I have never tried Panda Express before but when I did my experience has really good the staff was very friendly and helpful the food is delicious got different options and I got the blazing bullion chicken with the orange chicken and vegetable fried rice but the vegetable fried rice has egg in it and vegetables in it which is amazing.. The blazing bouillon chicken is nice and spicy and the food is absolutely delicious I just wish they would give u double the portions LOL.. Now as far as the egg rolls there's two different options vegetable and chicken which are both good but I have never tried a chicken egg roll and I could say that it was really good. My only critique about this place is that they don't give you any sauce when they put the food in the bag.

My first visit here was fine, so I went back. When it was my turn to order, an Asian staff member came over. I know she was busy, but she was overly pushy. I ordered the Black Pepper Beef, which costs extra, but what I got was mostly veggies with just a few tiny scraps of beef, not proper pieces. I asked if she could give me a little more, and she said I’d have to pay extra, which was ridiculous. Very unpleasant experience. Avoid her if you can.

The so called Manager Cecelia (Asian girl) was very disrespectful gave me racist vibes. Treated a white female customer in front of me with respect. Ignored everything i asked i asked to upgrade to a larger plate ignored me. Asked for 9 cheese rangoons tried to give me 3. Asked for the Manager she claimed she was it. Said i have to email to complain about her. No sorry whatsoever. But said sorry to the white lady for stopping to deal with me. Will never spend another dollar here. Food standard for Panda Xpress. Front of house staff serving the food were exceptional, nice, and efficient. The one star is for the owner who understaffed the place. I felt bad for the serving staff as they were run off their feet despite being quick and efficient.

Food was standard panda express but the service was horrible. Not nice or helpful at all; didnt even let me use the toilets just to wash my hands saying they already finished cleaning them for the day, even tho the place shuts 1.5 hours later than when i wanted to use the toilets. Also they were not even saying this in a nice way. Worst service i have ever experienced.

I was just there for 10 minutes in line dude didn’t ask 1 person what they wanted to order. And like an idiot assumed that it was at the front you order since staff wasn’t paying attention to anyone in the line. Just for me to get to the cashier after a long as line for them to tell me I have to back to the beginning to order. As service. They got voices for decor it seems

It is a real shame that this Panda Express chooses to not have many of the entrees that should be available out of stock simply to make the job easier and potentially allow the staff to “close the store” faster. Waiting in a long line only to find out practically half of the menu is unavailable should be unacceptable, and the only person who suffers as a result of the entrees not being made is the customer. Better to go and find another restaurant that has plenty of menu items available at any time of the day to satisfy your hunger needs, as clearly this Panda Express location would rather disappoint you than allow you to leave with good food in your stomach.
