We went for my birthday. Hector was our waiter. His service was excellent. I would highly recommend asking for him. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. Excellent meal!

Just had one of thee most pleasant Lunch Date with my little family. The food was fantastic. The customers service we received was phenomenal. It's was cozy to be able to even get some study time with with my son before his big week. The Wonderful manager truly knows the meaning of providing great customers service. She not only manages but also works along side her staff which is great to see. Our food came out hot & exactly how we ordered. Our drinks stayed full without asking. We will definitely be back in the near future. Definitely stop by here for a lunch date or date night. From One Business Owner to Another this is the kind of Customer Service that is expected. Came here for a quick bite for appetizers and drinks. Malik was our bartender & he was very attentive and quick to getting our orders in and drinks made. The manager Taylor, checked on us throughout our experience a few times to make sure everything was perfect. & It was. Definitely will be coming back for the NEW Aussie JAWSie drink again!

I'm definitely a satisfied customer. Been eating at outback steak house in every city state that have one. This one here in Arlington was a first and definitely not the last time for me coming here. I love friendly people. Even though Mitchell was not my waiter he still stopped by my table twice and asked was I ok. Did I need anything. I recommend everyone to try this outback. The salmon was so good. And the drink lol.

Literally the best country friend steak I have ever had! The breading is so crispy and delicious and the steak meat is great quality. It’s very inexpensive too - their country fried steak entree is only $12 and comes with TWO huge steaks. I was full after one. Our waitress was very friendly too!

For a busy Friday night, everything was remarkably well cooked and seasoned. The service was well-paced, our waiter was attentive but not pushy. It was a pleasurable experience; makes me want to go back specifically to this location. Plating could use some work, but I can overlook that to be pleasantly surprised like I was.

I seriously can’t say enough wonderful things about this Outback Steakhouse! I have probably ordered takeout from them over 100 times over the last 5 yrs and dined in a countless number of times. The staff has always been friendly, steak cooked the right temperature and flavored to perfection and I literally have no complaints at, only nice things to say. Eat at the Outback on I-20 and frontage row between Cooper and Matlock, you won’t be sorry!

Been coming to Outback for our anniversary every year for the past 3yrs. Never a fail. Our food always comes out delicious and beautiful! Blooming Onion is a must, I hate onions but absolutely love this ! Our waiter this time around wasn't the best, BUT out of the many times we've come to this location, we've never had a problem.

Everything was amazing!!! My server Tori made sure we had everything we needed and was so nice! The manager Taylor was amazing and helped me grow my duck collection! This place is amazing and I will definitely be coming back!!

My wife and I will come here every now and then to enjoy a quick steak. The ambiance is great for catching up with old friends. And the food tonight was excellent. The fried mushrooms and the sirloin and grilled shrimp paired perfectly tonight. Our waiter also was a treat and was very attentive and helpful. It was a great experience!

We went for mothers day today. We went early and missed any wait time and were seated. We had a great server. She took great care of us. We had a flight of margaritas and a cucumber crush to drink. The filet mignon we had was not seasoned well, very bland, but the meat was like butter so can't complain. I'd say overpriced for mediocre food but still had a great time and experience.

The food was food and the service was very friendly. Signature Bloomin’ Onion menu item is always good. Seared ahi was nice. I would maybe get the Tawoomba toppings for the steak on the side in the future. Would recommend.

Great food and service. Your bread is always on point! I ordered a blooming onion as my appetizer. Finished the night with a medium-rare prime rib with fries and broccoli. It was delicious. Y'all never disappoint!

The food was fantastic, I had the pork tenderloin with pineapple sauce and the best Macaroni and cheese I have ever tasted, it was so creamy, my husband had prime rib sandwich with fries and he enjoyed every bite, but the best for last was the appetizer steakhouse mac and cheese bites, omg!!!!, You have to try these with their special ranch. I know there have been mixed reviews of this location lately & they *are* still renovating, but we had a wonderful dinner here last night! First off, our server, Robert, was kind and very attentive. Second, the restaurant is being renovated, but everything was incredibly clean. Lastly, our food was absolutely delicious!! The steak & bloomin’ chicken, wedge salad, and sweet potato were amazing. I haven’t been to an Outback Steakhouse in many years, but this experience changed that- we will be back soon!

The food and service at Outback was excellent. We first went to Longhorn Steakhouse down the street (we live in Irving) because we wanted something different. We eat regularly at the Irving Outback). At Longhorn, we did not get to eat. Waited from 7:25 to 8:20 for a party of 3. After waiting 55 minutes, we were told there were still 24 parties ahead of us. Since Outback Steakhouse on I-20 was only a few miles away and had no wait, we decided to go there. It was our first time at this location. It was the great food and service we expected. Sorry for the confusion. I thought my original post was on Longhorns page.

I took my mom to o Outback Steakhouse after a doctor's appointment. It was delicious. We both enjoyed every bite. The steaks were perfectly cooked and oh so savory. She had a baked sweet potato, which she devoured, I had the loaded baked potato, which was good. Both had house salads with our choice of dressings, wonderful! The steaks stole the whole show! Great service from our server too!

I'm a longtime customer. The Arlington, Texas staff is absolutely awesome. The young people in the Take Out" area are great! Mahalia's customer service skills are of another level of awesome! Local managers echo and atmosphere of customer service and appreciation for the military veteran community! 👏 👌 🙌

Dinner this afternoon was delicious. Outback has a great selection to choose from and I had the was very pleased with the salmon and my friend said the New York Strip was excellent. My husband and I had dinner there tonight and had exceptional service from Nicole and I believe she said it was Antonio grilling the steaks tonight. We each got a perfect medium and medium rare steak. I have 4 stars for the atmosphere because yall, the womens bathroom is so tiny and the music Playlist didnt really suit the vibe. I made a DoorDash order and it arrived without silverware and apple juice. But the way they fixed this order and made it up to us was the best service I’ve ever had. Not only did we get another complete order, we also got a slice of cheesecake and a gift card…. And to top it off they had one of their own workers personally deliver the order!!! Passing by this location with my daughter, was great experience having lunch. walked in and was immediately greeted! We had the pleasure of having Mrs . Paula serving us during our visit. She was very personable and even liked chatting. I had noticed how clean this location was! I love when Mrs. Paula takes pride in her business. Our food came out quickly and was delicious! Steak was cooked perfectly and potato had plenty of butter. And free cake was provided to go for my daughter’s birthday! Highly recommended to go visit the crew at this Outback. Went here last night for my birthday and had a wonderful time! Our waitress was super friendly and was always ready to help us out! Food was delicious and drinks were amazing! Definitely making this a new family spot. We splurged a bit so it was more expensive than what we would normally budget for, but otherwise not too bad!

The customer service was good and the food was decent,but was pricey. I also feel the ribs were 'okay',but was not cooked to perfection. I was still hungry afterwards,not really a good sign when I came in starving.

Everything about my meal was great, especially my steak 😋. The drinks 🍸 was good , food great and wonderful company. This was a evening well spent

Great service! Tried the NY Strip and it was yummy medium rare, with the baked tater and broccoli with cheese. Kinda splurged on some extras, garlic butter and the barbeque sauce with bacon. I'm not A big fan of broccoli,I don't Care how much cheese you add, it's still Broccoli! It was A great meal with sweet tea and lemon, no I don't drop the lemon in any more. We did have A Blackberry Sangria, it was Not so bad!! I would like to point out this Outback is in the Lone Star State, and I would have had something with tequila, but some guy somewhere decided the bar doesn't Need 1800 Quervo Gold tequila, a travesty really. So the reason they don't get all 5 stars.. Aside from the lack of a good top shelf tequila, was the bathroom for " Blokes"... Not nasty, but not up to my standard for a place I'm gonna drop a $100 in. Even Mickey D's checks the men's room every hour, but not here. It Needs some simple repairs any "Bloke" could spot right off. All in all A nice place, we'll return.

I’m not a steak eater, but I did try the chicken/shrimp Alfredo…I asked for some Cayenne pepper and hot sauce b/c I’m not big on Alfredo sauce either. I really enjoyed the pasta, but the chicken was a little dry. I had a delicious adult beverage; the watermelon margarita on the rocks!! So good!! I forgot to take a picture of it, but I did capture my food. The Blooming Onion/sauce was great!!

This first time here and we surprised my cousin for his birthday. The food was delicious it just took a long time to get everything. Maybe they're understaffed. Our server Brittany was great especially considering she waited on our entire party, which was at least 15 people. Overall though the staff was great and the food was good.

I went for lunch today. I ordered the prime rib sandwich and tried the Mac and cheese bites, while my friend ordered the cheese fries without bacon. The food was good (mac and cheese bites standout) and the service was great. The only thing knocking this was the sauce you are supposed to dip the prime rib in... It just didn't go well with it. Besides that this was a very pleasant meal and experience. I plan to return in the future to try other items so there is potential I'll shift it to a five star rating.

Friday🌙 outing! So my friends and I decided to go out for dinner. Nothing like Friday, Friends, Food and Fellowship! We went to Outback. We had the Boomaritas!! The Blackberry and Mango flavors were the BEST! The other two were Watermelon and Original Margarita with salt! Dinner was good as well. Really enjoyed the broccoli 🥦 and cheese 🧀. Josh the manger on duty was GREAT! He was very attentive and attractive LADIES!!! He walked the floor and provided very good customer service 👏 👌 👍. Thank you Mr. Josh.

Their liquor drinks are really overpriced and they have trained the staff to fill the glass with plenty of ice. I k ow this is a trick, as ive taken a bar tendi g class. No way Crown should cost more than Hennessy. Both were too expensive.

Edit: we have noticed over our many visits that the plates often have a thin grease film left over after washing. We have had salad with frozen tomatoes (skin falls off) or frozen cucumbers (clear looking insides). My spouse also brought home half his burger once and the kids noticed it still had the paper stuck to the burger. I am guess it was double patty that was frozen together. So removing a star from my initial review. As of October 2025 they still have the 3 course Meal- now part of the current regular menu. Have had the Aussie three course meal a few time and it is good. Servers are nice. Quick to get food out. We shared the meal and upgraded dessert. I have shared with spouse, shared with children more than once. Baked potato soup was good. Chocolate Thunder from down under dessert is delicious but don’t stuff yourself before you get it (thats why we share the meal… we want to not need a nap after eating haha). It is often chilly in the restaurant so bring a sweater or light jacket.

It's really sad when the cooks mess up loaded mashed potatoes on so many orders they have to take it off the menu for the night. We order our food. Our server was sweet. You can tell she had a lot going on, so we were patient with her. It was a little hard to get refills when needed on drinks, but again, you could tell she had a lot going on. I don't know if the same was going on in the kitchen or what, but when our food came out my grandson ordered sirloin with broccoli. He said, "Nana, my broccoli is cold". So I felt his, then tasted mine. Not only was both of ours cold, but it left a nasty aftertaste in my mouth. Our server just happen to walk by at that time and we asked for seasoned rice instead. So I continued to eat. I tried my loaded mashed potatoes. They were cold. My daughter got the same thing and she said hers were too. Her boyfriend got his plate late, and we were waiting to get someone to come over he said his was cold but his broccoli was fresh. Then the lady caddy corner from us said it's not just us, her loaded mashed potatoes were cold too. Not to mention, the broccoli had no seasoning. By the time everything was said and done, my meatloaf was cold. So I only ate half of my rice and the freshly made loaded mashed potatoes they brought out. I was just done with it all. Paying $20 for a meal... you should not have a single cold item on your plate. They brought my daughter's boyfriend's plate out late, and he still had cold food. So, I'm not sure what the excuse could be. That was my first and only time going to Outback. It's too expensive to get such low-quality food. The service was good, and the restaurant looked clean.

This was supposed to be a nice lunch date between my husband and myself. We saw that there was a special for $13.99 for chicken or steak with fries and a drink/beer. The booth where we were seated was very dirty, from the seats to the backs of the chairs, to the walls. There was dried food everywhere! The food was just ok. My husband ordered the steak, and I asked for the chicken. We both thought we would be getting fries, but NO! He got broccoli, and I had broccoli cheese soup. Our waiter had been off work for a few months he said, so he had to ask his co-workers and manager lots of questions. That was fine, but in the end, our orders should have been corrected. We won't be visiting there any time soon.

I ordered the Bloomin Onion for curbside. I ordered it at 9:30 at night and about 15 minutes later was sent a text saying it was almost ready so I got my car to go pick it up... arrived there at 9:50. Was not brought out to me until about 10:05 and unfortunately it was lukewarm. But I wasn't even upset about that because its Saturday night, I know they're busy. What upset me though was once I got home and I opened up my blooming onion and found at least a third of it was raw and had no batter. I was a little disappointed in its size as well it was kind of small but I'm not even going to hold that against them because you can't always control the size of the onion but the fact that it was significantly uncooked and no batter really bummed me out. The Bloomin Onion is my favorite... I frequently get that for take out quite often. I will go back because I'm hoping that this is a one-off but feel it warranted making a review about it. Cuz it was really that bad.

We got take out. Mine was the bloomin chicken, french onion soup and mashed potatoes. The soup and chicken were way too salty, it burned my mouth! My husband liked his chicken sandwich and mashed. I can still feel the salt burn on my tongue :/ The ordering process was simple, and hubby said the staff were nice.

The Blooming Onion was too salty, the 16 ounce ribeye steak had about 6 ounces of fat, they placed my mash potatoes on my wife’s plate and her banked potato on my plate. The drinks were a great value- $7 specials, and the soap dispenser in the men’s bathroom was broken on the counter but fully refilled. I told the waiters d general manger it was my birthday celebration and neither offered any special song or even the dessert menu. Great food but needs a lot of improvements.

I'm a particular eater and I asked for well done and want pleased with the results. I just decided instead of complaining I would fix it at home ... I ended up spending over $100 to go home and try but I ended up going to bed frustrated and hungry. Great atmosphere, drinks, and service though. It'll be a while before I give it a go again bc I had the same results off 35 a few months back.

The food was well so- so. Outback has lost its competitive edge. There are a lot of restaurants in this shopping area and I noticed upon arrival at 12pm lunchtime the place was flat. I should have moved on. My fault. Will not happen again . Outback you’ve had your day. Probably time to close up with your dignity still in tack.

They pushed the “$10 take-home meals” onto us heavily, which we decided to get at the end of our meal. When we got home, we realized the portion size they gave us was about 3 bites of chicken - not worth the $10 at all - AND then there was undeniable hair in the take home meal! They were also out of the ribeye. At the very least the meal in the restaurant was fine and our server was very attentive. Extremely disappointed, and will not be returning in the near future

Had a wonderful experience the last time we came so we decided to return for a family meal. The entire experience felt rushed, it wasn't enjoyable. The food came out undercooked, we were immediately pestered by staff once we began eating. The price of a sweat tea is flat out burglary, it's just absurd. The overall quality provided is not equal to the expense requested as compensation. Suffice to say, there are other steakhouses in the vicinity.

We called ahead of time and was told 30 minutes to be seated. We arrived and an hour later we still had not been seated. I asked to speak with manager. Several tables were just sitting and talking. 1 table she told me had been there for 2 hours. She told me that Outback steakhouse policy is that they can not ask guest to leave. As I am writing this the party is just now leaving. So they were here over 4 hours. The manager was very frustrated because other guest could not be seated They had a large party. Outback needs to change this policy. You will loose a lot customers and money with type of policy. I called 715 pm. And it's now 9 pm still waiting on our food. Not good business

I asked for a well done center cut 8 oz steak. My steak looked like a old dry hockey puck. The Mac was dry. The servers were Amazing Becky with the good bread was very attentive to our needs as well as the other young man.

I went with my wife for our wedding anniversary. she ordered bbq ribs and sirloin stake, the ribs had a wird aftertaste. I ordered a new york stake medium well, it was good until i got to thee middle of the stake.....the cow was almost alive ......and they just said sorry. I never go back to that place

Ok I ordered a rib with shrimp well done. I spent 60 dollars on my complete order. Y’all know I am foodie . Well as you steak was medium rare. I notified the restaurant was told they would take care of it. This was a trainee manager as he informed me very politely. Then I get a follow up call from someone else who wanted to inform me that the order was sent medium rare. Ok . Well I done know how that happened. But what is purpose of this call . The trainee manager told me it would be taken of offered to redo order . I passed so why you calling me senior manager? I just want eat my steak . Call Grubhub and discuss the mistake. So you felt it necessary to till me it was my fault not yours or Grubhub messed order I don’t care 🤷‍♀️. I just enjoy my 60 meal my son bought me because I am nurse worked along shift . I just want my order. Is this leadership ? What is purpose of your call? Other than to blame . It wasn’t y’all fault. Tell it to app and Grubhub I just want eat this steak and shrimp and this cake and ice cream. In the late Micheal Jackson words “Just Leave Me Alone.😂😂

Soon as we got our food to the table, the server gave us our check and to-go boxes. Literally rushing us out the restaurant. If you give poor service you will get a poor tip. Let us enjoy our food and spend time with our family. When we ordered dessert they brought it in to-go boxes. Sad

Sirloin was very much undercooked. Food was trash. The Mac only taste like basil or some type of onion. Very disorganized. We even took it home to try and be nice but it made my sister extremely sick. You can definitely see here. This was also yesterday’s experience 3/9/24 around 6 o’clock.

Service was slow. We ordered an 8oz medium well fillet mignon, a 12oz medium ribeye, a blooming fry shrimp, an sweet tea and a Gold Coast Rita. The ribeye had too much fat but was still good. However, the fillet mignon came out well done; it was dry and tasted like rubber, but after waiting for so long, we were not going to send it back and waited even more. I can’t believe someone could mess up a fillet mignon steak. The sweet tea tasted like it had the slightest hint of sugar. We had to ask two employees for some sugar. The first one said yes but never came back. The fry shrimp was bad; it was way too salty. The steakhouse mac & cheese side dish was too salty as well. Believe it or not, the best thing on the table was the bread. The Gold Coast Rita was good too. But when you spend $91 for two people, you would expect a whole good meal, not just the bread and a drink. And once again, service was slow.

I usually try to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt, but my experience at this Outback Steakhouse was honestly terrible. The service was incredibly slow—we waited almost 20 minutes just to get water and even longer for someone to take our order. When the food finally came out, it was cold and looked like it had been sitting in the window too long. My steak was overcooked, the sides were bland, and the bread (which I normally love) was dry. To make matters worse, the staff didn’t seem to care much. No one checked in on us, and when we mentioned the problems, they just shrugged it off. For the prices they charge, I expected at least a decent meal and a little effort. I won’t be returning to this location, and honestly, I’d think twice before recommending Outback to anyone.

This is the smallest $21.00 - 8oz sirloin I’ve ever seen. This is a pretty small baked potato too, don’t let that throw your sense of scale.

I’ve been to Outbacks in Brazil, California, Washington and Oregon. Each one different but goood! This one started off poorly, called ahead, arrived on time 12:20, and waited 25min for seating. Restaurant was empty. Waiter comes by takes our drinks, 5min later a different waiter stops by to take our drinks... 25 min later our drinks arrive. Food arrives 1hr later, did I mention the place was empty? Baby’s food, ordered ahead to be delivered ahead came 50min after ordering, chicken and broccoli. Really? Entrees and sides missing, waiter doesn’t appear for 20min, missing sides and entrees arrive after all had finished their meals. The unlimited shrimp was one of them. Soggy, cold and oily... SAD! The ribs were over cooked and no one bothered to ask about the food. Flavored lemonades are now charged $2.99 for refills, not informed when ordering, only when requesting refills. We're went here for my birthday dinner. We went early, 5pm. Was the only couple seated in the area. Our appetizers took about 25 minutes to come out. By then other groups were seated. Salad was another 20 minutes and then another 20 minutes for food. Large groups seated behind us were getting their dinner while we watched. We were about to leave when the food finally came out. It was TERRIBLE. My filet mignon was the size of a prawn and was cooked rare instead of medium rare, blood everywhere and cool in the middle. It was so small I do not know how they messed this up. In contrast, my husband's ribeye was charred to oblivion and not edible. It was supposed to be medium well but was burnt far beyond well done. The lobster tail was tiny. You can see it below the same size as the coconut shrimp. I have never seen a lobster tail you can eat in two bites. We didn't eat it. The manager and waitress were nice and we paid for our drinks and left. I'm going to try this place one more time in hopes that this was just a fluke. The manager made it right so I'll give it one more chance. I'll update the review afterwards. Check out the pictures.

I find it quite concerning when a manager attends to one guest over another, even though both parties have the same complaint. In this situation, the only apparent difference was that the other table consisted of white men and women. The manager visited their table multiple times to ensure their issue was resolved, yet never once stopped by our table to acknowledge or apologize for the poor quality of our food. This was very discerning and unacceptable. Guests should be treated the same, because at the end of the day, our money is all green. Treat people with the same courtesy.

Service was good, food needed salt. And unfortunately we saw a baby roach crawling on our table. That was enough for me to not come back. Didn’t finish my steak. 4/10

It's been a while since i have eaten at Outback and after today I understand why I haven't been back. We went about 2pm when it wasnt as busy. The place had about 4 customers in the whole restaurant when I arrived. The host was friendly and seated us quickly. Our server took a while to get to us and she seemed very frustrated and overwhelmed. Not friendly at all... After several minutes we ordered our food. The food took some time but when it arrived it looked very dull and bland. The meat loaf was simply terrible! It looked and tasted like a frozen TV dinner. The saddest looking meatloaf I have seen at any restaurant that I have eaten. The rice was very over done to the point it was almost mush. We looked at each other after a few bites and said we should of went to In and Out instead. We left a majority of the food that we ordered. I ended up picking up something else to eat on the way back to the hotel. This simply was not a good experience. It was a reminder as to why I never returned to Outback. Save you money and go somewhere else.
