Papa Nachos

Very nice and clean. Food was amazing and priced reasonably.

We love going to Papa Nachos, whenever we are in the the area. My husband loves their chimichangas. I love their enchiladas and crispy tacos. We haven't ordered anything off the menu, that we haven't loved...it's all good!❣️ The service is fast and waitresses are always friendly. Love Papa Nachos!!

It was a typical Mexican restaurant with decent food. The tea was better than average and the fajitas were ok, just a little dry for my taste.

Had the fajitas, maybe should have gotten something else, wasn’t bad I just felt like they didn’t have flavor. That’s just my opinion I bet they would have been good for someone else I’m just used to TexMex.

Better than LA Carritas in Gilmer

Ignore the negative comments and give this place a try - you won’t be disappointed. We had the fajitas, both chicken and beef and they were delicious. Tender and very flavorful along with the grilled peppers and onions. Delicious salsa tastes homemade. Had charro beans and rice with it and again, very tasty. We did takeout and the service was fast and friendly. If we’re up this way again we will definitely go back.

I’ve never had a bad meal here !!! I would suggest giving them a try

Stopped for lunch- was skeptical because of the poor “service” reviews- but our service was GREAT! Salsa stayed full. Drinks stayed full. Food came out fast and was hot. The food was ok - it wasn’t as authentic as we were hoping but - we still enjoyed it and the service was great!

This place serves good food but the staff is bad. I’ve tried for 20 minutes to get someone on the phone to place an order and they won’t answer. I’ve eaten there for 20 +/- years and this staff needs customer service training. #nobodycaresanymore

Never got my order as it was cold after I waited for them to serve a drive up customer (I waited 10 min. and they still hadn't given them their order),but I could see mine on the counter. Several other options for food and I would suggest you look elsewhere.

Worse Costumer service ever they never answer the phone they will hang up as well and the server is as well horrible they need to do better if they want more costumers to eat with them. I do not recommend

We asked for a booth and she wasn’t happy about that. We was usher to a booth. Looking around at what have we gotten into. The servers was gathered with cell phones in hand and heads down. Our server came over and could not answer any questions about anything we asked her. We ordered cheese dip and margaritas, cheese dip comes out lukewarm, margaritas was Undescribable. Salsa and chips was good but asked for more chips and had to ask again. I ordered beef enchiladas came out lukewarm my husband had carne asada. No sear but okay. The beans looked painted onto the plate, basically no beans. We made the decision to never go back. Such poor management of a restaurant.

No one running the bar. Unable to get acknowledgment at the table after the hostess seated me. Lots of employees circling through the restaurant. Pretty baffling. Walked out and none of the employees said a word, just looked as I left. Was like being in the Twighlight Zone or something. 🤷🏻‍♂️
