Good food customer service is good, just beware they get EXTREMELY BUSY at night you'll be waiting awhile (no fault of theirs the orders just come faster than they can make them) but I don't mind waiting for good food :)
It's been YEARS since I've eaten at a taco bell. The crunchy tacos were actually good. Soft tacos me. Drive thru was busy, but it was a Saturday night. The menu board was freakin out (flashing off and on) staff was mediocre. Food was hot and fresh tho so it served it's purpose.
Busy 530 pm on a wed. Employees standing around, ignore you when they forget something. Busted soda machine sprays all over customers. Bare twists. The parking lot is nearly impossible to get out of if there are more than 3 cars in dt. Every box comes with drink, but I imagine about a third dont insist upon it...do you train them not to produce said cup as a business plan?
Service was good, by far the worst Baja Blast I've ever had... dont know what was wrong with it
Decent food, clean, and nice enough employees. Change in management is definitely needed, 4 staff total and no management in sight with a line around the building
This place needs to step it up I mean for real door dash orders should be priority I've been having to wait 45 minutes to an hour for the order to be ready this is uncalled for find the problem and fix it cause at this point your costing us money out of our pockets and some of us have kids to take care of for real
Consistent issues that are either the wrong item or not made to company specifications. Sloppy and lazy. You no longer receive a receipt that i would guess is to keep you from calling to complain to the store or have order numbers for corporate complaints. Store owner needs to spend more time at this location
This is how I received my order the wrapper is falling apart because of how much grease is on it, the burrito it’s self is completely torn up and unable to be picked at any angle this is ridiculous the Pittsburg Taco Bell is absolutely ridiculous they have a bunch off people that work there that don’t listen or pay attention to any orders and just slap whatever they want in a bag and hand it out without a care in the world who ever is running this store should figure it out
Worse drive-thru experience I’ve ever had. The rude older woman who served me said my accent was hard to understand, then yelled at me and claimed she was a drill sergeant’s daughter as if that excused her behavior. I was born in America, and I know my speech is perfectly understandable! She made assumptions about my accent based on my skin color… To make it worse, she also yelled at me later at a high school production a week later. After being treated like that, the food tasted awful and completely ruined the experience.
3 employees were sitting on there phones while it took me 30 minutes to get my food! All staff should be written up for laziness it’s ridiculous.
I placed a mobile order, got to the speaker at 2:35am waited at the speaker for 20 minutes. While waiting, I watched his own order show up on the screen, still being ignored. I pulled up to the window to get someone's attention. The guy looked at me, turned around, and never came to the window. Waiting until he turned the lights off, then I left. This is also not the first time this has happened too!!!!!!!!!
Everytime i visit here it takes 15-30 minutes to place an order and get your food typically it doesn’t matter if there is a line you will still wait a ridiculously long time i swear they hope you leave because several people always pull off from just when im waiting and thats every time i come also why shut off the store sign light making it look like you’re closed lol just shut the place down or higher a new manager the lights should be on and people should be getting their food in a decent time this is fast food not a dine in restaurant sadly dinning in at a restaurant would be much faster some days
Ordered online. Went to pick up at drive thru and waited 18 minutes. Got back to hotel and food was cold and cinnamon twists were left out of order.
I placed my order at the drive thru speaker 25 minutes ago and still haven't made it to the window to pay. There are 2 cars in front of me....*** Still in line, now it's been 45 minutes
Worst slowest service of any taco bell I've ever been to. All they care about is drive thru orders, leave you waiting for 20 to 30 mins in lobby. Asked for refund, said I couldn't wait, was ignored. I'll eat anywhere but here from now on!
This was the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life at tacobell. We went inside hoping that it would be faster than the line. We got there at 330, weren’t able to order until 345, and then we’re not handed our food until 415. We checked on our order and asked if it was being made and were dealt with the rudest worker ever who had just gotten off of his 30 minute break. He just yelled and said they were making it without even updating us. The food was not even that enjoyable either. It was cold and made sloppily. They didn’t even cut our quesadillas and my large nacho fry was less than halfway full and they were cold. I am never going back. NOT TO MENTION the man with the ponytail spent over 15 minutes trying to open a BAG OF NACHO CHEESE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO ANNOYED. I’m looking over the corner and all I see is all of the workers moving out of a Pace of a slowly dying snail. People who literally got there 10 minutes after us, and ordered over double of our order and still got their food first. And the soda machine is severely broken and doesn’t even work, it gives you all carbonation stuff no soda stuff.
Absolutely terrible service. Waited in line FOR OVER AN HOUR. I had a mobile order that was already paid for there for I couldn’t leave. Cars constantly to the street. There has to be something done about this. Ridiculous.
Ordered a crunchwrap, they didn't put any meat in it. Also ordered chips and cheese, didn't receive chips. I ordered through the app and they sealed the bag so I didn't check. Will not be returning.
Placed a mobile order for pickup at 8:15pm showed up at 8:10 soon as I walked in got a notification on my phone that my order was ready for pick up. Sat and waited forever finally got my food at 8:35pm and get home my order is entirely wrong LOL. Worthless.... Dont waste your time here.
I just went through the drive thru after work at 11pm. There were cars lined up almost to the Mid America. i waited in the drive thru for an hour and a half and ordered two supreme lux boxes 1 how it comes which was made correctly but everything was stale and cold. And then another supreme lux box with a beef chalupa, soft taco, 5 layer burrito and cinnamon twists with no sour cream or tomatoes on any of the items. My cinamon twists were 1/4 of the way full, had no cinnamon on them and they were cold, my chalupa was made correctly but it was stale, my soft taco was made correctly but soggy and my 5 layer burrito was caked in sour cream. The cashier who took my order was very sweet and she gave me the extra sauce i asked for but the kitchen completely messed up my order. wont be back here for a while if ever. EDIT: 07/25/25 Still havent heard back from taco bell about this incident, I filled out a help request on their app since i havent been able to get anyone to answer the phone. Hopefully they contact me to resolve the issue. Not going back until they make things right and hire some new staff.
This is a very well earned (overdue) review. The food is awful, the wait times exceed 1 hour in the drive through, only to receive overpriced, cold food. The crew members never wash their hands (we’ve witnessed this personally). If you DoorDash food from here, expect to get it around 24-48 hours after placing an order. Honestly, I’d love to see the place get demolished and a family restaurant take its place.
Don’t know how you think this is okay to serve. And it was not even what I asked for. The girl who runs drive through needs her hearing checked. When we pulled up she looked us dead in the eye and proceeded to not even acknowledge us cuz apparently talking with her coworkers is more important. We live in Springfield making a 2 hour drive just wanted some food before we left. Awful experience (July 6, 9:30pm was when we were there)
So I placed my order at 2:31pm and didn't receive my order till 2:53pm, I'm not very happy with the speed of service here and I am a volunteer firefighter and got a call while in the drive through line that I wasn't able to make it to in time. If it is going to be a wait time then whoever is working the window needs to tell the customer and then when the lady gave me my food I checked the bag and had my food all out in the bag and didn't even get an apology for having to wait so long. Service here is horrible
