered one of the most exceptional dining experiences I've had at a Japanese restaurant. The service was fast, polite, and incredibly helpful for deciphering the menu. We enjoyed the dumplings, Uni Nigiri, and two rolls—the Surf Rider and Triple Delight—along with some outstanding cocktails. The sushi was of great quality with a complex flavor. The cocktail program blew my expectations out of the water. The Kimchi Blood Mary concept is something I'm definitely "stealing" to make at home. The infused Shiitake Old Fashioned with flowers set into the ice cube was beautiful but the Electric Daisy was one of the most unique cocktails I've had this year; biting into the flower created an explosion on my tongue that completely transformed the drink. Simply outstanding. I would highly recommend Bashi to everyone I meet.

I had a great experience at Bashi Restaurant! The food was delicious, and the service was truly outstanding. Our waiter was amazing—friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. He didn’t rush us at all and took the time to explain everything in detail, which made the dining experience even better. Terranea resort is one of my favorite place to visit in Christmas time. The decoration at the lobby was beautiful. I had late lunch in this restaurant for 2nd time and didn't disappointed me at all. Food and service is very good and the view from the patio make you feel relax watching the sunset.

We went on a Wednesday night with a reservation and we were able to sit outside with stunning views, fantastic service, and delicious food. They actually had a Wednesday special of $0.99 sushi rolls so we tried it and it was delicious. We also ordered fresh tuna and salmon poke bowls as well as a garlic noodle dish.

Bashi is an Asian inspired restaurant located at Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes. The menu blends dishes from different parts of Asia, ranging from sushi and noodles to small plates and shareable options. The setting is modern and stylish, with both indoor and outdoor seating, and it’s especially nice in the evening with the resort’s atmosphere around you. Prices are higher than average since it’s part of the resort, but the food quality and presentation reflect that. Service is typically professional, and it’s a good option if you’re staying at Terranea or looking for a more upscale dining experience in the area.

The lychee martinis were to die for! They’re so refreshing and light but strong. They’ll definitely creep up on you. The food was okay, can’t say anything stood out. The service was phenomenal and i had a good time socializing and drinking here.

Staff seem untrained to accommodate families, and it made our meal feel less relaxed than it should have been. Great place for the food, but not the most welcoming spot if you’re dining with young children.

Waitress overbearing and totally phony. No more Bashi for long time sushi eaters. Total tourist trap.

We stayed at the resort for my birthday and came here for dinner. It’s a beautiful place and the sushi was decent. The server was super dry, never checked on us and literally never even came to give us water. It was a strange uncomfortable experience and we won’t be going back. I’m disappointed
