Thank you to the sweetheart who I believe her name was Jordan? She has short blond hair with glasses. Not only did she re-make my drink because I MESSED IT UP she wrote a sweet message on my drink ,as I'm in my work uniform headed to work! I know it not that big of a deal but it made my day!

I prefer this location. I look forward to seeing all the staff because they really are the kindest group of people I’ve run into since moving to Texas. Every single person is kind and I haven’t had a bad experience at this location. They go out of their way to even greet my pup who gets so excited for our morning adventures. It’s my go to spot when I need a smile. Now the line is long here but I contribute it to how personal the staff gets with customers who come there frequently. It really makes my day better.

This Starbucks is small however maintains its great customer service attitude. The drive thru was quick and inside also they have few chairs to sit and relax. The restroom was clean and staff was courteous. The location is convenient and order ahead feature attracts quick turn around time. Ample parking outside and the drive thru was fast. The food and beverage is little costly however the taste is awesome.

Stopped in today with my kiddo for some sweet treats to the new location in Prosper off Preston and 380. She got a birthday cake cake pop and a pink drink and I had a hot chocolate with pumpkin spice, pretty delish. This location had a much more contemporary vibe than the other Starbucks I have been to. That long upholstered bench looks so comfy! They also had a grouping of chairs in the corner that looked pretty cozy as well. We opted to sit outside and they had some comfy upholstered chairs out there as well It was pretty busy when we went during a Sunday around 3:00 but the staff was friendly and we got our things pretty quickly.

This is one of the local Starbucks I go to frequently, I love their new Ice Coffee Blend, crafted with Latin American coffee beans. I always get mine black, with no milk or sugar.

I got the berry matcha. It was really good. Gotta love those mini vanilla scones!

The worst experience ever. I asked for a specific coffee and was told they didn't have it. How could they not have it if it's on their menu? They didn't even offer me options; I had to order something else. The young lady working as a barista didn't even ask my name or offer to give me a receipt. This isn't the kind of experience you'd expect from a place I've been coming to for years and in different locations.

Super bad service. The guy who was attending Adam made all the orders of the app and in the end he answered the line I was waiting for almost 30 minutes on the line. A disaster as they are going to have a single employee on a Sunday morning!
