One of their workers, I think his name was Jesus, really helped me out as it was my first time ordering in Carl's Jr and I had a great experience with him as well as the food. It tasted fresh and honestly one of the best burgers I've ever tasted. Definitely will be coming back!!!

Always very friendly and quick. The last time I stopped by was Friday night around 10pm. I was the only car in line. I hadn’t eaten since morning so I decided to get a five piece chicken tender with the new honey hot sauce and some waffle fries. I ordered and then decided I would have another five piece chicken tenders because I didn’t want to go home empty-handed. She said if I didn’t mind they had to fry more and could I wait up front. I wasn’t in a hurry so I didn’t mind. When I got home and my kids opened the chicken the pieces were really small but she did give more to compensate for that I believe. One box was too fried and one box was too soggy. Overall it was edible but food here is usually much better than this. The employee was very nice though as usual.

Tried to ordered 2 western bacon cheese burger and 2 fries. Front line worker's seemed to ignore me. It took the shift manager who came from the back office to finally take my order. Took a total of 25min before I got my order. Food overall was typical of fast food. Appearance was better than usual which was surprising.

I was a regular customer until my experience today. I stopped by for food and there was nobody inside at the counter to take my order. I went to use the restroom, but it was locked. When I went back to the counter another customer came in and was being helped. Because of the urgency of the situation, I had to find another restroom. I later called to notify the manager, but she seemed unconcerned and directed me to write a Google review. The drive through quality may be fine but the management and restaurant experience needs work. Avoid this location if you need to use the restroom. That is all.
