I would do zero stars if I could. This place has started to frustrate me each time I order from it. We ordered 2 pizzas which was only supposed to take 30 minutes to deliver. We got it 40 minutes past the delivery time. On top of that, the orders were both completely wrong. The wrong toppings, crust, it was cold and soggy. We can’t call this number because it doesn’t work. We had no way to contact them because we can’t leave our house (we are snowed in). This place is not worth it. Go to another dominoes. They have better service and food!!

This dominoes has been by go-to spot for years decades. I have been in this neighborhood since I was six so I guess I have been going here as long at then. So like 22 years and they have changed and evolved and bought out. But still pretty consistent and good. I will say, I have better luck with take-out versus delivery. Delivery, most times, I have some kind of issue like too long to deliver, pizza boxes smashed. It just seems like I have better time with takeout. But overall, a good pizza spot for my neighborhood. Food is 8/10. Sometimes my pizza has too much sauce or not enough. But it’s all good. This will always be my go to spot for chain pizza. Good pizza and friendly staff. Delivery is not a good way to go. Over an hour, food has been sitting there in bake status for an hour. Still waiting for the delivery which is way past due

Have been calling this Rosedale store for 2 days and never answer something has happened to this store no management and employees are running a muck or just plain lazy I think both I've always received hot food and could talk to a person not anymore should not happen on a Tuesday and Wednesday we'll go to Pat's next door SEE YA

Absolutely unbelievable! I placed an order for delivery @8:45 and it’s currently 11:26. Of which, I called 2x, the 1st time he’s in his way, the 2nd time I was left on hold. I arrive @Dominos and the Mgr tells me there was no answer @my location! LIES! Then he tells me to wait until he can get to me while he’s making pizzas!!!! Seriously!! After he finally makes time to listen to me he tells me he’ll remake my order & give me a refund. Ok that’s fine…. But, the business/mgr etiquette Jordan displayed was not acceptable. I suppose everyone is developing Trumps business behaviors. I will NOT be ordering anything from this Dominos again!

I placed my order on line and spent over $30. I specifically checked to not have my pizza cut, which was an option. When I arrived and looked in the boxes, both of my pizzas were cut. The guy working looked at the receipt and offered to redo them, which would take 5 minutes he said. Needless to day, it didn't take 5 mines and he rushed my half done pizzas to me. Barely any toppings and no offer to comp some of the bill or provide a free item for my inconvenience.

I would rate this store a 0 if I could. Not only do they constantly make a pizza wrong by not adding garlic (their speacilty) to a handmade pan pizza , but their manager whose name is Jordan, will argue with you and only offer a coupon to make It right. He will also tell you that you’ve never complained before and try arguing that the pizza is not often made wrong. Dude has no customer care skills at all and not quite sure why he is a manager. He also cut me off anytime I tried to speak & was just straight up rude. Now my 3 kids and I are re heating a pizza that they squirted garlic on top off, I came home and brushed It across the pizza myself. Ive spent a lot of money at this location over the past years , all I wanted was a fresh, properly made pizza and instead I had to do their job for them. Jordan needs to be fired !!!

My expectation when receiving my order was that the food would be prepared correctly. I ordered a total of three pizzas. Initially, I must advise against ordering the steak pizza, as the one I received had only four pieces of steak on it. Moreover, the crust of all my pizzas was excessively seasoned with garlic, as if it had been poured on. I explicitly stated that I did not want this seasoning, making it irrational that a simple pizza order was not fulfilled correctly.

Placed an online order for delivery at 5:40 at 6:50 it stated order completed. Called no answer. 20 mins later a delivery driver shows up saying the app was faulty. I attached photos. This order was delivered somewhere else and brought back to me. Never again. And didn’t care that he didn’t bring the sodas. Stayed on hold for an hour and never spoke to anyone.

I worked a 17 hour day and didn’t feel like cooking so I came to this dominos on my way home. I got curbside delivery because I hurt my ankle at work and it’s the size of a grapefruit, they burnt everything… wouldn’t even answer the phone when I called. worst experience from dominos thus far. Don’t even order from here. Choose a different company or location.

This keep getting worse,I order a cheese stake pizza they send me a plain cheese pizza that wasn’t even cut properly,they took almost one hour to deliver and when I try to call the store to complain no one will answer

Came to get a pizza and wings a few weeks ago- kind of late at night, and I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while a staff of 5 stood there with nothing in their hands before helping me, even though their work areas were filthy. When I came home with the pizza it was only cut 3 times. (Photo shows a few slices missing. We were hungry) I know it's Dominos but this amount of laziness is crazy. Management that night should be up for review.

This dominoes is less than 10 minutes from my house. I understand a busy night, but the food was abysmal. I ordered the Buffalo bites & the chicken Alfredo. The bites were burnt but I was able to pick off the burnt. However, the chicken Alfredo pasta has absolutely zero sauce and still was somehow burnt.

Just pick up my large 2 toppings pizza with (extra mushrooms) .Not only is it over cooked but there isn’t any mushrooms . 10.99 for a plain over cooked cheese pizza . App said it was ready . My son went inside to pick up . Had to wait over 30 minutes . Kept being told it was in the oven . Definitely will be using this location any more .
