I order pizza it's garbage, no taste and 1 Mexican boy work there , who don't understand English and he was rude with us, i don't know why they give a job to these types of people, I'm not gonna come there any more

Customer service was horrible. Never going there again. Don't get the churros, they may be cheap but they taste like baking powder and was somehow bitter.

Terrible subway spot. Workers are unfriendly and rude. Their hours say 9pm on both google and their door but they close at 8. On top of that, I called them 8 times at 7:20 to confirm what time they close and there was no answer, even thought they are still open at that time. Completely unprofessional. They locked the door at 7:45 and we showed up at 8 thinking they close at 9, however they waved us away very rudely. I called them while standing at the door and still no answer even though the phone was ringing. They should change their hours if they really close at 8 instead of having everyone think they close at 8. Rude and horrible customer service. So unprofessional and I would never go here again.

Don't even follow their own posted hours. Supposedly open until 9pm. Showed up before 8 and already had all ingredients packed up, lights off, door locked. Not the first time this has happened, either. If it is any later than 6pm, don't plan on then being open. Ordering from them does no good either. They never get the order right. They suck. 7:55pm, lights off, open sign off, door locked. FIX YOUR HOURS TO 8PM closing!!!

This is second time I’ve come to this location, the Customer Service was awful again ..it was as if I was disturbing the staff. I asked what bread they had available, the staff member pointed to the small writing on the glass.. now I didn’t have my readers, so I squinted to look at the small writing. Would’ve been great customer service to just name the breads available? Jerez… no smile, very rude… I’m not of Hispanic origin, the customer before me was and so was the the staff.. so they received excellent service, hefty portion of meat.. then the attitude changed , and the meat was minimal when it was my turn .. Listen!!! My money is green like everyone else’s… so please hire folks that is culturally diverse in their thinking. IT IS GETTING VERY OLD and SAD

How dare you discriminate people with disabilities! My sister and the staff at her adult day program told me that they came here and this place was rude to them because of their disabilities. Even the manager didn't care! They will gladly take their money somewhere else to eat.

if i could give this place a half or no star i would, i just got back from there and they had the worst customer service out of every location i have ever been to, the lady who was making the food clearly didn't want to be there, was just tossing everything together, no presentation like at other stores, i went in with a coupon to get a free sub with a purchase of a combo meal, and she charged me for chips and a drink separately from the sub. by the time i got home the sub just fell apart.. they need more training at the location.. i will not be returning

This location has THE WORST customer service. The employee's don't acknowledge you when you walk in. They all seem to have an attitude(including management). They are very slow at making orders and do not pay attention to the detail of how you would like your sandwich. Also, will play favoritism in servicing according to their personal association to the customers. Employee stopped between making my second sandwich to serve another "regular" customer. RUDE AF!!!

Every time I come to this subway the stuff are really unwelcome, I feel pressure at the moment of making an order and some times I have to repeat myself three times. I'm not sure if the employees have learn that having a good smile will make the difference. I've been in many subways and Ive had very opposite experience. Regardless of the location (Pittsburgh) I think the employees should have a more friendly attitude...

Horrible service. Employees were slow and inefficient. Bathroom was locked when i asked for the key they said it had been locked inside and only a manager could retrieve it. All the girls making the food had long fake nails which practically poked through their gloves. Unsanitary and disgusting. I will never return to this location again.
