The food was great, went for endless shrimp. Everything came out fresh and tasty. The salad was a bit salty but besides that everything was great. Came in a bit of a rush due to traveling and having my little ones with me and my server Litzy was amazing. Loved being greeted with those amazing complementary biscuits , my kids and I never had to ask for refills she was fast and quick. While also waiting seeing her and the staff cleaning constantly was refreshing to see. The spendless was a lot a nice size portion, kids meal was more than enough, and the Cesar salad was amazing and made fresh. Will be stopping by again when I do come back down to Florida. I got the Ultimate surf, it had Lobster tail, shrimp skewer and salmon with rice pilaf and French fries and I have to.say it was delicious. My girl and I loved every bite especially their garlic biscuits!

Juliet was amazing, she was really nice and training Roger who was also great. We had the Josh Cabernet and the stuffed mushrooms for a starter with the biscuits of course. The entrees we had were the lobster and shrimp Alfredo and the Cajun salmon with two sides of your choice. Please for the love of God get the crispy Brussel sprouts as a side. Everything was so delicious. The music was a variety and it was not too hot or cold inside. We really enjoyed it for our 2 year anniversary thank you all again!

Our waitress Yaya was such a pleasure. She was super attentive, checked on us often, and made sure everything came out right. Drinks stayed refilled, food came out on time, and she was quick to help with anything we needed. You could tell she really cared about giving good service, which made the whole experience better. Always exceptional service from Steph. My mom & I go there to see her whenever we can: It’s very important mother-daughter time for us. Tonight was extra special as it is my Mom’s birthday and Steph was just as awesome as ever. She is warm, friendly & efficient. It meant a lot. I also really appreciate that there was fall/thanksgiving decor up. It bothers me that a lot of places have Xmas stuff out so early. I would give the food an extra star however, I find the broccoli while good flavor wise, tends to be over cooked.

This location has been our go to location for years, but has been a while since we last visited. Today is mine and my mom's birthday and I decided to take her there to celebrate. She was so excited. Stephanie was our waitress and I couldn't asked for a better person to assist us. So polite, nice, attentive. Always checking in on us. Brought us our dessert with a candle and made our night even more special. We will definitely be back, and I say to whoever goes to this location to ask for Stephanie. She is the best!

Oh my God the new management at red lobster on Federal Highway really outdid themselves. We celebrated my God, Mom‘s birthday second surprise birthday cat service. I wasn't expecting much because Red Lobster was never that great to me back in the day, but I was thoroughly surprised on this visit! The service was great, I forget the waitresses name (sorry) but she was really nice and attentive. There was another waiter who checked on us periodically and then the general manager Khaya gave us free biscuits at the end of the night! And the food was actually really good, well seasoned and hot. The maragarita flight was delicious and despite our table sitting for quite a while close to closing time, they didn't rush us out the door. Great all around.

We came here to celebrate Father's Day, which is today in Brazil. We had a delicious family lunch and then asked for the check. Then, out of the blue, the friendly waitress, EMANI, surprised us with a wonderful dessert and a delicate card that read "Happy Father's Day" in our native language, Portuguese. They certainly made our moment that much more special.

This was an amazing experience words can't express the customer service me and my family received on February 7th from when we walked in and was greeted and when we sat down to order. my husband had made reservations to celebrate my Birthday!! Jennifer Mondesire had created such an atmosphere that truly she should definitely be rewarded as i to have been in management and know the importance of good customer service it determines if your customers will come back and tell friends and family or have a bad experience and never come back. My first time at Red Lobster in almost 30 years. Enjoyed the meal. They have a 3 course meal for $16.99 and it is the best bargain. To start you get salad or soup [yes, lobster bisque too] followed by an appetizer [shrimp cocktail, coconut shrimp or mozzarella sticks]. For your main you can choose [fish n chips, shrimp linguine alfredo, chicken pasta, salmon 4 ways, chicken tenders or a burger]. Portions were sizable. Olivier our server was pleasurable, knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. My only complaint was the appetizer came out before we even had a chance to start enjoying our lobster bisque. All in all I will be back during the week.. Every day there is a different special.. I'm going back on Wednesday for the Steak & Lobster Tail for $20.99.

We came here for the bottomless shrimp deal, the food itself took around 25 minutes for our first three dishes to come, the food tasted good, a decent standard for a bottomless deal I really enjoyed the biscuit things, the server was really nice and helpful for the most part, I asked how much the cocktails are as for some reason they are not priced on the menu and she just gave me an estimate of 12-20$ but overall a good experience.

We visited this location for lunch since we had a gift card, and I was craving some Cheddar Bay biscuits. We arrived around noon, and the parking lot was mostly empty. When we got inside, we were taken right to a booth in the main dining room. I think we were one of only two couples eating there. Added plus, there's hand sanitizer on each table! Our server took our drink order and let us review the menu. He came back with a basket of biscuits (yay!) and our drinks. For our meals, I decided on the Baja Shrimp bowl (seasoned grilled shrimp, fresh avocado, black beans, quinoa rice, pickled red onion, jalapeño ranch slaw, pico de gallo, sour cream and tortilla strips) and hubby ordered the Garlic Linguini Alfredo with shrimp. Our food came out pretty quickly, and mine was presented well! It had good flavor, too. The shrimp was seasoned perfectly, the quinoa rice was hot, and oddly enough, the black beans were cold, but worked with the dish. The crispy slaw was a bit too dry for me, and the bowl did not come with the sour cream, tortilla strips and jalapeno ranch. I mentioned that to our server and he said they hadn't done that for awhile. Kinda weird, but the dish was good overall. The dining room needs to be updated and maybe freshened up a bit with some paint (it's looking a bit aged), but there is ample space in which to dine. It kind of surprised me that the dining room was so empty; however, there was a table set up at the front of the restaurant that was sub-divided into food delivery services (i.e. Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc.) as well as their own take-out option. I'm thinking this place does a lot more delivery than eat-in...at least on a Sunday afternoon. Overall, we had a good experience. The food was good, our server was great (attentive and personable), and the parking lot is ample. Oh, and as always, the Cheddar Bay biscuits were perfect!

7/29/25- wow big difference. Sat at bar. The bartender was as not there , she was working tables in the dining room too So she was in around . I knew what I wanted when I got there but the ( Bartender ) I’m sorry I didn’t get her name when I said I wanted the crabs legs she recommended in the bag that came with roasted potatoes, which are good two clusters of the snow crabs and a quarter piece of corn on the cob always very good very messy but it comes with a pair of gloves, your bib nutcracker, and a small little fork. Hubby got the twin lobster tails, One Maine one other kind. I have daily specials and Tuesday they have that seafood boil which was worth it for $25. I asked for the Keylime because I heard it was good. It was a slither and when she came so we’re out of whip cream and she made a gesture of that it came out of a can well, and I gotta charge the whole price for that little thing not acceptable. 6/26/23- crab fest nothing like commercial. Very deceiving. . Crack a knuckle and a nice big piece comes out . NOT. You work to get shredded pieces out . Ask for the lemon butter on side , tasty , or it would be messier . Comes w/gloves and a bib. Not as appetizing as the commercial.. G had the fish and chips. Nice big piece of white fish. 8/19/18- wow seeing those commercials for the crab fest had to have some . Our waiter Oliver from France was such a seasoned sever. I got the large portion no sides then last minuet I decided on the sea scallops side nice size on top Fort wild rice. . When Oliver brought out my order of crab he said that’s I little shy I told the chef to send out another. Wow. They were not split, so I asked Oliver for a serrated knife or for the chef to cut them he told me they only do that with the king crab but he said wait I’ll get gloves. I thought he was getting him to give to me he put them on and showed me how to open up the snow crab without making it mushy . I hope the video does him justice and the meal was very good . I was quite surprised and I will go back and I will ask for Oliver ,what a true seasoned sever . You really don’t see service like this even at white linen.

We all know and love the Red Lobster biscuits—always a great comfort food! The main food is usually a little better than mediocre, which is fine. However, the service here is extremely slow. We ordered food to go and had to wait almost 20 minutes for our order. Be prepared for a long wait.

Juliet provided excellent customer service to my father and I. She even asked me if I wanted to have something else when I did not like my order. She came to the table to make sure we were good multiple times. I would come back for her service any day!

We love coming to red lobster the food is always good quality, tonight our server was absolutely amazing. She was super friendly. Her conversation was on point. She was very easy to talk to. We decided to stop in for dinner as we had an urge for seafood and didn't want to spend too much. We had some margaritas, and they are good no matter which one you get! I got the double lobster tails. One Rock and one Maine lobster tail with broccoli. I loved it. I wish I had another 2 tails. Service is a little slow, so have patience. But all in all we enjoy coming here. It always good.

Red lobster is always a great spot for some seafood. I was just really craving some lobster. We got the create your ultimate feast. It was good. We got the steak and lobster and the shrimp scampi and coconut shrimp. Our waitress recommended some drinks that were supposed to have liquor in them but tasted it was a virgin drink. I think they forgot the alcohol. She only checked on us once while we were there. Luckily some other lady came by and got us some refills on our ice water.

I had to knock of one star because of the stale smell. I knocked off another star because the inside seemed a little dingy. The service and cheddar muffins were great. We were also a little uneasy the waiter didn't have a mask on - especially in Florida during another wave of the pandemic. I was here for dinner on a weekday. The restaurant was not very busy. The staff was professional. They sat us right away. The waitress brought us biscuits right away. We didn't see her for a while after. It looked like they were a little short on staff. I ordered the garlic crabs. That took a long time. The waitress kept checking on us. This chain has one of the best biscuits. Unfortunately, I ended up filling myself up with them. I was so hungry. The Garlic crabs tasted great. I enjoyed each one of them and those crispy potatoes. The food was great. I got a chocolate cake. It was really good. It had a bunch of layers. That was a good cake. I thought the food was good and it was a good price for it.

Returned to Red lobster after about 10 years to try to see if they had something new. The service was exceptionally slow today and our food took over 45 minutes to come out. No apologies from the server or any sort of compensation. Every time the server stopped by we would not see her for another 30 minutes or any other staff around. We saw two tables leave frustrated after placing their order because the food was taking way too long.

Okay experience. The service was good but the food was disappointing. The seafood stuffed mushrooms were extremely salty and didn't seem to have any seafood in it as all we tasted was breading. We ordered the Mariner's Seafood Boil and there were several issues. The potatoes were not cooked thoroughly and tasted raw. The sausage was overcooked and too salty. The lobster tail was not fresh and the texture was a bit mushy/slimy. The shrimp were very small and didn't absorb any of the butter sauce. The snow crab legs were good, but not enough to save the entire entree. I hope this was just a one-off experience as this location has a good reputation.

It’s been forever since we’ve ate at this restaurant. Can’t really be judgmental of the food (it is what it is). However, SERVICE just requires a little bit of effort.

I’ll waitress was good. Our fluid was good, but I was one booth away from guess that was very loud and with manager walking around and waitress. No one seem to be able to have them lower their voices. I couldn’t even hear the person in front of me when they left the restaurant to Howard normally was when I go there we eat there two or three times a week and I was just very disappointed on this time on Thursday the 22nd 2026 January

Yikes! Not a good dining experience. Even though the restaurant was almost empty (at prime dinner hour), our server rushed around like he didn’t have time for us. He got my order wrong. My bf’s grilled shrimp entree was plain and lacked flavor. The broccoli was surprisingly/extremely mushy for how green it looked. The “jumbo” shrimp are the small kind. The clam chowder soup was tasteless. The salmon was about half the size you get elsewhere. The only good part of my entree was the brussel sprouts, which I paid extra for. Also the biscuits are served warm and taste good.

I went in yesterday to eat with my boss who’s 86 years old and has a cane. I’m a caregiver. The hostess made us stand there without saying a word. She then proceeded to go to the kitchen to get an order to go. After that, wo saying anything else, I asked her if she could seat us as we just came from the spine care center next door and he was in some legitimate pain. She proceeded to give me a dirty look and disrespectfully said no, she was bzzy, and to sit on the hard wooden bench there quite nasty. Then I realized the place was not that clean. I also saw we were not like other people in there if you know what I mean. So we headed out and waited in the hot sun for an uber for 15 or 20 mins. He was fine but I was not. Do not go to this place if you’re elderly or not their “cup of tea”. I couple be wrong, but that’s exactly what happened. I guess I’m now considered a “Karen” in her judgemental ( for lack of a better word ) eyes… oh well they won’t get my money and seriously the place looked like it could use it. They should name the place “Black Lobster” instead. Because it was a sad experience! Very Rude indeed.

Did a curbside order and waited in curbside for 20 minutes with my hazards on. I went in and told them that I had texted the number and no one brought out my order. The girl inside just went to the back and handed me my food. The food was not good pasta had no flavor. I won’t be back at this location.
