A little pricey for quick fried cafeteria style bar food. The World's Greatest Cheeseburger was, in fact, not. I've had better and less greasy at many other places. The chicken fingers were just ok even though they were huge. The breading could have been done better and crispier.

Food was delicious and food service was great, the only concern I have is there was a big spill in the middle of the walkway all the way around where the drinks are and where the waiting area is and despite being told many times that it's a safety hazard and that they need to clean it up every time they "attempted" to clean it up they simply added more water to the mess and made it worse. Not only that, in one of the photos you can see a hazard sign not even being used.

I haven't been to this location in quite awhile. Ordered World"s Greatest Cheeseburger for nearly $7. Meat overwhelmed the bread, great. Roll was soft. Although with all the toppings, minus onions, lacked flavor.

It was a huge disappointment. We spent $76.00 for 5 people and the food was not even warm when we got it. I definitely would not go back.

The food is good, but not great. Prices are high for the foods and menu they serve compared to other restaurants. Nice dining room. Watched an employee behind the counter, wash his hands, then run his hand through his hair, and went on to duties with food. Watched another by the ice cream, wipe the sweat off his forehead with his hand, and not wash his hands. Serv Safe certification certificates for food safety are posted on the wall are nice, but that doesn't change poor personal hygiene habits. Mens room smelled of old urine and ammonia. Floor needs to be mopped, sanitized with chlorine bleach and water to get rid of that odor.

Super disappointed. Tonight is Paddy Hills fundraiser at Bill Grays and instead of the staff saying sorry for the wait we’ll have everything out as soon as possible the woman taking orders before people even say what they is saying it’s gonna be at least a 45 minute wait and like discouraging people from ordering.

Typically I enjoy eating a bill grays. Today was my first visit at this location in a while, and I was very dissapointed. The burgers were over cooked, and I ordered a $5 basket of fries only to receive what is pictured. I'd estimate there are about 20 fries in this "basket"

This restaurant has really gone down hill from the last time I visited. We ordered two Plates. They were helpful with directing us to the coupon on line. Buzzer went off and I went to retrieve the dinners. The tray was handed to me with the plate dinners with buns set on the dirty tray next to them. I questioned the manger if this was a normal practice? He went back to the kitchen to get two more. Is this standard practice? I wonder. So.. 6 bites in and what do you know… hair. Unbelievable!! They refunded one meal. For as prices as they are.. I would not recommend this establishment.

I am a vegetarian and I was craving a veggie burger, we grubhubbed and they sent me a chicken sandwich I couldn't eat. So my husband picked us up veggie burgers from here the following week and they were red and barely cooked. So gross and disappointing. Will not be back.

Went to this location for dinner tonight and this is how I got my chicken! I can’t believe this . Now there is a very big chance that I get food poisoning or salmonella!

This company and local have jumped the shark. The service is absolutely miserable, the food is insanely overpriced, and the restaurant is dirty. The coupons are now almost non-existent. The place was empty and we looked at 10 different seats that were dirty before we found a halfway clean one. The floor however was sticky. I'll be taking my dollars elsewhere.

Kitchen closes at 9 . needs to be open later. Pretty ridiculous honestly. Every time I think about a bill grays plate there closed. Can't even sit down at the tap room and get food either.
