Food was as good as it could be for basically being fast food. Come on people, this isnt the place to get gourmet food. As far as the drinks go every time we have been at this location we have been lucky enough to get Mary Jane as our barista. Comparing to other locations her drinks are always the best! You can really taste the difference. I prefer going to this location when she is working so I can get the absolute best drinks. She definitely knows what she's doing when it comes to making drinks. My husband often comments that her espresso drinks are by far the best he's had from Starbucks. She also makes incredible matcha. She also really knows her stuff when we have asked her questions about most of the drinks on the menu. She is very professional & friendly. She makes our experience at this location fantastic!

Had a one in a life time experience at this little place. It was my birthday today, and day got chaotic. Last thing on my mind was Starbucks, well my sister works near by and I went to pick her up and while I was waiting for her I logged into my Starbucks account and seen that I have a free drink. Starbucks was close and crew were cleaning up and if I was them I wouldn't even talk to anyone. Melanie a sweet working girl working there listened to me and I was able to redeem my free drink. Thank you !! Made my day !! Special shout out to Melanie :)

I love visiting various Starbucks as they each have their own environment. This is a very nice Starbucks. The interior has a cozy feel to it. But what makes this Starbucks unique is that it has a larger exterior area that wraps around the shop with plenty of seating. The staff are friendly and helpful and the shop is clean. I had a most enjoyable visit.

Service is great and quick although compared to other starbucks in the area there really isn’t much space inside to sit and work. It also becomes very apparent at around 3pm that this particular starbucks is very close to a middle school.

But will be there at the moment for the most important reason to get it done

Went thru drive thru like also order my regular coffee, arrived at the window finally since car in front me taking forever to order. Got my drink which I can thank the lady purchasing for me that was ahead of me. Get my drink home and found out it was only filled partially way. For a Venti it was missing over an inch of drink. I don't get whip and they suppose to remove foam also which they did. So the drink should been a full cup and not less. See pictures

I was overcharged for a drink when I asked to use the discount on the mobile app for the $3 for any drink(as the app says to do so). I asked for extra cold foam to my iced cm and then was told my total would be $4.25. The barista insisted that I give a tip but the transaction was quick so I didn’t have time to make that option. I go home to check my bank account to see that I’m charged $9.25, (an additional $5 the barista did not tell me I would be charged for). She didn’t give me a receipt at the time of purchase and the discount was not applied. Yes it is only $5 but it’s the principle, in hopes that this incident does not occur again in the future. Can someone reach out and advise this matter please?

We are having an office party today. Waited 15 minutes before even acknowledged. People were blatantly cutting in front of us, and we were ignored by the baristas. When we finally got help, we tried to order a couple of travelers. Instead, we were told that they didn't have time for that. What? You can't make a pot of regular and decaf coffee with no weird add-ins, but you can make a bunch of individual orders? Also, there was no recommendation or suggestion to order ahead of time, so didn't know if we were supposed to do that. Just a refusal of service. Never coming here.

Worst service ever. Went into the drive thru today at 10:43am the service was not good at all. I ordered a couple drinks made it clear I wanted my drinks lined with Carmel drizzle and got charged for it and when I got to the window the barista was very rude. All the drinks were wrong and even when I asked very nicely if they could fix it she gave me major attitude. I understand it’s busy but as someone who works in this industry customer service should always be 100%. She had brown hair in a low ponytail with big glasses and a mask I believe. I couldn’t see her name tag but next time maybe be a little nicer. Very unacceptable and will be making a call to corporate.

They need to change their time because it's giving false information. It says that they are open at 8:30. I went there at 740, and the lady just ignored me. And then, when she seen me, she waved her hand by her throat like were closed, like she was angry

A while ago I went to get a hot tea drink and instead of the honey citrus mint tea, it was just one of the regular teas. I didn’t notice until I was at work and so I called in. I asked the manager if I could have someone pick up a replacement for me due to me being at work and not being able to leave and the manager REFUSED for a mistake that was not at all my fault, not only that … she was extremely rude! Starbucks is usually known for their substantial customer service, but this one did not keep up with the reputation. Anywho, I won’t be coming to that Starbucks again.

I give this business 1 star for the service. They don’t even know what it means to give customer service ; person taking your order frequently has an attitude, I’ve been here regularly too. It’s all the same from different individuals. I came on here to give a review bc I found a ton of coffee grounds at the bottom of my drink! I’ve been drinking Starbucks for decades and this has NEVER happened and should never happen.

I walked in and asked for a cup of water on a 100 degree weather and they told me I had to buy something first…they told me it was policy. I have gone to other Starbucks and they have filled up my water bottle or have given me water without any issues. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with the ladies that work here. Bad vibes.

Bathrooms are out of order and they won’t let use the other one for employees only. Seems like a health code violation for a food and beverage establishment to not have a usable bathroom for customers. Their food isn’t on display like most Starbucks so you have to listen their mumbly employee tell you all of them and then they get the order wrong anyway.

I placed an order at 6.50AM, and the app gave me the option of how I wanted to pick it up. I chose to pick it up inside the restaurant since it’s faster and I don’t have to wait in the drive-thru line. But when I arrived around 6.56AM, the restaurant was closed. Fine,I try picked it up through the drive-thru window, but it’s funny that the worker told me you have wait more because we are still making your order I didn’t get my order i just left and that guy say next time I should go straight to the drive-thru because the inside is still closed. Then change the hours in the app! What’s the point of giving customers the choice if it doesn’t actually work?

My beverage had a hair in it! I called in my complaint. The lady who answered was nice and empathetic. She told me to come in and they'll remake it. When I returned they told me there was no record of it and they couldn't assist me because I didn't have a receipt. 😓

Women that work here are very rude one of them made a mistake on my drink and was a simple fix but was very snobby about it and they all pretty much talked smack under there breath after the fact like I couldn’t hear them. Place should re consider on hiring better people but will never come here again.

Teenagers working there, not paying attention to paying customers. Horsing around behind the counter. Sold me a stale Biscotti!! Terrible customer service. The owners should FIRE everyone !! Never stopping there again! Oh and toilet didn't flush properly 😳

This place close to my house so today I went in the morning I always got the same drink, and I know the most of the workers that were there they Hella, nice and friendly. They know exactly what I order and then today I went in there the second time I ordered the same thing I asked for a very light ice and extra milk and now I even told him that I am willing to pay I don’t mind and then the lady that works there. I never see her before first time. I think she’s new or something she was give me a hard time like she didn’t understand what I was trying to say, and then I asked for the manager and her manager, that which I never see you before either. And I explained to her that I wanna get the same drink but super light ice and an extra milk but she was complaining that oh we cannot do this anymore. We don’t do that anymore. I said OK well, I wanna get the same ring. I got the same thing all the time the same way I want it. Light ice extra milk But she was keep being like rude and disrespectful. Keep saying that no and then she ended up charging me eight dollars and and then my drinks still full of ice.

I just had a ridiculous experience with your location on Norwood Avenue in Sacramento. And besides the expensive price paid for the visit (and continually getting more so) I will never again visit this particular store. I bought a trenta iced coffee drink and breakfast sandwich via the drive thru. After I finished eating and drinking in the parking lot I later came inside to use the restroom. I placed my by then empty drink cup in the recycle bin and asked for the code to the restroom. At first the employee was reluctant to give me the code. I stated that I had just thrown away my empty cup to prove that I was a paying customer and he said that I could have simply picked up an empty cup from outside just so I could use their bathroom. Mind you I was wearing my full work uniform and not a random homeless person off the street. I asked again for the code and it was finally given to me. After I was finished I asked for the manager on duty - at 2pm on 4/26/25 - and relayed my experience on what transpired. The manager stated that in the future the policy is that because I used the drive thru and left the store that if I later came inside it would be necessary to make a new purchase in order to use the restroom. I was made to feel like my business was not appreciated and it was an example of horrible customer service.

My drink was terrible. I ordered a strawberry lemonade, and the service at the front was frustrating. The cashier refused to let me use the restroom, even though I had already bought a drink. She didn’t believe me because I didn’t have an online order. I told her I had ordered in person and explained that I couldn’t leave and come back. I pointed out that I had been sitting for two hours with a client. After that, she finally let me use the restroom

This is the worst starbucks I have ordered anything from. I have door dashed items or gone in person. If you go in person you’ll be waiting over 30 minutes and if you doordash your order will be messed up. I placed an order this morning and there was literal plastic left with my food. The quality is 0, the service is 0 and honestly the worst Starbucks to go to or order from

I have showed up to this Starcucks many times and it has been going down hill. I have tried to go in the store multiple times and it's been closed but at least with a note saying temporarily closed. Normally the drive through lane is wrapped around the building so if you wanted to stop, it's not going to be fast. This morning I showed up to one car in the drive through and no notes on the door with an employee at the counter. The store hour sign says open at 5am and it's now 530am but the door is locked. I knocked on the door and the employee would look up and then back down not saying closed, open, drive though only, nothing. Just ignored me.! I am very frustrated with this store, the employee and past experiences leading up to this point.
