Since I started coming to this location the smoothies are great and the service was fine. The new manager was helpful and doing the best he can. Even with only the drive thru being open right now he always apologizes for the wait and I'm never disappointed with the quality. I believe his name is Lee or leon. This location has been hit or miss on how good the blending is but this time hopping me out of 12 oz is not cool. I was given a 20oz cup inside a 32oz cup. I paid for the 32 oz and didn’t see since it was covered in napkins till I got to work. Crazy

I made an order online at 183rd & 57th for a smoothie bowl and I added and paid for extra granola and it’s only 4 chucks of granola in it. This don’t make any sense. This the only smoothie king that I always have a problem with. This is pathetic. I won’t be eating this and definitely bringing this back up there.

The employees are terrible. Every time I come, it either takes forever or they make the wrong thing. The majority of time there is no manager or supervisor, and it's just teenagers barely working, chit chatting amongst themselves. I waited 26 minutes for a smoothie, then was asked which smoothie I ordered again, then they made the wrong smoothie. If you value your time, go elsewhere.

ZERO STARS. WORST SERVICE. The staff is extremely unprofessional/rude (especially one girl in particular) every single time I get a smoothie. They do not greet customers as they walk in the store in addition to having personal side bar conversations and gaffing off as they’re making smoothies and using foul language. The manager has no positive control over the employees. Ultimately, if you need to make a complaint, they will NOT and I repeat, will NOT disclose the managers name which doesn’t make any sense. Won’t be going back to this store hands down.

Caution, this place smells horrible! I visited this location on 2 occasions. The first time I went, the place smelled like sour mop water and rotten fruit. I refused to purchase anything and left thinking, “maybe they had a bad day.” I went a few weeks later expecting a better day and assuming that I will be welcomed with a fresh and clean scent. To my surprise, the place smelled worst! I will not be purchasing a smoothie from this location unless it becomes more sanitary.

I gave this a 1 star because I had no option to give zero, please save yourself the time by coming here, the girls that work there are very unprofessional and rude. I was attended by amarilys and was so disappointed in the lack of customer service let alone common courtesy. The staff there were rude and goofing off one of the girls were digging into her pants another one had her hair in a fro all loose and unkept. My smoothie was horrible they didn’t even add the things I wanted. They screamed at me and said no manager was there at the time. If a supervisor does read this message please train your employees properly and get people who really like helping people, don’t just hire to hire. These girls are horrible and if you continue to have this type of personnel there nobody will go to this store and you will lose more business that I’m sure you already have lost.

The only reason I’m giving this place a star is so that I can leave a review for it. Every time I come here the service is RIDICULOUSLY SLOW. I went today with my husband only to be served by an incompetent girl. She had no idea what she was doing, took 20 minutes to give us the smoothie. When she finally made the smoothie, it was not made well. My husband told her he didn’t like it and she gave him nasty attitude and for sure said the B word to him. We asked for our money back and will NOT be coming back to this location. If the owner reads this, please take my advice: GET RID OF HER AND OTHERS THAT MAKE THIS PLACE UNPLEASANT!
