Nice location Great service Will be back Thank you Starbucks !
Really cool decor and space, nice staff and quick service.
Loved meeting the two young gentlemen! Very kind and outstanding knowledgeable! The exact reason I keep coming back! Both very professional and a delight to talk to! Sorry don't remember their names. One was very tall and beautiful blonde hair tied back and the other gentleman has also beautiful black wavey hairy. They both very knowledgeable and helpful!. Thank you two gentlemen!
I have been coming to this Starbucks for a longtime and have ordered the exact same drink for years - a grande hot chocolate in a venti cup with extra whipped cream and steamed warm. Over these years many baristas have done it well, however today Lou Lou made it to perfection! It was like a brownie in a cup. Upon telling her how good it was Anya took offense to Lou Lou receiving her well deserved accolades - so I put her to the test. Anya’s was really GOOD but not “Lou Lou Level”. If you ever want a hot chocolate in a venti cup with extra whipped cream and steamed warm tell them you want it “Lou Lou Level” and if you are lucky maybe she will be working that day.
Clean facility. Rapid service. Friendly staff.
This is a beautiful location, the store is clean and has a great atmosphere and feel. If I hadn’t been on the road and in a hurry I would’ve enjoyed dining inside. Plenty of places to sit and a great view through all the large windows. They have board games available, and it seems a really chill place to hang out. My coffee was piping hot, and very good and the staff seemed friendly.
Emily the barista happily suggested remaking my drink after I accidentally ordered it wrong. I told her there was no need but she remade it perfectly anyway, it was so incredibly kind and thoughtful! Way to go above and beyond, thank you Emily!
The customer service is friendly and great here! This is the Starbucks I love when I visit College Station. The staff taught me to call a dark roast with a shot of espresso a Red Eye! I'm revising my review and added three stars for food since at least two orders of coffee last week were not hot. I hope this Starbucks remedies this issue.
*Updated* Crazy long line but it went crazy fast 👌🏻 and customer service was on point. Update #1 lol I got the wrong drink which wouldn't be a big deal but it's sugar on sugar on sugar and I drink mine black. Update #2 it's been a journey 😂 I went back after all bc I only had two sips (not cool if you drink half and ask for a redo) it was just too sweet for me. They were super nice about making my iced latte - it's delicious btw and tastes like coffee. Overall it was a funny experience (my cousin was on the phone when I realized I had the wrong drink and debated going back so we got a good laugh) my two cents: I will be back and I'll double check my order. It's a fairly new store being bombarded with customers, mix-ups are bound to happen! Check your drink before you make it to the mall like me or wherever you're going ☕
I love Starbucks but this is ridiculous, where's the rest of my coffee. Half full for $6.00
Amazing place to go after school and hang out with friends!
Parking can be a challenge here. Drive-thru customers are often forced to block parking spots so they don't have to get out of their car. It's just a poor setup for efficient in and out. Service is great and coffees are tasty...if you can get in.
Great place with some of great baristas who actually can make Flat White. Been regular here as only place can get good coffee. Now the coffee price has gone up. Hard for me to spend $6 plus for a cup of coffee. Sad but true.
I only give chain stores a 3. I mean they are all basically the same. The drink is overpriced, the service was good, and there are lot of teens here from after school (good for them!) But they don't realize how loud they are. This store has a front and rear entrance and parking is limited. It is November 4 and all of their Christmas stuff is up already including the menus.
This grande cappuccino was only half sized, it also felt very light when I picked up, did not want to mention and embarrass the person who made it. The sandwich was good though. Is Starbucks now trying to save on the cost and give small portions? Or because a customer is not giving tips every time? Keep in mind that tips are optional for fast food places like Starbucks. There are many options for a quick cup of coffee. So make it right so people can return. Update 7/11: - thanks for the quick response! but what's the point of posting it again in a website? Does anyone want to improve it? Then just forward to whoever cares. I have no time to post it again.
I had to wait over 30 minutes for my coffee. After about 15-20 minutes, I asked one employee what was up, and she rolled her eyes at me and gave me a loaded line of "sorry we are busy" etc etc...I understand that it was busy. It was SUPER busy, actually. I just didn't appreciate the attitude. I ended up waiting like 35 minutes, man. I would give a lower rating if I didn't feel sorry for them.
The customer service has not changed despite what the CEO wants. The staff talks to each other not at all wanting to be bothered by clients. Prices still need to be slightly lowered instead of watering down the coffee . They should focus on what socioeconomic status most of their clients are ; and would think most are being stretched thin.
The display case with cookies, etc. has dozens of little flies in it sitting on the food. Disgusting. Also, they don't have anything available to just conveniently grab with your order (sugar, forks), you have to stand in line to get any such items. Friendly staff. Convenient location.
I would not recommend coming to this Starbucks in the evening if you are trying to get work done or study as the individuals working are extremely loud and make it impossible to focus. They’re blasting pop music and actively yelling and laughing OVER the music. Not even my noise cancelling headphones could block out the volume of the music, or one particular employee’s obnoxious laugh (blue hair). I have come in the morning and it was a much more enjoyable experience. The latte I got was delicious, but management needs to have a conversation with the staff about their professionalism and maintaining the calm, professional ambiance Starbucks are supposed to have when visiting inside. Typical night shift behavior, unfortunately.
I had trouble placing my order because I wanted to try something different, but there wasn’t a menu specifically for Frappuccinos. I asked a blonde, skinny girl for help, but she wasn’t helpful at all. She gave me a look as if to say, “How do you not know what you want?” and said, “Well, there’s a lot of caramel.” Of course, I already knew that. When I asked for a menu, she seemed to ignore my question entirely.
I truly detest coming to this Starbucks, I live in Greece and go to center place Starbucks all the time. I used to also be a partner at the center place Starbucks, so I understand and sympathize how it is working at starbucks, for Starbucks and how some Starbucks customers can be. However every single time I come to this particular location I feel so uncomfortable. Looking at other reviews it seems like I'm not the only one that feels like this. This morning after dropping my husband off at work around the corner I came here because it's the closest one. The gentleman behind the counter named Jake in my opinion was not only rude but judgmental in his looks while serving me and while I was waiting for my order. I understand I'm not dressed in a suit and tie at 7:30 in the morning on a Sunday but I felt as if I was being stared at so oddly that I was unsure myself if at the very moment I was waiting for my coffee if I was starting to grow extra limbs while standing in the waiting area. I don't know why I continue to torture myself by going into the Starbucks and being made to feel like a second class citizen who 78% of the time will receive the incorrect order and then have to leave and go to another Starbucks to have it remade because I'm so uncomfortable already.
Ordered via grubhub. They were out of an item and instead of notifying me and offering a replacement they sent an empty sandwich sleeve. Grubhub didn't refund me, so now I'm out money because of these people and can't afford to order anything else.
That place is FULL of mice. It's been full of mice for months. If they're ever short on pastries, it's because the mice got to them after they took them out of the freezer the night before.
Come here regularly and have never had a problem, but today even from the start of my interaction, everything felt off. Felt rushed through ordering, barista taking my order was very rude. Seemed annoyed to be there. Was waiting for my drink, some lady walked in said something to one of the baristas, and the barista said don’t worry I’m moving your drink up the Que, and then I watched another barista who was making my drink STOP making my drink mid way through and start making this lady’s drink. What was the point? Rubbed me the wrong way probably won’t come back.
I don't normally go to starbucks, I went to grab an espresso for a buddy really quick, but had an experience with one of the staff members that really rubbed me the wrong way. I walked in and there was one staff member who was clearly working on something and I had been waiting at the register for quite literally less than 5 seconds, and another staff member came out who may have been a manager and he of course tried to apologize to me for the delay and said I hope you weren't waiting long, which was fine and I told him that I really hadn't been waiting long I just got here. That's all fine, from here things got weird. I thought I had been clear that I had just gotten there and it was no trouble, and was ready to order but the guy then says "yeah I'm really really sorry" and goes on about how he was finding toilet paper and doing other stuff and then says "and she is deaf so she couldn't help you" and I'm like woah wait a second what? This guy is trying to diffuse me actually being totally chill with "she's deaf"?! I had patiently waited for someone to come to the register which again took less than 5 seconds, and the one staff member (the apparently deaf woman) was clearly busy working on another order. I really don't understand why this guy tried to throw his deaf coworker under the bus for being deaf, and it came off as being really insensitive. The guy was extremely stressed and defensive which was weird because there were legit 5 people in the whole store, including the two of them. I would not go back to this location if they are hiring guys like that.
This Starbucks location is absolutely horrible. It takes forever to get any drinks. Even if you order ahead and the place including restrooms are absolutely gross just filthy. After 3:00 pm is nothing kids all ages and sone even to young to be without parent supervision too. This is a huge hang out for the local high school. Kids from the local high school, Come hang out for hours doing nothing but disturbing others around them. They are loud disrespectful and this behavior should not be allowed. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone and will not be returning back.
Ordered a cold brew with cold foam and a vanilla cappuccino at 2:39pm. I got my cold brew in about 5 minutes but it had no cold foam so I tell the lady and she says "well did you take a sip out of it" and I said, no, she said take your lid off not in a nice tone, like I was an inconvenience. Then I waited for the cappuccino for 20 minutes, no one even acknowledged me at all or asked why I was still waiting. I had to go up to the cashier and ask, then they made it in 2 minutes. While I was waiting they messed up almost every single order for everybody. This is ridiculous. I go to Starbucks all the time and the other locations are way more pleasant and professional.
25 minutes to get three drinks, and the place was practically empty. Never have I seen such slow service at a Starbucks. There was one person making drinks (they’d give sloths a run for their money), one person washing dishes, and one occasionally taking orders and refilling cups and cup lids. They’re lack of ability to multitask was mind boggling.
Had to wait 30 minutes for a coffee that was ordered ahead of time on the app. Asked the employees about it after about 20 minutes and they said they would make it next, then proceeded to keep making other drinks. Followed up again after 30 minutes and they said there had been a mix up and they would make it next. I have had several issues with this store taking a super long time to make drinks or making the wrong size, etc. will not be returning after this last experience and having it happen yet again.
I ordered a tall black dark roast. I drive to the location to pick it up and the two baristas are just standing there. No other customers in line. The baristas are doing nothing. My drink, of course is not ready. Is it really that hard to poor coffee into a cup and have it ready? I could see my order on their tablet. I stood there waiting for them and they continued to just stand around. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me.
I’ve never felt more dehumanized by a company than I did at this Starbucks. This happened on October 29th, 2025, at approximately 7PM. This year, after struggling with my weight and health for most of my life, I committed to turning things around. I’ve been pushing myself to go to the gym regularly, and on this particular day I pushed myself a little too hard. I left the gym dizzy, seeing black spots, and desperately needed water. My Stanley cup was empty, and the closest open place was this Starbucks. I thought surely they would understand; water is the very thing that sustains all life. I even expected to pay a small fee for the cup if needed, because I’ve worked in food service and know how those policies go. Instead, I was flatly refused. In my shaky state I begged, “I literally just need a sip, I’ll take it in a teacup, I just need WATER!!!.” They sent me to the window, and when I got there, the experience went from disappointing to downright insulting. The barista shoved her head out of the window, with the tall cup of water in hand, and got uncomfortably close to my face. She was extremely rude, speaking bluntly and harshly as she repeated, “Moving forward we will NOT be able to provide you with water without a purchase.” You'd think I was asking for an overly complicated drink, either way she seemed way too inconvenienced to pour water in a cup. She went on and on with her little rant, making it painfully obvious she had no intention of showing even the smallest amount of kindness. Mid-rant I cut her off and said, “Thank you for your human courtesy,” before driving away. I did not deserve to be spoken to like that, especially in a moment where I was visibly struggling. Her tone was ugly, her attitude dismissive, and the entire interaction left me feeling small and disrespected. What makes this worse is that at this same location, on another day, they had no problem refilling my personal water bottle. Other Starbucks locations have never denied me water either. But today, this store chose corporate greed and rigid policy over basic human decency. I have never in my life been refused water at any restaurant or fast-food chain. To be treated this way for requesting something so essential was humiliating, dangerous, and inhumane. Starbucks showed me exactly who they are: a multimillion-dollar company whose values apparently leave no room for compassion. Beyond disappointed.
As a business they should have correct change. Will not get "coffe" from a Starbucks again
Went around 520ish, customer service was horrendous. Rude & just a very negative vibe. Male didn’t finish taking my drive through order. Female who was at window answered her phone in the middle of our conversation. Just not sure what is going on- I figured it was just a bad day for them but looking at all the other reviews it’s just poor customer service. I will stick to my online ordering & seeing the friendly faces at the Starbucks a few miles down the road by the Veterans park!
The ladies working the drive through in the mornings clearly hate their job and I really feel bad for them. It might be time for new management that doesn’t roll their eyes at customers for their own mistakes. I don’t care how busy or stressful it is, if I’m paying $10 for a drink I expect it to be made right. In-store is 10/10 always so sweet and kind, but drive-thru they really lack in customer service and quality control.
