This pizza spot totally blew me away! The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, the sauce had just the right amount of tang, and the cheese was gooey and rich—exactly how pizza should be. I tried the Mediterranean slice and it was loaded with fresh toppings and full of flavor in every bite. The staff were super friendly and made the experience even better. Service was fast, and the place was clean and welcoming. Whether you’re grabbing a quick slice or sitting down for a meal with friends, this place is a win. Easily one of the best pizza spots I’ve been to! Highly recommend! 🍕💯
It was a relief to find a halal pizza place in downtown Toronto easily. The food was fresh and affordable, and there were lots of varieties to choose from. They even had vegetarian and gluten-free options. Despite the holiday rush, the service was done at fast pace. All the people looking for quick Halal pizza should go check it out.
I’d give this place a million out of 100 — hands down the best pizza and pasta in the GTA. Ahmad (the owner), Shubham (front manager), and the rest of the staff have the kindest, most pleasant personalities and are an absolute joy to communicate with. I’ll make sure to always order from here whenever I’m in downtown Toronto.
I had a good experience in exploring new food restaurant at Eaton center. I had tried their veggie pasta and pizza slice made a combo, great food and worth the price. Himanshi helped me in choosing the veg option and experience great customer service. Will visit this place again 😊
Sbarro never disappoints! The pizza was hot, cheesy, and full of flavor, and the combo was absolutely worth the price. Generous portions, quick service, and great value make it a perfect choice for a satisfying meal. Highly recommend grabbing the combo next time you’re there!

Unique style pizza are served - Stuffed pizza. Combos are served with sides and soft drink. Stromboli and stuffed pizza are good in taste and served hot. Pasta in sides is not proper, served with thin sause. Salad was little bit good as compared to Pasta. Stromboli should have little bit more stuffing and spices to overcome blend flavour of thck bread. Overall good combos for lunch and dinner
Randomly walked by it and got a Really good end of the day sale!! I got 4 slices for $10! 2 meat and 2 veggie pizza slices! It’s this crust pizza and was cooked to perfection! The slices were big and filling! The staff was also very nice. solid deal!
I had a slice of Chicken Ranch Pizza which was flavourful. Size of pizza Slice is okay I have eaten smaller at Pizza Pizza and bigger at Pizzalio and Fresh Slice. Service was slow as everyone was busy with multiple tasks, this could have been better. My slice was sitting in Tray for 5 minutes while I was waiting at the machine to pay. Sitting was difficult to find during rush hour and it was noisy as it is in food court.

The food isn't bad, the staff isn't unkind. But like many of the reviews point out, the constant upselling and haggling is very annoying when you're just trying to pay for what you ordered. Pizza shop, not used car lot.
I ordered only because they said it was Halal. anyway for the price it’s not worth it. Quick meal for $12? The taste wasn’t that fresh either. Also I ordered one in beef and one in chicken. Beef one had no beef as you can see from the picture. The chicken one was ok. They enhanced the taste by adding sweet chili sauce on the top.
Food is good and tastes Price is not reasonable (explanation below) Customer service is poor Location is prime So the pasta in the picture cost $18 if you purchase it as a combo (Minute Maid apple juice and garlic bread stick). The cashier rang in a combo although it was not asked for. So the plate ended up costing $13 is after removing the apple juice!!! Management: lower your food pricing. Your menus is flour based which is considered the cheapest.
Veggi Stromboli and Lasagna were good, but not warm enough; the core of them were still cold after being warmed (lasagna more than Stromboli).

I haven't had Sbarro in years so when visiting the Eaton Centre, I was looking forward to a meal there. I ordered the "baked" ziti. The portion size was good and it tasted alright but anyone who is familiar with this dish knows that it should have the consistency of a casserole. It was more like pasta and sauce with a very small hint of ricotta and mozzarella. In other words, it has to actually be baked and not just warmed up in an oven. I will likely try Sbarro again but if the ziti looks the same, I'll order something else.

While I like their pizzas, noticed they are overcharging customers. I took a combo which was 6.49 (don't remember precise amt) but they comfortable slipped a bill of $8.75 ($2 extra). I challenged and called the mgr, who finally refunded. No apologies. Be careful with this place guys and check the bill
They kept trying to upsell us when all we wanted was a simple pizza. The "buy one slice, get one free" deal was misleading—it didn’t even include pepperoni or cheese, which are the most popular options. To make it worse, the guy behind the counter kept shouting out promotions instead of giving us our pizza, which we waited five minutes just to have warmed up. Easily one of my worst experiences at a food court spot. However, the food was very enjoyable once it came.
If you're giving this place good ratings, you have no taste in food. The owner is getting friends to give this place 5 star reviews (look at the 5 star reviewers- they only have 1 review to their name). Honestly, go someplace else. The price is really high for bland food. The stromboli was empty inside (I ordered the chicken and veggie and got... two pieces of tiny chicken and mostly onions). Avoid the combos as they're highly overpriced. Avoid the 'chicken' parmesan. Avoid this place in general. Two stars because at the very least the bread tasted good (but I don't want to pay $15 for bread).
The pizza was okay, but the all meat/meat lovers pizza was really disappointing, as you can see in the picture, there was barely any meat on it, and it was the same for the other three pizzas we ordered. The chicken side dish wasn’t great either. It just tasted like regular chicken nuggets with some sauce and parmesan on top. The meatballs were the worst part, they had no flavor and were really tough. Pizza - 4 for $10 Side dish chicken - $4.99 Side dish meatballs - $4.99 Overall, the food was very underwhelming and definitely not worth the price.
I mean. $7.90 after tax for a pepperoni slice. How on earth is this place still open. Don’t waste your time. That is all.
Nice people working there. The food on the other hand felt like i was eating my school food. Very little sauce, a sprinkle of parmesan cheese, and so much oil. Once i got to the bottom i couldn’t eat it anymore because all i could taste was oil.

I recently visited Sbarro and was quite disappointed with their pizza handling practices. The pizzas are left sitting out all day, stacked on top of each other, at room temperature. This approach is far from food safe and is highly concerning. When I tried a slice, it had an off taste and smell, indicating it was not fresh. Consequently, I chose not to eat mine. Unfortunately, my boyfriend did, and he fell ill the next day. While the service was satisfactory, the staff should be aware that leaving food out for extended periods is hazardous to customers’ health. Overall, this experience was quite off-putting, and I hope Sbarro reconsiders their food safety practices to ensure the well-being of their patrons.
AWFUL, HORRIBLE I had a slice and my stomach been upset for 2 days. Definitely not fresh at all. This place is a health hazard
*edit* food safety found violations!! overpriced day old stale pizza that tasted sour me and +1 got sick after eating they try to up charge u on every occasion possible even after refusal like get a grip
We were framed of buying a combo with the saying of “free drink”, while all we wanted was the spaghetti. The food was only “edible”. Spent $22 in an area where we could’ve got much better food with less money… Be cautious when buying from here.
Fooled!! Showed deal for “MANAGERS’ COMBO- 2 slices and 2 pop for $11” I ordered and after serving the guy said the combo is only valid for veg and made us pay $35.66 giving some garbage like sides. Total rip off!!!!! Don’t fall into the trap please ever !!!!!
The food is quite cold and they use same sauce for lasagna and pasta, I ordered vegetarian lasagna, and all I am tasting is lasagna sheets because only on the base they have 7 layers of sheet no sauce in between just the sheets + additional layers with vegetables and cheese. The pasta is quite bland and dry. Garlic bread has some weird aftertaste. Not at all recommended.
Just a heads up I ordered Spaghetti with meatballs i am not sure if its the spaghetti or sauce was about to soil it’s different than the normal taste of the spaghetti Im sorry to say but I was really disappointed plus I am pregnant so its better to taste own menus before selling it otherwise wise the other customers will complain too thanks and I hope this helps to inform you.
"I recently visited Sbarro and had a terrible experience. The pizza was extremely disappointing—bland, undercooked, and nothing like what I expected. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unprofessional, which made the visit even more unpleasant. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone I have that day's pizza pictures believe me guys it's just wast of money it is extremely terrible and the guy in picture was so rude to us.
I have never seen a lasagna like that. By far, the worst I’ve ever had. Instead of layering the ingredients, they have stacked 5 or 6 lasagna sheets, then a block of meat, a block of cheese and sauce. You guys really need taking coking classes. I swear I have never seen anything like that before, and I mind that I have eaten in pretty sketchy places…
The food was by far and large the WORST experience of my entire trip. Had the baked ziti, which tasted rancid and rotten, for a disgustingly overpriced total of 15 dollars because I wasn’t informed that the meatballs were an additional charge prior to the checkout. The meatballs were also garbage, by the way. Do not be fooled by the displays on the counters; delicious they may appear to the eye, this is all to distract from their taste. Save your money and go somewhere else, Eaton has no shortage of infinitely more palatable alternatives.
Incredibly disappointed today ordered one slice the man serving me said it’s buy one get one but when i proceeded to the cash register the women working told me there was actually no deal on the pizzas. Furthermore the pizza taste like cheeks SAVE YOURSELVES NEVER GO HERE
⭐☆☆☆☆ Avoid this place. Total rip-off and poor service. Stopped by Sbarro at the Eaton Centre and instantly regretted it. The staff barely gave me a second to look at the menu before aggressively pushing add-ons—“Get lasagna, I’ll give garlic bread free,” kind of nonsense. It felt like a constant upsell trap, not a meal order. I ended up with a single bowl of pasta with some vegetables, topped with a cheap, watery store-bought sauce and a meat patty that was drowning in more sauce. The patty was soggy, over-sauced, and tasted like it came from a frozen aisle. All that? $22. Absolutely not worth it. Disgusting food, pushy staff, and a total overcharge. Stay away.
The only thing good about this place was the enthusiastic staff who make you believe the good is good while it clearly is sub par! The pizza was okay, pasta was tasteless and stale. Also ordered a spinach broccoli stromboli roll which had no taste at all, could be cause there was little to no salt at all. We couldn’t finish any of the food we ordered. Don’t fall for how attractive it looks, it’s all extremely tasteless. Save your money, there are better choices!
Try to avoid this place. According to price pizza was disgusting tasteless , burned and this person charge hidden charges and didn’t stand on his words. Service was zerooo

I know it's a high volume area so 1000's of people can eat your food once and never come back year after year, but know that your reputation as a pizza place is terrible. You (the owner of this location) need to ensure that every different sized item is cooked until it is hot, meaning that you personally should find out how many minutes each item should be in the oven so that it is served at an appetizing temperature. Whatever corporate is telling you about reheating instructions is incorrect, or your employees are not listening to instructions, whatever the reason you have to as the owner figure this out yourself. I know the quality of the pizza isn't the best, it's from a mall. I know you're limited to what you can serve since it's a franchise but please yourself ensure that the product is consistently served warm. It's insulting for someone working class to spend a considerably high price for some dough and cheese at the mall and it's served cold.
Order buy one slice and get one free. When I order two chicken flavour the guy said this will cost more as the deal is for one veg and one meat flavour. Ended up paying few bucks more with a forced pop as well. As for the taste it tasted very average, there was stink of weird oil and one chicken slice had just crumbs of chicken pieces.
The foods are too bad and too pricy. I would give negative star if there would any option. Today I ordered 2 slices of pizza. One meat lover and another one chicken ranch. The price was $6.99 each. When I was paying, the cashier told me I will get 1 free drink . But after paying, the receipt shows it's $18.07! Right away I went to the guy who told me the price before. He told me it is combo but when i told him, the girl didn't tell me about the combo. The girl just told me with 2 slices the drink is free. He didn't care and said he can't do anything and he is just sorry. He seems like the owner because the way he was talking to other employees. He was very rude to them and with me. And the pizzas! Those are just decorated like fake foods. No cheese at all.
What the hell happened here? It's pretty disgusting that the food so openly sits out like that for hours, some probably for the entirety of a shift. The pasta dishes also aren't warm enough and get soggy in the containers they're sitting out in. Who knows even what else you might be eating with the amount of time the food is left out on display.
This was the worst pizza and pasta I have ever had. The staff described the pizza as spicy, but there was absolutely no spice at all. The pasta was served cold and tasted very poor in quality. It felt like the focus was only on selling and making money rather than providing good food or customer satisfaction. And the pizza was not at all good . worst pizza . Additionally, I was given two ranch sauces without being asked, and I was charged $1.49 for each without any prior notice. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. Overall, this was my worst food experience in Canada. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good quality food or honest service. Very dissatisfied. the government should take some action against these kind of stores . i wont give even single star . just because i had to rate i gave it , if not its minus. $27 dollars not worth . just scamming people and making money
