I've been coming here for a while and have ordered pick up several times since Covid and they always have the food ready on time. I've never had any problems with inaccurate orders until today. I ordered extra sour cream and there is barely any there.

It was teacher's day at chipotle's Mexican grill. It was buy one burrito get the other burrito free. It's a good deal and the food is very good. They accommodated me with no rice for one. Plus they were gracious when I added lettuce at the last minute.

The staff is always fast, efficient, and polite. I love me a burrito bowl. I tried the carne asada instead. Not worth it. The flavor isn’t there and I got massive chunks of fat and cartilage. Ironic considering I ordered it trying to avoid this from my usual beef. This is a common thing I’ve notice at this location in particular. Seems odd.

My first visit to Chipotle. Although the staff was friendly, the food was only so, so in my opinion. The tacos I ordered seemed to be a little lacking on the choices I made. Not enough birria, way too much salsa and not enough cheese. I got root beer from their beverage despenser which tasted watered down. I'm hesitant to return!

Got food poisoning from this Chipotle location yesterday Dec. 29th. I had ordered a bowl with lettuce, rice, black beans, steak, salsa corn and veggies.

Mobile orders are not placed in the pickup area and require assistance from a staff member, however there is no signage indicating that customers need to ask for help. I waited under the assumption that my order was not yet ready, only to later realize I needed to request it. By the time I got home, the food was cold and unappetizing. The guacamole and chips were noticeably lower in quality compared to the Yucaipa location, which I typically visit. I chose the Redlands location for convenience on my commute home, but based on this experience, I would not return. I will continue going to the Yucaipa location, which offers a drive-thru and consistently better quality and convenience.

Burrito bowl is full of some juice and has less than half what you would usually get if you go in person aswell as the burrito they gave us is soggy and falling apart DO NOT GO HERE

This location has been hit or miss for us. The last time we went the food was awful. The guacamole is always turning brown and the barbacoa is like 50 percent fat globs. I even put in a complaint online and no one ever got back to me. It's too expensive to gamble on weather or not it's going to be good that day so we're done. Goodbye Chipotle

This was a joke. Ordered a veggie bowl. Didn’t even give me any guacamole and there’s literally no beans and barely any rice in there. Not even a full scoop. Worst Chipotle ever. Waste of money.

I spend sixty dollars through urber eats and what i was brought was a JOKE! My 3 yr old can eat all the food they brought by himself! They wont answer the phone very disappointed
