I visit this place's drive-thru quite frequently, and the staff are always on top of their game, even during hardware failures.

I got my coffees that were made by a girl by the name of Kelly and they were absolutely perfect. She's a great employee with a great attitude which sets the tone for her customers day.

They had fresh doughnuts at 2pm, unheard of at most other locations. Drink order was correct. Clean tables inside, drive thru appeared busy.

This Dunkin is by far the best. They make my coffee perfect every time. They are nice, fast & efficient.

This is our favorite Dunkin'. It's a bit further than other ones around us, but they are always friendly here and always get our order right!

Most Dunkins can be a little overburdened. Because hey, they're Dunkin, who doesn't need their coffee from there? (Kiss it Starbucks fans). This location is a hidden gem. Fast, efficient, great crew and great service.

99% are great stores. Just one I stopped going the woman at the drive thru began to short change me while smiling in my face. I got myself a gift card. She was a sour face after that. I don't go to Clinton-East Ridge anymore. Can't stay in lot to have a few sips of hot drink. Too many panhandlers in the plaza lot. One man wanted me to drive him somewhere!

Typically they're fast and accurate. I usually mobile order and pick up via drive through and that's been seamless Quality wise they've been pretty much in line with what you expect. Never blew my socks off nor severely disappointed me

The speaker system for the drive-thru is pretty archaic. Sad that they got rid of gluten free brownies.

Severely overpriced. 4.53 for an very average quality macchiato means I'll never be coming back.

Used to be awesome for coffee, then they changed and I no longer can buy their lattes. You have to order plain coffee with cream and flavored syrups. Not a big deal, but their lattes now are too bitter.

Its a chain. Bland decor, ok seating, overpriced sandwiches, flat coffee and ok doughnuts. Good thing was, it was near the bank and great reward for well behaved kids.

The kids that work there are SO LOUD always screaming and fooling around . Its hard to enjoy what you get......and when someone comes in that they know you can't get anyone's attention to be helped......the adult employees are great

Employees are always in too much of a hurry to speak to you like a human and they rarely get the order right.

The casher(slightly fat woman) was talking personal issue with another customer and I was behind and waited 10 minutes. She saw me but didn't want to interrupt her talking.

I walked out because after 10 minutes I still been waited on.

I placed a order for two ice coffees in drive thru. I got to the window the order was wrong on the one coffee. It was unsitred tasted old.

I ordered a hazelnut there was no flavor at all no sugar like I asked it was a nasty coffee

Pulled up to Dunkin’ Donuts at 9:45 and they shut the lights off supposed to be open till 10 PM maybe corporate will get a phone call tomorrow

Service has gone downhill. Spent 10 minutes waiting on my order only to be told they don't have any of what I ordered. Not retirees to have that much time.

I don't know what was going on! 4 people working and they couldn't get my drink out. I waited over 20 minutes, and they made my drink completely wrong.

Would give negative stars if possible. Awful customer service. We go to Tim’s every week. Convinced my husband to try dunkin. Bought 3 sandwiches 2 large coffees and a juice. Coffees were supposed to have 4 cream 1 sugar. Clearly marked on cup. No cream in either. Went back with the coffees and the receipt from bag. They can’t refund without the other receipt. Even though I have the 2 cups with tags and the receipt from the food bag that match order. Back to Tim’s!!!

Every time I stop at this location they are rude… depending on who’s taking my order plus I would appreciate it if I get a proper made sandwich/ coffee… idk how but seems every time they find a way to mess it up

They must have new people because my orders never got messed up as badly before. Today was the last straw. Never coming to this dunkin again. At the speaker I ordered a hot mocha latte. She replied back "ok iced decaf". I corrected her. We were fine. She then handed me a hot chocolate at the window and I was charged $4. I wasn't able to try the drink until I was well into the city at work. Had half a mind to just leave work and go back. I was in desperate need of caffeine and don't "treat" myself often, so this is a big deal for me. I care about my order. They should too. Never coming to this dunkin again.

Terrible customer service. Gave us 6 boston cream donuts that we're unfilled and had NO custard in it. We called about it they said oh someone must have forgotten to fill them today (does that happen often?). They took our name and phone number and promised a replacement dozen next time we were in. When we came in to get them, they called a manager on the phone who said they hadn't heard anything about it and wanted to just take our name and number again. Why would we just keep leaving our name and number for nothing to be done and replacement promises going unfulfilled? For that service I'll go to another dunkin from here on out.

This Dunkin is by far the worst location we have ever visited. Nasty staff, coffee was watered down and cold, incorrect coffee order, and we were chastised for ordering 2 dozen donuts. How dare us for ordering donuts at a donut business. The employees at this location need customer service remedial training!

For a franchised coffee place, with what I can only assume uses the same coffee and brew process, I have no idea how you’ve managed to brew such foul tasting coffee. I tend to swing by here frequently while running errands and for the past few months the coffee has been horrid (undrinkable). Gas station coffee is more palatable than what you will get here. Will probably avoid this location going forward.

Coffee always bad, watered down and either made too dark or way too light! I rather drive further just to get better coffee

I went in Sunday morning to get some donuts and they only had about a half dozen in the cabinet .I will not go back there. How do you sell donuts and not have any. I went to Wegmans.

Me: Hi can i get a small coffe in a medium cup 3 sugar 3 cream om the side. Employee: yes ofcource pull up to the next window. Me: pulls up Employee: hands me my drink. Me: (in my head, “ kind of light”) can i get the stirrer thing and the creams. Employee: isnt there any in there. Me: “i see the stirrer” oh my fault i see it. I pull up in the parking lot to check, there is 1 cream 2 sugars. 🤦‍♂️

6/14 at around 11am. Ordered a colada and tasted like there wasn't any sugar inside. Asked to remake it twice because it tasted bad and staff were rolling their eyes. Floor was disgusting too. Last time ever going there

I have never been to a Dunkin Donuts, and I had the worst experience. The girl at the drive through was extremely rude. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, and was asking questions and she was so demeaning, passive aggressive, and annoyed with me, I got out of line and left.I will never go back. She needs a real attitude adjustment

4th Sep 2022 @ 2:30 pm today. Not sure who runs this store but they need to be replaced. The staff either has a hearing problem, poor equipment, or are completely untrained. When we have to repeat ourselves 4 times that we want 50 assorted munchkins, then receive not what anyone would call an assortment. When we order a caramel ice latte and the order is repeated that they entered an iced pumpkin latte. This is not the first encounter at this location with poor service.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I stopped going here for two years and went back today thinking maybe they have different employees who actually care but I was sorely mistaken. I never get the correct order. Anytime I ask them to fix it I get attitude. And today when I went in everybody was talking about licking butts and checkin each others cracks for Covid. Needless to say by the time I left I wasn’t even hungry for my food. I tried calling the store to speak to a manager and nobody answers the phone. I stood in their lobby listening to the phone ring Nobody stopped to answer it. I stood at The front counter for five minutes before anybody even came over to get my order. I don’t know who runs this store but they need to be fired!

Normally this location is fine, but yesterday there was a hair in my bagel, mixed in with the cream cheese. Didn't find it until it was in my mouth. Absolutely disgusting. (And I am 100% sure it wasn't my hair which would have been physically impossible.) Horrific experience.
