My favorite Whataburger by far! It’s always busy and you can always expect to wait for what seems like forever but their customer service is amazing! I had ordered curbside and they were busier than their normal busy and the girl helping me you could tell was overwhelmed but she never lost her spark and kept smiling. There was miscommunication but her attitude said it all. I love when people actually care for people and because I was so impressed I ended up giving her a $20 tip! I will continue to support Whataburger!!

Really great place, but today not getting my strawberry shake. they said the strawberry supposedly ran out. Had to get chocolate instead only after they gave me a vanilla shake with strawberry in the middle. It was filled up to the point where it was oozing out of the cup. Other than that Whataburger is still great, but they need to train their employees a little better on what they're doing.

Five stars for the Saginaw Whataburger and the whole hardworking crew holding it down like it’s the brisket of fast food joints—reliable, juicy, and always hits the spot. Everyone here is moving like they’ve got Spurs tickets and 10 minutes to get there. From the drive-thru hero with NASCAR pit crew energy to the front counter squad who somehow stays friendly even when folks show up hangry and half-awake—y’all are MVPs in orange. Food? You know it’s good. That spicy ketchup might as well be state currency. But honestly, the real reason I come back is because this crew runs smoother than Willie Nelson on a road trip. Bottom line: this Whataburger’s got Texas pride, fast hands, full hearts, and zero flops. Yeehaw and thank you.

This Whataburger manager and staff did an excellent job accommodating our large group of kids and families late at night after our summer musical camp final performance. They were kind, gracious, patient with our exuberant kiddos, and provided food in a very timely manner. Alright, I am late writing this, because of my busy schedule, but I knew that I could not allow another day to go by without taking care of this review. For the past 2 Sundays, August 20 and 27, 2023, before preparing for church service, I decided to go to Whataburger to grab a bite to eat. Immediately, upon arriving at the drive thru, I was greeted by a very pleasant and welcoming voice. I placed my order and upon arriving to the window to pay and retrieve my food, again, I was greeted by the one with the pleasant voice and welcoming spirit. I later found out her name is ARI. I asked her on the first visit, are you a manager or something? She responded, one of the team leaders. The moral to the story is this, often times, when we go places, especially for food purchases, there are some who treat us with no hello, no regard, no thank and no nothing, But this woman, has done, both times, an EXCEPTIONAL AND EXEMPLARY JOB at what she does, and me, personally, I am so grateful for her skills, her customer service, her manners, her training and her commitment to her job. We, the customers, not only want good food, but we want good customer service; ARI provides that, and I wanted to, PUBLICLY, acknowledge her. ARI, DEAR, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! For me, you have been a blessing, both Sunday mornings, before I headed out for church. (Thank you and May God bless you with promotion after promotion in whatever you do. Stopped in to grab an order for takeaway. My thanks and kudos to Ms Grace for taking my order with meticulous care, and being so ever attentive in paying attention to detail. She accurately called the order back to me, AND oversaw the operation of my order from start to finish. Why is this all so important?? Myself & the missus are both on low carb diets, and getting an order with none of this, none of that, add that, add this but only to that ... you get the idea. An order as convoluted as given above can be ever so confusing. But Grace did such amazing job, I actually went back to the store & requested for the manager / manageress on duty, as we live but 5 minutes away. I believe his name was Branson (??) ... but I conveyed our appreciation to him. The type of work ethic that Grace has sets a standard for others to follow, so yeah ... I'll be getting future take away orders from this location. The Whataburger here has always served as a "go to" of sorts for us both, but because of the effort put in by Grace ... going above & beyond what most may do so as to ensure order accuracy, is huge in my opinion! If burgers are your thing, and on the fly, do stop by here & grab some. Granted, some counter help may not be up on the same level as Grace, but the place is super clean, and the burgers really are quite delicious! So thank you Whataburger, and to Grace, for "getting it right"!! We will definitely be back in the future with more orders for takeaway! :)

As a New Yorker, I was totally blown away by how professional and on top of things him and your team was. Calvin was super helpful and friendly, and they even fixed my order right away. Our favorite Whataburger. Service can be hit or miss depending on who's working. Very young staff; some give fantastic service, some seem to be there against their will. 😆 Food is good and consistent and they keep the lobby clean. Usually quick service.

I didn’t catch his name, I think his name tag said “Heze”, but whoever was working the Thursday shift at 1:30 in the morning was amazing! Could see him doing everything (window orders and togos) and he was fast and really kind! Even when it’s late and random weekdays this location normally has pretty great service :)

Service was a little slow, despite what looked like 3 managers in house. Burger tasted great, fries were luke warm. There were flies surrounding the drink machine, I assume due to the dried, spilled soda. But overall, this experience was much better than previous visits to this location.

Went through the drive thru for a late lunch. Ordered a grilled chicken salad with vinaigrette dressing. The chicken was delicious, but the greens were not as fresh as expected, so I took one star off. My husband had a burger of some sort that he liked very much. Staff were very friendly. Fast service.

It's a good Whataburger. Lots of people seem to go there and the food is solid. Keep in mind, it is fast food, so don't expect a 5 star gourmet dining experience. It's certainly one of the best Whataburger's I've visited though and I'd go back again.

Great 😃....but the lady on drive through couldn't hear anything through the coms we each had to say the order consisting of the items and words "I only need 1 cod salad with non spicy crispy chicken and ranch for the dressing and that will be it", multiple times. At least 3 or 3 times each... She should learn how to turn up mic on ear piece;ask for help; if not be on the mic and let someone know she's making people irritated and possibly losing customers/clientele.

I spent 57 minutes waiting in the drive-thru for a mobile order that was supposed to be ready in 5-8 minutes. I got to the window and they tried to give me someone elses order. I said my order was the mobile order and wouldn't you know it....they forgot to make my order. The chick at the window said it still had 5 minutes to go and for me to pull forward. So, I did. Almost 20 minutes later, they finally brought my food out. Hardly "fast" food. So, why did I still give this location 3 stars instead of a lower score.......cause it was delicious. The food was all hot and fresh. French fries were overflowing the box. The Spicy Chicken Peppercorn Ranch Club was juicy and crunchy. It was amazing. I was actually mad that it was so good because of how ridiculous the wait was. TL;DR: Ridiculously Long Wait, Forgetful Staff, Delicious Hot and Fresh Food

Last 2 times have been quite a wait. The time before last was awesome. Just waited forever for our food and we were one of the 1st ones in line. I believe they were in training. Also seemed short staffed. Today was rush hour. Ok. I expected that. Waited for a while as expected. Got home. Food was cold for a patty melt. Cheese was not all the way melted. Drinks had to be brought out after we received our food only.

Please clean the floors with some sort of degreaser, regularly. The tiles on the floor are always super slick, do yall use the same mop that’s used in the back that’s greasy and then spread it all around the lobby? Whats up?

I’ll start with the positives. The staff is really friendly and their breakfast service is great. Plenty of parking, order is hot and fresh for breakfast. Now for the not so great. I used to really love Whataburger’s burgers, but the quality has gone down. Sometimes they skip the seasoning on the burgers making them bland. If you order your meal straight from the menu it will probably be right. If you customize anything or order onion rings as I often do- it’s going to be wrong every time. Pure laziness to over toast the bun and still serve it to the customer. I was served old very greasy onion rings that went right into the trash. They were inedible. Low quality tomatoes and only two pickle slices for a double. Whataburger has a great breakfast, but it’s a shame when it’s better than their trademark item- the burger.

This is the worst whatabuger in the DFW metroplex. There is no urgency or attention to detail. I ordered through the app, got to the drive thru and waited in line, which is fine. I was told to pull up to the white line only to see two cars behind me get their food before mine. And proceeded to wait another 20 mins. All I ordered was a bacon and cheese whataburger meal.. things like this have happened before. Either I got the wrong order or the food was cold. They need to do something about their employees, especially the night shift.

Not a great experience today. That girl on headset wasn't very polite. She failed to put extra crispy onion rings, as requested, which caused me to get half cooked onion ring trash. I got parked after waiting about 3-4 minutes, no problem. After ANOTHER 17 minutes, I finally went inside myself and got my food. I have been to a lot of different Whataburger and I typically have a much better experience than this.

7,19.2024 We ordered online to pic up at 3:29am, we end up leaving at 4am. They have even a guy that looks like 13 years old. The fries came oit salty 🤮 Please pay attention to the employees working there. I don't who is the manager but not even the courtesy to provide something for the extra 30mins that I had to wait.

World’s slowest fast food! They have two lanes but prioritize one over the other and it’s usually the window lane that goes faster. The worst part is I placed a mobile order to make it simpler and waited 30 minutes past my pick up time. Food isn’t even fresh once you get it. This Whataburger has been around for a while and it’s been this way for too long!

Possibly the worst Whataburger I've ever been to. Food took almost 40 mins for dining in. Came out sloppy and cold. Employees told me I was skibity, whatever that means. And a young kid kept calling me lil bro... Not to mention the dining area was a disaster and had crickets all inside. 1 jumped on my daughter. Whataburger isn't what it used to be....

This location Has to be one of the slowest ever. I love Whataburger but this place is frustrating. I waited over 15 minutes at the drive-through window for a meal. It was a grilled cheese kids meal. Finally I knocked on the window and when I got a chance to talk to the cashier. I explained my frustration in the week time. I asked to speak to a manager Manager told me that they were behind and had to get the food prepared. I said that’s fine but it doesn’t take 15 minutes to make a grilled cheese sandwich. They explained that there are other customers in store and to go orders. I said that’s fine too. Just please inform People when they order that it could take up to 15 minutes or more to get their food I asked for a refund which was denied, even though we still had not received our food. They offered me a brownie, which I refused. Very poor customer service.

This location continues to not give what you order. They have a small sandwich called Justaburger, but they aren't trained on that item and repeatedly give out Whatsburger Jr. at twice the cost. Getting only the toppings you want is unlikely. Some think "dry" means no toppings and other servers think it means no ketchup or mustard, but to include pickles and onions. I'm guessing management isn't getting the training done on the frequent new employees.

This is one of the worst Whataburgers ...and I am a frequent burger eater. The front register young girl had difficulty taking the order. I must have reposted it 3 times, 2 of them being very slow. But then the absolute FILTHY conditions would make me wonder if the food was prepped in a clean area. And while most of them were standing around chatting it up, they definitely cpuld have been cleaning. If I was the owner, I would have some guidelines. Not sure if the pictures will reveal the true filthy conditions but I have attached them...I went to take some of the bathroom but wanted to vomit so I left out. The food, was not like the Whataburger in Plano at all. It was cold, onions on my burger were HUGE and 1 pickle.

First time for everything. I had the worst meal I’ve ever had at a Whataburger tonight. My burger was gross. The bun was super dry and flakey, the patties were dry and the cheese was cold and not melted. My onion rings were way over cooked as well. I don’t know what the hell!!! Must be a night crew thing.

This is my local whataburger. They are always slow at night and the mornings and they usually get something on the order wrong. This time i just got my burger and the bread was super hard so i know they just used a bun that was sitting there for a while. Ordered 2 meals through Uber eats. The delivery driver was given the wrong order and dropped it off for us. No big deal, I contacted Uber eats and they refunded the order. I make the order a 2nd time, and they give the delivery driver the original order, that was made an hour and a half ago at this point. Now we are stuck with 90 minute old cold burgers and stale fries. The employees needs to get it together.

The quality of the food and everything has dramatically dropped since being bought out from a Chicago base company. Whataburger used to be a staple of southern fast food. My Dr Pepper was a very watered down soda, fries are not crunch or fresh like they used to be. The size of the burger has as well gotten very smaller

Ordered the wings today because the pictures of them looked scrumptious! But when I got home and looked at them they ended up being nuggets and not wings as stated on the billboard. 3 of them were about the size of a nickel in circumference. I was like "I paid $9 for this?!" I could have gone to KFC and bought a couple of Buffalo Wraps instead. Whataburger let me down yo! 👎

Not only are the managers rude, but the Operator is even worse. I was given attitude when i asked for a remake of my order, not only did i have to wait 15mins just for a remade order, i ended up asking for a refund, getting more attitude from the manager. Not onky were the managers rude to me, but it's even worse for the employees. I have never seen such a disrespectful manor towards hard workers. The dining room was trashed, the trash was overflowing and the bathrooms were disgusting. Never coming to this whataburger ever again.

I never leave bad reviews, but I have had it with this Whataburger. The service is always slow and inconsistent. BUT this is my last straw, A huge long hair that had been apparently cooked in the burger meat, that is disgusting and that was IT for me. Please mangers follow your sanitary and safely protocol, they are there for a reason!!!! I know and understand that times are difficult now with people wanting to work, but with that being said Please don't let down your guard, inforce the rules and health department safety regulations.

I understand when your training and you don’t know how to do your job, but damn plz don’t put ppl who don’t know how to work or at least read in the drive thru. It was ok your out of shake mix no biggie. But then the black guy in the drive thru not able to read. Come on whataburger do better. The the cherry on the top your machine doesn’t work . “Like it has t worked all day”. lol plz do better if something broke fix it.

The food is good (for fast food) but the drive thru line is INCREDIBLY slow. I'm not sure how it's possible to consistently be as slow as this place is, but they prove that it can be done. 20 minutes in line is the usual here, and that's not even an exaggeration. Edit: lowering to 1 stars because of the incredible slowness. Stuck in line for 45 minutes, nobody even answering the speaker and no way to get out of the line once you are in it. Insane.

I love Whataburger but this location is unreasonably slow. I left the drive thru after paying without my breakfast because who has time to wait for 30 minutes for a freaking biscuit? If your time is valuable to you I'd go elsewhere.

This is the worst location I’ve ever ordered from. The incompetence is on another level. I’ve received meals with no drink, no condiments, ordered burger w/cheese received no cheese, ordered burger w/no onion received onion. Ordered onion rings received fries, ordered tea received a coke. Not once have they gotten my order correct. I’m done.

I just got back from Dallas, thought to make a quick stop at Whataburger, and end up getting stuck in the line for 41 minutes according to Google timeline. I got in line at 11:05. I placed my order at 11:10 (sent at text at the same time I ordered) and was told at 11:36 they didn't have a ticket for me and it would take too long to enter me in the system now. He said he could, but I'd be "waiting a minute". I just asked to leave, but of course I have to wait for the people in front of me to receive their food before I could go. I've been at this location before when the line is long, but tonight broke me. This is the worst managed fast food joint in Saginaw and needs to have its franchise pulled as far as I am concerned. I'm not coming back.

This is not the first time I'm left waiting and waiting more than 10 minutes past my "estimated pick up time." I got off for my food and the employees were just standing around chit chatting while my food is sitting there. Don't offer curbside if you can't follow through or allow mobile orders to go through the drive thru.

I love whataburger but dear God do not go here late at night unless you want to sit there for over an hour. As I'm writing this review it's now 2 am, and I have been here since 1:10. Not to mention I placed a mobile order!!! The drive through is moving incredibly slow and I swear it's like their staff on nights can't get it together. They seem to be cooking one order 100% before even starting the next order. If I hadn't paid for my food before I got here I would have left 40 minutes ago to go somewhere else Edit: still here 30 minutes later and haven't moved an inch.

Waited 15 minutes in the curbside to get food, never got drinks. That took an additional 8 minutes. Got home, which is 3-4 minutes away, fries are cold with no salt. The bun was completely soggy and fell apart. Burger looked like someone took a bite out of it. And it was cold... No condiments in the bags either. Poor showing, this place is no good.

We went through the drive thru on Lane B, we waited over 7 minutes behind another vehicle waiting to be served. Lane A had 3 cars that got served that pulled up after we did. We had to yell to the guy helping lane A to let them know there were people waiting in the 2nd lane. Then we tried ordering shakes and the guy said they were out of shake mix and when we made sure he responded with yep. Very unprofessional and poor customer service 5-12-24 around 6:30pm Went to the whataburger in lake worth and got what we needed in less than 5 minutes.

Poor customer service. I ordered through the app about 10 minutes before arriving. When arriving to the drive thru I was told to go to outside lane. It took almost 45 minutes before any came out and acknowledged that I was waiting along with the car in front of me that was there before me. Coming up to the car, they had to figure what out orders were, so we were still left waiting about another 10 mins. Meanwhile cars that had showed up during my waiting ordered their food in the drive thru had gotten food and left. It was 4-5 cars that were served ahead even though they ordered after me. My order wasn’t even a big or complicated order. What’s the point in using the app to be ignored upon arrival.

The bread had dried out. The French fries were cold and barely cooked. Was in line for almost 30 minutes. Horrible experience whataburger has gone to crap.

We went in here and were the only people in line. There were 3 employees at the register and the manager with them. No one would say anything to us. The manager finally looked at one and told them to take our order. They just stood there and looked at us. We played that game for several minutes. Finally I asked could I order some food. They just looked at us and said nothing. So we left. Can’t comment on the food. Never got to eat any.

Ordered online for pickup. Half the order was missing and the other half was wrong. Woman working the front counter was to busy socializing to do her job so couldn't even get items we were missing. Manager was the one doing the food preparation and that was done incorrectly.

This is the most unprofessional location I’ve been to they have armed security at the front booth yet some one (customer)walked straight to the back in the kitchen trying to get their food another customer said that’s bold “but yet no one has food we have been here for 40 min” that’s crazy also one thing I noticed was drive thru orders where more important that actual customers that parked and cape into the establishment to order Not trying to be funny Or over exaggerating but there was 8 tables waiting for food and there was two couples in front of us trying to order and no one had once came up to us asking if we were going to order We honestly left it was too long of a wait we waited 19 minutes and decided to leave. Sorry but it’s a no go here in Saginaw’

Use to be a decent place to stop late at night but I'm guessing things change sometimes. Little less horsing around and a little more work/customer service would help. 6 minutes before ordering and 13 minutes to get food. Just sad

They Chicagoed my Whataburger. Whataburger has gone down hill. We ordered tonight and the frys were soft and not salted. The cheese wasn't melted on the burger and even the coke tasted off. Oh and they forgot the ketchup! I now agree that In N Out is better than Whataburger.

Waited 40 minutes for order just for the clerk to try and get me to take someone else's order. I had to stand at the counter and ask them to make a new order. This location is really hit or miss.

Last 5 times ordering UberEats from this location, and they never put ketchup in the bag. Spicy ketchup is like the main reason I want Whataburger and for some reason they never give it to me, even when specifically requested. Will have to order elsewhere I guess!

I placed a pickup order specifically to save time, but this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru with no movement, then had to park and go inside just to ask about my order. After that, I waited several more minutes, making it over 15 minutes total for a pickup order. While customers were waiting, the employees were laughing, talking among themselves, and moving extremely slowly, showing no sense of urgency or professionalism. It also seems they don’t properly review orders, as there is little attention to extras or special requests. To make things worse, when I finally received my food, it was cold. Completely unacceptable after such a long wait. Ordering pickup is supposed to be convenient and save time, but this location completely defeats that purpose. Very disappointing service, poor attitude from staff, and no respect for customers’ time. I would not recommend this location.

Entered the drive-through at 11 o’clock Friday night and the line Literallydid not move for 20 minutes. After four people had the line I backed up and went to the second drive-through window. The lady took my order and it was another 10 minutes before I got my food when I got my food they give me a large drink instead of a small. I had ordered a meal and they did not give me any fries. I got no straw no napkins or no condiments. I got out of my car went to the kitchen and a gentleman was very rude to me, saying you can’t be in here and I said well you didn’t give me my fries and the guy just dropped my order off and the left. It was 30 minutes before I got out of that line and headed home.

As I walked in with my two sons this evening, the "white male" cashier walked away as soon as he saw us come in.we were left stading there while 6 guys were all talking to each other in the kitchen, A minute later another Hispanic male came to the front and ask if he can help us. When I decided to order,he looked at me and walked away to the back where the original white male cashier was with the other six guys and told him "hey he speaks English ". He came back to the front and I asked him if everything was alright because it looked like he didn't wanted to take my order. The Hispanic male reply to me, oh the other guy thought you didn't speak English. While he's explaining the reason why he walked off the first time, five other guys came to the front just to stand there," the majority of them were Hispanics ". Now I was just discriminated because of my color of my skin and by the Hispanic male stating why the white male cashier walked away confirms that I indeed was discriminated and it shows how low class the workers are that works in this facility. It also tells me that there's a huge problem with service based on your skin color. There were no need to have six guys standing around at the back and when I did order they all came to the front, again just standing around while the one young Hispanic male was taking my order. The owner of this facility needs to retrain his employees and teach them how to respect the customers no matter the color of their skin. The white male cashier that walked away and refused to take my order and judge me based on the color of my skin,needs to be fired for discriminating the customers. Its a very serious issue that the owners has on their hands before a lawsuit comes in place.

6 employees just standing together chit chatting for 10 minutes while I was waiting… my order was ready and in the back..2 went on break and cut in front of me as well just because you are on break does not mean you cut in front of customers and distract employees. Even when the employees were done chatting that were on break I was standing right there and the two at the cashier were just talking to each other not helping the customer right in front of them! Pretty ridiculous and unprofessional. Not sure why they operated this way but would never return or recommend. Terrible staff. Do better.

Management here doesn’t seem to be organized with worker or under control with the restaurant dinning. Went through drive through and was the third car in line, but some how my Oder was made first , to the point the person working B Lane Had my order in hand while walking in and out of the restaurant with my payment in hand, I get it if he was a new employee. Had to go inside due to wrong order given and about 6-8 worker were busy looking but lost in moving around. it took two associates to assist and four attempts of still getting the order wrong on simple whataburgers Favorite meals… thank you for your service and time.

This is hands down the worst location I've had the misfortune of going to, if it's any time past 6:00pm it's nothing but teenagers who would rather talk and gossip then actually work. It was only 1 other person in here besides myself and I waited for almost 20 minutes on an order that was placed AHEAD OF TIME. Because they were all too busy talking in the kitchen area as well as leaving the counter and kitchen to go sit and yuck it up with their other friends who weren't working but we're on the restaurant. TLDR: no one here wants to work, place sucks.

I would give this location a zero if I could no stars the last five times I’ve been there. It’s been absolutely horrible. You tell him no onions on the hamburger. There’s onions over time you tell him I want apple pie. There’s no apple pie in your bag, you get home your fries of totally cold when you live just close, I mean this place really went downhill absolutely disgusting man she ain’t even melted. I was not go there anymore. I’ve been going there for many years to Whataburger all my life I’m done with them
