I had to update this review because they have declined as far as their food quality. I think they are using a microwave to heat up food. I can’t be sure but the super crispy/rubbery bread is sort of not edible. After 3 tries I give up.

Was rudely told no 2 croissants for $5 at this store. Yet i have it on my phone which i accessed before walking in. No help ordering and i wont be back. Stay away folks

Came here 5-5-23 around 12:40. I ordered an all-American bacon burger, no tomato, as I'm allergic. Not only were there tomatoes but NO BACON. I WENT BACK in. I wrote on the bottom of the box so I would know if they just pulled the tomatoes off and put bacon on. Sure enough, they did they don't care.!! So I went to churches.

A bit awkward when you get there to dine and a person is inside eating yet tells you it's closed. As shown, business hours reads open. Will be messaging corporate since luckily I have info.

I ask the drive through two times number 13 no bacon with medium fries, I get the burger with bacon, I have allergy to bacon or any things of the pork , and also I choose this location because they have 3.8 stars it’s the highest rating between the other locations near me , I drive 20 minutes to come here , I know I want to go back with no food thanks a lot for this service!

Save your time and money and do not come here they have good service but the prices are literally absurd! I had four Breakfast Jacks and the set of tacos back in the day that would have been $5 maybe $6 flat and now I'm paying $19 almost $20 that right there is completely unacceptable

To Whom It May Concern, On Sunday 7/13/2025 around 130 pm, my mother and I visited Jack in the Box store #572, where we were assisted by an employee named Ana. We placed our order through the drive-through and paid with a $100 bill. The employee informed us that she needed to verify the authenticity of the bill, but this check was not done in our presence. When she returned, she stated that the bill was counterfeit. My mother explained that the bill was genuine and had come directly from her bank. The employee then contacted the police, which my mother agreed to because we were confident that the bill was valid. When the police arrived, they did not acknowledge or speak with us, only with the staff member. We stepped outside to try to explain the situation further and pointed out that the bill the police had in their possession was not the same $100 bill we had provided. We requested that they review the security cameras, as we felt there may have been dishonest activity taking place at this location. This experience was extremely embarrassing for us and, more importantly, left us feeling targeted and discriminated against due to our race. We believe we were not treated with fairness or respect and are deeply concerned by how this situation was handled. We will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau regarding this incident. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The manager was saying you people don’t understand and that I could not make a complaint about the service. That she runs all the companies and she was going to call the police because of that. She also gave me all small fries and drinks with my meal when they come with medium. Mess up my whole day and my experience for my family.

This place is terrible un cooked everything onion rings tacos , egg roll,burger.hurry to get you out,i actualy went back out to get something else to eat,dont go here find something else

Why use Uber Eats if you don’t allow the driver to walk up to the window and pick up the order if it’s already ready? What do you gain by making the driver wait in a long line after the order is ready for pickup? Open another delivery window like Uber Eats and DoorDash! By the way, God gave us brains to use, not to keep them fresh in the box.

Ordered 6 reg. Taco's and a #2 meal ....every taco was old like it's been sitting all day....the meat on the meal was undercooked...the dining room was so hot ...that I had to ask if the air cond.even worked....only to be laugh at...stay away from this location.the food is unsafe to eat.no respect for seniors...my next step is to alert the city and file a formal complaint.

Food tastes like cafeteria food here more than other local jack in the box’s. Ski masked homeless man threatening people that walk by near the entrance. Employees do not take the time to listen to customers even when is is dead inside and the drive through has 1 person. My Pineapple Express milkshake had a visible layer of pineapple syrup, something that should have been mixed into the milkshake, and no it’s not because it’s melting a little bit, it was like this when I got it. I normally go out of my way to avoid this location but once again it disappoints.
