I swung by the Burger King at SW 152nd St & 117th Ave during a busy lunch rush and was really impressed. Manager Yudelka calmly oversaw a full house, greeting guests, keeping the line moving, and even stepping in to help when the fryer went down. Evangely took my order with a friendly laugh, nailed a tricky “no onions, extra melt” request, and made sure my meal was hot and fresh before I left. They make fast food feel personal.

I recently stopped by the Burger King at the corner of SW 152nd Street & 117th Avenue and was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, Manager Yudelka welcomed me with a genuine smile and made it clear she takes pride in running a clean, efficient establishment. She personally checked that my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it, offered thoughtful menu suggestions, and even asked if there was anything else she could do to improve my visit. Her leadership sets the tone for an upbeat, customer-focused atmosphere. But the real highlight was Evangely, she went above and beyond at every turn. Not only did she handle a complex special request without missing a beat, she remembered my preference for extra crispy fries and even offered a sample of the new spicy chicken sandwich. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail turned a simple meal into a delightful experience. Kudos to Yudelka for fostering such a positive environment, and a huge shout out to Evangely for making this Burger King visit one I’ll be recommending to everyone!

I have to say…Yudelka has been serving me at this BK for some time now. She is absolutely exquisite. From the way she cares about me having the sauces and napkins that I may need, to just reminding me that the three orders of fries I received were fresh and hot. I’m 51 years old and have been eating at fast food places my whole life. Yet, I have never been inclined to leave any kind of comment or review on either the service or quality of the food. The main reason is because I’ve never come across a person or a Burger King location that I actually thought cared about their customers. Yudelka clearly is passionate about customers and what she does. The amazing thing is that she’s very good at making people feel good. My career is in Human Resources. For me to sit here in my vehicle outside the Burger King just to write this review on here Should speak volumes of how she made me feel with a level of customer service, she provided me. It would be totally wrong to leave out Edward, a newer addition to this Burger King location. I don’t know if the training got better, or Yudelka has rubbed off on the employees at this location, or the hiring manager started focusing more on customer service, but clearly someone is doing something right. I truly hope that Yudelka and Edward get the amazing recognition that they absolutely deserve. I would hate to think that I sat in this parking lot, writing all this, and letting my fries get cold (totally worth it in this case), and that some Mgr.) is going to read this and just give them a pat on the back. This level of treatment from two dedicated employees to your customers needs to be celebrated. Thank you, Yudelka and Edward! You guys are absolutely amazing!

The staff is very friendly. The food tastes great, my only complaint is your coke always tastes weird, almost like cherry coke. Would love if you guys can fix this.

henry is always on point when i order my food. very polite, professional, quick with my food order. sometimes when i get my order with other people i have to send it back cause they get it wrong. & my orders aren’t complicated at all. but with henry, it’s always correct. i appreciate his work ethic & you need people like him to run your business on a higher level than his manager position you have him in right now. i honestly think he can handle the pressure & responsibilities of a higher position. he’s here to get this done, fast & correctly.

We stopped for breakfast and the biscuit was so hard I couldn’t bite into it. I returned it and they gave me a croissant instead. It’s like they reheated old biscuits

Price on the screens are different than the ones they charged, and we didn't get the ice cream that is included with the kids meal, the manager said I have to pay extra for it. Very disappointed with this place.

I just stopped in and ordered a Whopper combo with a Coke, no ice. My Whopper was clearly old and laying in the heat. The bun was hot. The vegetables were hot. The flavor of the onion was overpowering from having been in the heat long enough. The patty was a little tough at the edges. The fries were overdone in the fryer. I’m not sure if they were overcooked in a single sitting or if they had gone cold and were thrown in a second time, but the excessively crunchy exterior and lack of salt indicate a lack of care either way. I would have presume the saving grace would at least be my soda, but it had ice in it. The stars should have averaged out to three, but Burger King is a restaurant and food is the focus of the business.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in a fast food restaurant. First there was a filthy table that was left the entire time we were there. I personally wouldn’t have left that for the employees to clean but someone did and not one staff member was around to clean anything. Then after ordering my food they did not give me the chicken nuggets we paid for and insisted they did and we were lying! We were eating there and we even told them to check all of our food and with an attitude after arguing with them they gave us what we paid for. Finally the diet soda was completely flat and they refused to change it or fill up our soda from the back for us. This place was not busy at this time. I’ve never seen anything like it.

Didn’t give me a box for my SpongeBob bundle I ordered and everything was packaged like it was a normal meal disappointed the person working there tried to grab my food after it’s been in my care to fix it that’s unsanitary plus she wasn’t wearing gloves also paid for a frozen Fanta and they then told us they didn’t have it so why say you do and then you don’t that’s not okay having us pay for something else we didn’t even order I understand you can be stressed with fast food places bc I have experience in that field but come on do better and when we let them know they put our bag to the side like it’s nothing and disregarded us we will not be coming back to this location and will make sure anyone we know will do the same terrible customer service terrible location.

Very bad customer service . They messed up my order than when I gave the 2 bags back the guy at the window just took it and out it in the counter and ignored it . I just asked for my bag back . Never again will I go back and can’t even read the receipt

I come here in the morning sometimes to get the same exact thing, a medium French toast stick meal with hashbrowns and an orange juice but for some reason. The price is different every time on June 23rd it was $10.05, on July 7th it was $9.41, and now today July 25th it was $11 flat. Are we changing the prices every couple of weeks or are your workers putting in false information adding a tip or something? It's not crazy enough for me to go crazy asking questions about it but it seems sketchy to me especially when I'm never given my receipt.
