At this point, they know me and they know my order. Most importantly, they never fail to have alternates such as Almond Milk. Friendly, fast, and the DO NOT burn the sandwiches.

Stop complaining about waiting when you can order the stuff right on a phone and walk in with whatever you want already waiting on the counter for you. They've had this for many years already - wake up.. seriously.

Great place to stop for a good cup of coffee, you can even grab an egg sandwich or just a doughnut. Conveniently located on the eastbound service road of the Long Island Expressway. If you are heading east on the L.I.E get off Exit 37, stay on the service road and directly after the 2nd intersection you will see Dunkin' Donuts

Best Dunkin I've been to. I was a Starbucks fan but this Dunkin location has switched me. They are very quick and service is great. Everyday there's a line but I'm out in less than 5mn. Donuts are very fresh and coffee is awesome too! Highly recommended!

We work in really close to this Dunkin and they make the best frozen coffee with vanilla swirl! The other Dunkin’s make it sour but this Dunkin knows how to make the best sweet vanilla coffee! Reminds me and my sister of the old Dunkin Colatta or whatever they used to call it! It’s so good and the people here are really kind to us!

I ordered online, and there was a small hiccup reading the online Dunkin app order, but the drinks were good. The food was just sadly incorrect. We ordered pumpkin flavor munchkin and glazed chocolate munchkin, but only got glazed. Still had a great experience and staff was very friendly thank you.

Dunkin Doughnuts is always fast and reliable. They're pretty good about getting customers in and out. The one star deduction is due to the fact they handle money and then your order without washing your hands. That's a no go.

I would’ve gave it a 5 star but for the past few times I’ve went the coffee tasted sour. I’m pretty sure it was the milk was sour in the frozen coffee but in general, they used to have great coffee. I’m still gonna give them a chance though because I believe that everyone has bad days. Hopefully the next coffee will be good, but I also got an egg and cheese croissant with hash-browns which tasted great so it’s just the coffee. Otherwise, a very good place.

Sunday morning. Only had one cashier. Line was out to the door and people were abandoning the line (thankfully for me!). Otherwise, standard DD.

Every Dunkin' Donuts store I have visited has many different offerings for many different tastes. However, it would be nice if their regular, hazelnut, and French vanilla coffees tasted better than they do currently. Nonetheless, if they have staff on site that knows how to make a cafe au lait, or is willing to call somebody to learn how to do so, then I AM happy.

Nice staff but problem with Dunkin donuts seems to be when they get their shipment, if your there early all good and fresh. Show up, like I did ,around 430, and your rolling the dice on freshness

Dunkin Donuts is the supreme reason for the word 'Meh'. Donuts are pure sugary air- meaning unless there is a textural difference they all taste the same to me. Coffee is okay, not fantastic. Flavored coffees have a taste that suggests nothing but chemicals. This is strictly my opinion. Give me a nice butter cookie and a cappucino at a privately owned bakery any day. Dunkin is reliable for it's ubiquity. If you need a jolt so you can keep driving to your destination it'll deliver, but it has nothing over other, more creative places I've been. This particular shop is clean and the staff are friendly. Park in the back, as the front spaces are crowded and not easy to get in and out of.

The food preparation and quality was not really good. I don't think I will be going back. I mean if you can't even get the Has Swiss Stuffer correct that's pretty sad. It was served all crippled up !!! The Westbury location is awesome !!!!

The coffee was disgusting and tasted burnt. The sausage, egg, and cheese croissant is the only reason they aren't getting a one star review. The staff is kind of a mixed bag. One is rude, one has very little grasp of English, another seems like she doesn't want to be there and I'm not so sure I'd want her making my sandwiches. The bathroom is more foul and vile than a bathroom on a subway. There was urine everywhere, the floor was covered in it the toilet itself had urine all over it. It looked like the bathroom had gone all day without anyone cleaning it. Just completely put off by this place because of the lack of cleanliness.

The way this place fills up with children after school is absolutely rediculous. Who goes to a Dunkin expecting 30 high schoolers ahead of them. I’m working and on a break and these kids have nothing better to do than clog up the entire store, while being as loud as you can imagine. I feel sorry for the employees but I will go elsewhere in the future. I’m not going to wait 20 mins for a drink and donut.

This location always intentionally “temporary close “ “out of order”they bathroom so no customer or potential customer can’t use it. In numerous occasions I saw people’s urinating on sides of the building because they was refused a bathroom inside. Just by walking around the location I can smell urine. Please let customer and potential customer to use your bathroom so I can finally buy my morning coffee and food from this place. PS: this is my daily stop on my way to work,I will update my rating when I see changes happen.

Staff was very rude. Normally I wouldn't even mention it but the latte was so bad that I couldn't let it slide. Tasted like pure syrup. Skip this and go to the next one or try something else in the strip.

I've tried twice to buy Boston creme donuts at this location and have been told they "were out" of Boston cremes. In general, this location is poorly stocked and poorly staffed.

Stay away from this place in the mornings. They will mix up your order badly,you order a bagel twist with coffee they will give you a doughnut and stale tea and pretend that it is all your fault.

Every time I’ve gone to this Dunkin I’ve had a horrible experience…. I kept going back hoping their service would improve, but I was wrongfully optimistic. It’s always this one guy (maybe 20s/30s) who is SO RUDE. he messed up my order the last 3 times and refused to remake it claiming that if I wanted a new one I’d have to pay for another one. And then acted as if I was a burden for HIM messing up my order. Dunkin please check up on this location.

The lady over there is very unprofessional and give me wrong order and top of it she charge me again for new one and telling me i order it wrong. i didn’t like the service.

Called them because I placed my order to the wrong location, but no one was picking up the phone. If you provide a phone number on the app but do not pick up of course you get 1 star. Money is being spent and the service to get help to fix this issue is not being handled.

Gave the munchkins back because they were stale and had flies on them. The young guy took them and spilled them back into the donut display case for other customers to buy. Keep in mind that my family had already rumaged through the bag of donuts. Nonetheless, they put used/touched/buggy donuts back in the case for sale. I told them to throw them away, but the guy argued, "you dont want them anymore, right?" And looked at me like I am crazy for telling him he can't resell used food. Between the broken bathroom door, dirty bathroom, and their behavior, this place warrants caution. I have low expectations for Dunkin, but this place is a health risk. I cannot imagine how they operate when the mindful customer isn't looking.

am writing to express my disappointment following my recent visit to your Dunkin' Donuts location. This was my first time visiting this establishment, and I was accompanied by my niece, who has special needs. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply upsetting. My niece placed her order and politely asked for a receipt. The employee behind the counter did not acknowledge her request, nor did she show any sign of courtesy or professionalism. It appeared she did not realize I was with my niece, and her behavior was dismissive and disrespectful. Only after it became clear that I was accompanying my niece did another employee—who was very kind and professional—acknowledge us. Sadly, the original employee continued to ignore my own request for a receipt and chose instead to use her phone while we waited. When I asked for a straw, she responded in another language and laughed, which felt intentionally disrespectful and inappropriate. This experience left me feeling disheartened, especially given the vibrant and diverse neighborhood I grew up in. It’s unfortunate to see such poor customer service and a lack of basic decency in a community I care about. While I generally prefer to address concerns directly, the nature of this interaction has led me to consider filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. At the very least, I hope this feedback will prompt management to review staff conduct and ensure all customers especially those with disabilities and races are treated with dignity and respect. Regrettably, I will not be returning to this location, nor can I recommend it to others based on this experience.

This place is horrible. Ordered 16 glazed donuts for a party and 5 breakfast wraps for a party. Waited 2 hours and no good. Asked them and they said I didn’t order. I showed theme my purchase history but they told me to leave

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this location. If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service was terrible. A lady with eyeglasses, who claimed to be the manager, was vulgar and unprofessional. She started screaming and yelling at my kids for no apparent reason, which was entirely uncalled for. When I approached her to address the situation calmly, she dismissed my concerns and continued her unprofessional behavior. This is not how customers should be treated, and it left my family and me feeling very uncomfortable and upset. I hope the management takes serious steps to address this issue and ensures that their staff is trained to handle situations more appropriately and respectfully in the future. I will not be returning to this establishment and do not recommend it to others.

Rude manager. My party ordered 3 SANDWICHES, my kids were standing there waited for 15 MINUTES. Apparently our food was ready but wasn’t set on the shelf, so we asked if our food is ready. That lady asked what we ordered, so the kids started listing the food that we ordered slowly, then that lady claimed to be the manager yelled at my kids said “Don’t even know your own order, okay”. excuse me? They are just kids!!! Before that happened, my friend also asked for keys to the bathroom to that manager. The manager started looking behind my friend and speaking to another customer, completing ignoring my friend on purpose. I’m confused why she was even yelling at my kids. Even before she gave us our order, she gave us a nasty glare. When we were on our way out the door, she yelled, “Don’t come back!”and that, we already know. There was a really nice Caucasian male employee though. Still, definitely do NOT go to this location, literally anything else is better.

Horrible service, they took my order and the employee continued to serve the customers who arrived after me instead of placing my order, he served 2 people before my order, another employee sat down without caring how long I waited, when I complained he said they would refund my money. I claimed my money back and they say they should talk to the manager who they never called or tried to return my money. Horrible service the employees don't care about the customer. When I complained, they ignored what he was saying, the employee began to clean the floor while he spoke to him. I'm so over donuts that are barely better then ones at 7-11. Muffins are ok but not good. Their chicken salad is probably my favorite item there. I will never buy any of their breakfast sandwiches again - not edible.

Always rude and difficult, never a smile, if they make a mistake, they will argue til' the end of time but will never fix it, this time was an overcharge. Sick and tired of the attitude of different staff members I've interacted, managers included. Don't you know there's hundreds of options around you? I have given them so many opportunities, never again, i will make a point and avoid this store from now on!
