I went to the drive-thru and they flat-out told me to go wait 15 minutes at the restaurant because they didn't have any prepared chicken. No wonder there were hardly any people there. As for the service from the girls, I couldn't give them more stars because I didn't notice any effort beyond the bare minimum. Not bad, but not good either.

They never want to serve you. They always send you to the self-service machines even if there are only two customers in the restaurant. They keep the entire staff laughing and laughing, unwilling to work. They even make faces at you when you ask them about something. I ordered BBQ sauce, and it came with leftover chicken. The biscuits are tough and salty. The chicken seems like it has more bones than chicken and tastes like rancid oil. They also make you wait HOURS for your order. It was good in the beginning, but it's now declining.

The longest I have ever waited for an order. 45 minutes wait for two fries and 14 pieces of chicken. Unreal. A blind folded monkey could organize this place better.

I bought a 12 piece bucket amongst other things. 4 wings,4 legs and 4 back sides. Zero breasts. Will choose another location if i go back to KFC

hace unos días fui a el establecimiento en la noche y me encontré con 3 de los empleados drogándose mientras estaban tomando y fumando al lado del establecimiento eran 2 chicos y una empleada nueva lo cual da una pésima imagen tanto al establecimiento como a la marca si es que contratan gente que es así

Los baños súper sucios parece que no los limpiaban en días, mi pedido 1 hora para que estuviera listo. Para esos tratos mejor en mi casa

Pésimo servicio, leeeeeento y sin coordinación, solicité una hamburguesa la cual tardaron en darme 30 minutos y si me la entregaron fue porque yo fui a preguntar por ella si no ellos ni en cuenta que orden deben y cual ya entregaron, ya estaba en la barra lista pero nadie la entrego jamás, estaba fría y no es como que hubiera gente en la sucursal, éramos 2 personas y otros que iba llegando, ahora entiendo porque cuando llegue había un señor gritando por su orden y para “calmarlo” le regalaron un helado, que horror.

Se fue la luz y me quedé esperando a que volviera el sistema como 20 minutos, me fui al KFC FORJADORES, en general siento que tiene mucho que mejorar KFC con su sistema de cobro y atención al cliente, no por el personal, el personal es amable, pero su sistema es lento y molestoso, de las 3 terminales dos no funcionaba para pagar en tarjeta y había fila

They treat customers badly; they refused to give me a sauce, and the people who bring the food are rude and insulting. They gave me a flat soda without ice, and they spend their time chatting and making a racket amongst themselves. It was a bad experience, and the tables are always dirty. Honestly, it was very unpleasant. I recommend not going.

The staff are uncooperative, the place is getting smaller and smaller, and to top it all off, they start having a meeting and applauding 👏🏻 when there are many people waiting for their orders. First and last time I'll go to that branch.

The service is incredibly slow, and they keep making things smaller. They should charge by weight, not by the piece. Ordering on the screens is awful; nothing beats in-person customer service, as it doesn't even speed up the food delivery process. This branch is terrible.

The staff at the branch were awful. I just ordered through a delivery app, and I know that a chicken package can't all be large pieces (leg, thigh, or breast), but they sent me nothing but chicken wings! Plus, they didn't include a single side dish, no sauces, no ketchup, no jam for the biscuits.

My food took 40 minutes. It was delivered without napkins or utensils for the mashed potatoes. The music was too loud, and combined with the staff wearing masks, it was difficult to hear when the order was ready. Most of the tables were dirty. The staff were unfriendly and clearly fed up. I asked for the Stranger Things menu, which was advertised throughout the restaurant, but they simply said they didn't have it, without offering any further explanation. When I asked for more details, they just said it was sold out.

They're incredibly slow! ALWAYS!!! I thought the first time was just bad luck, but I've been several times since and it's always the same: they're slow, rude, they always say they don't have something, and then they give you whatever they want!

Jeez kfc when ur customer is spending over 500 peso on a huge bucket of chicken u might want to include some variation and a couple of breasts. It was all 90% drumsticks and the rest that rib cut with no meat on it. Robbed!
