Nice place to have your breakfast and coffee

A truly pleasant experience until the afternoon kiddie crowd came in. The facility was clean and spacious; the music was played at a reasonable level, even one of the staff was bussing tables!!! And, one of the cashiers even chased a panhandler out of the facility!!! Remarkable!!! Haven't seen that in a while. 'Good job' to all!!!

The cashier brought the food over, was polite and honest about the qaulity of food!! Had no problems switching out the food for us! Gave us extra and everything for the mishap. This is for sure a great establishment as of may 2024

I haven't had McDonald's in years, but I was so hungry one day and I purchased a fish meal! When I tell you it tasted like they caught the fish and fried it that day...lol

This is hands-down the best McDonald's in the area! It’s the only location that actually toasts the McMuffin properly, which makes a huge difference in the taste. The service is incredibly fast—I never have to wait, whether I’m in the drive-thru or doing a mobile pick-up. The staff is professional and helpful; even if an item is missing, they fix it immediately without any hassle. I also really appreciate that they’ve had security on-site for the last month. It keeps the atmosphere calm and prevents kids from loitering during school hours. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and my breakfast here always starts my day off right. Thank you

Brand new building but only went through drive threw. Wasn't bad but it was 6:45 AM so I was the only one at the time. Food was good service was good. Kind of miss the old set up. Nostalgia or whatever. They do have those new kiosks you can order from.

Food is good. Love the huge play yard for my kids. Had a birthday party there once and it was incredibly inexpensive and everyone had a great time. Juanita was amazingly helpful. Not sure if she still works there.

The cashier that waited on me she was very kind I just came out of the hospital for an appointment.. and I didn't have no breakfast and I was feeling dizzy I really was confused and I didn't know what to get for myself but she helped me and she even has somebody brought it to my table it was very nice to see people kind and nice the way she was thank you McDonald's for the beautiful cashiers that you have working for you I wish I knew her name she deserve a reward for her kindness

It was busy, but I didn't have to wait long. My order was correct. The fries were delicious!

Used their drive through for a quick lunch order. Service was great, staff were quick and very responsive. Good was great Try their new Spicy Deluxe Burger if you need some seasonings on your food, it's delicious. Add a strawberry smoothie. Goes really well together. And price is reasonable.

The cashier was nice, but directed me to the kiosk instead of taking my orders. The food was good, but a little too much butter for me. The Atmosphere had to what it seemed like homeless people inside making people feel uncomfortable.

I love getting my coffee here some of the staff that knows me always know how I like it so they would tell others how to do it.

The restaurant is bleak, to say the least. It feels dark and dingy, and it smells like a Bodega instead of french fries. Almost as if it was designed by the Hamburgular. The food is, well McDonalds. If you like McDonalds then you'd like the food. Prices as of recently have been reasonable, still a "once every couple of months" type of purchase for me, however. They handle high volumes like genies. I've ordered food in a packed lunch hour of 25 floor orders and cars wrapped around the building and still got my food in about 10 minutes. They get it right 90% of the time too, which is better than most Mickey D's. Basically, if your gonna take out or Uber eats, it's fine. If you're gonna dine in, prepare to leave depressed lol.

There's a hole in the parking lot. Not an issue if you're walking like me, but be careful. Food was dry. My stomach hurts now. Quick with the ketchup. Better than White Castle. Welcoming to families. Fries tasted old.

The place itself is fine especially with all the newly renovated McDonald's. However there is panhandling going on inside. Persons come by while eating at the tables asking for money. It becomes very awkward especially if you used a cc and no cash and the person panhandling is menacing and aggressive. Helping out is not a problem at all but it is the fully able aggressive and dangerous looking panhandlers. Not even sure if anything can be done.

Everything nice and clean but, nice staff. the burger on the hand was so bad that it had no meat flavor whatsoever in fact she said it's like they put it the microwave. My sister said she never had to put salt on a burger before but she did it just so she could it eat cause I paid for it.

I placed an order in the mobile app and then when I got there on the machine I got no receipt I asked the worker for the receipt she told my nope I can't print one with attitude and everything like I was bothering her. I placed a mobile order for 40 nuggets like 6 burgers and a lot of fries. I asked for ketchup and BBQ sauce she then gave me one barbecue sauce and like 5 ketchups I asked her for more she told me I'm only allowed to give one I told her what I ordered and she told me I can buy the BBQ I then told her no after about 5 mins she finally threw in 4 more and walked away. I HATE going to this location because of all the kids after school but it was my daughters bday and she loved McDonald's. But I will NOT go back I will drive to eastchester Rd. And they forgot 2 burgers and a french frie

I was given a disgustingly made McChicken as my reward through the app and I cannot believe that it was issued to me. Ronald McDonald is turning over in his grave. Shame on you Mcdonalds

Do not go after school if want to enjoy a quiet meal.

I honestly don’t know what and why the staff move so slow and the cashier don’t have gloves on while touching the food nasty( you shouldn’t be touching food if you’re touching money). Lastly nobody speaks you have to ask for help or demand for someone to pay attention.

I live in the neighborhood and decided to buy a meal at this location. There were no lines, and the restaurant was clean but if you decide to eat in you may come across some people who beg for money which is not cool. And make sure you check your bag because they don’t automatically give you ketchup with your order!!! You have to ask for ketchup which is the cheapest item to get with your meal that you pay $12 for. Do better McDonald’s.

I’ve gone to this location around 5:45am twice as they state the drive thru is open at that time. Literally no one will serve you as they shut everything off via drive thru and stand there and watch you wait. To the point where I’ve had to drive to the one on southern boulevard-fordham just to be able to get breakfast before work. I rather give my money to an establishment that actually wants it. It’s truly a shame as in this location on white plains they get paid for an overnight shift when they aren’t even attending to customers. The manager needs to review these reviews and they need to do better. Go to fordham it’s better.

I did not like it. Lots of employees talking loud and yelling. My order took like 10 mins. I order only a breakfast sandwich and hashbrown. When i got it the server just left it and walked away. Did not acknowlede me at all. i noticed two separate coming that they were missing stuff from their order.

Saw an employee use the restroom and leave without washing her hands. And she is pretty too, you would not think she could be nasty. This is food service 101, please wash your hands.

Almost every single time I come to this Mcdonald's, there always seems to be things missing from my order. There was this one instance where I had informed one of the employees about a missing item, however, she ignored me. So after 15 minutes when another family member of mine asked for it she gave us attitude. It was not till we asked another employee who did acknowledge us and went to ask the people in the back. Another thing I'd like to bring up is the smell of the place. It makes it difficult to enjoy family time when you're surrounded by an uncomfortable smell.

Went to this location, and they didn’t have any french fries or burgers, the customer service was trashhh. The girl at the front was arguing with us about food that we ordered and payed for and didn’t receive. Kept saying she gave it to us already. Had to ask for a manager Yvette and show the reciept. And even she was rude. And then I saw a cockroach run out of her hair. What kind of McDonald’s does have French fries! Will never go back here again !

Last night They were ridiculously Understaffed for the night shift. Waited an HOUR on the drive thru line for 2 meals. Now they have orders from online delivery services. But they forget to add actual real time customers. This place drop the ball last night. I felt sorry for the workers. IT WAS A SHI SHOW!

They stuck, I can see the people in the back working, but the ones in the front are terrible. Their's two different managers. The man in the morning who is totally great. The woman in the evening needs to get her workers under control. Day and night services is crazy when it all should be ran the same way.

Bad side table manners, they took 15min for just a smoothie. I can't even put what order because she took my recipe and threw it out. On my every visit to this McDonald’s location, there’s a very strong presence of homeless people that loiters inside of this McDonald’s location and management doesn’t seem to care about the homeless bothering their customers or that they are inside of the restaurant bothering people. As I was trying to enjoy my meal, a homeless beggar approached me at my table very brazenly and ask for money and for food. There’s really large groups of teenagers that talks and laughs really loud and loiters at this McDonald’s location pretty much at every hour and for the entire day. The cafeteria area has rubbish (garbage) everywhere on the floors, table and seat and the seat and tables are always dirty. The employees only cares about the kitchen and not the restrooms nor cafeteria..Needless to say, I would only recommend this McDonald’s location for ordering take out, not to eat in. If I can rate zero stars I would. I should also write a letter of complaint and fax it to McDonald’s Corp.

By far the worst McDonalds i ever been to. The first time i went at about 2 am to the drive through and apparently they were prepping for breakfast which didn’t start till 5 am. The second time I decide to do curbside pickup to wait 20 min to have to go inside myself and see my order just sitting there getting cold and forgotten about. Will definitely not be going back.

The cheeseburgers were old & rubbery. HORRIBLE!! I had to throw them out! The people in the back were so loud that they were too busy talking their personal business to make a fresh burger.

Location claims to be 24/7 but their system is temporarily off from 3AM - 4AM as they transition to breakfast. Even when you show up shortly after 4AM, drive thru will not take any orders for breakfast. It is best to arrive at 5AM.

I came here as my family bought in the drive thru so I can use the rest room. I told the security guard from the beginning that I understand that because of the pandemic there might be some limitation on my using the rest room. However I needed it with urgency because (showing) I was pregnant. The security guard said “no”. I said even if I am pregnant, and she said no still. I asked for the manager and she said “no manager”. She send me to a near by gas station. I went there and they gave me better service. I came back to speak to the manager. No wonder, the manager had the only “and what your point” satirícele when I told him what happened. To the point that he mentioned that it is her job to say “no” to people. I asked him “even when I asked to speak to a manager” he said “yes”. I asked him who his manager was and he really said “well, above me only the owner”. I’m like really?! (I guess he promoted himself). So I asked for the owners name and he said it was Tony, I don’t really know the truth of it but that’s all I got. This was the most terrible experience I have even had in my life. I work for a bank and this customer service was the worst I have ever seen. Because of the security guard and him I have a terrible impression of all the workers. And I would never recommend anyone to this place. I never write reviews, but this one felt necessary because if they did it to me they do it to other people same or worst needs. What a shame!!! McDonald’s, the owners of this franchise should be ashamed of the character they have app in red as manager for this location.

If no stars were an option, I would select it. This place is overall filthy, the bathrooms are disgusting, the staff is very unprofessional, and more ghetto than anything. The food is overcooked, and it is always missing items. The service is piss poor. I don't even know why this place is even allowed to sell food.

Thanks for the $272 dollar boot fee thru zelle to a daniell Javier for backin up into a spot that i could barley see thru this snow storm i had no choice but to stay in the spot cuz my car didnt want to move forward after i backed up to fix the car in the snowed up parking lot only went to get 5$ meal deal and came out humiliated from the tow truck drivers recording me! I drove to here from Google recommendation. It states you are open 24hours but when I drove through the drive thru at 4:32am . No one answered, obviously you are closed ? How about remove the false information from Google that you are open 24hours or fix your management 🤔

Took forever for curbside pickup and one of my nuggets burnt up give this a 1 star review horrible!

They have one of the worst employees. She used non-customer friendly words and curse words in Spanish. When I confronted her telling her that I understood Spanish, she said she didn't care. She went hiding in the kitchen but I could hear her telling the coworkers that I don't know her name so I can't report her. The other guy who checked on my order was friendly. Too bad they have one person that make others look bad.

Went to this location at about 3:30 Am and the guy working the drive through kept telling me “Only cash” and we said that we had cash they said they only had nuggets and McChickens , All I wanted was two cheese burger meal and they refused ! And The drive the guy kept repeating “Only Cash”, if the McDonald’s is not going to serve 24 hours , Stop saying it’s 24 hours , made me waste 30 minutes making the line to just get angry .

Am an emt went there for my 30 min break not at lunch or dinner, and ordered a mcdouble and filled o fish. Ordered online 5 minutes into my lunch break, and my food wasn't ready until 2 minutes after my break, almost had to leave without the food because of their slow service for online orders, and the food wasn't even fresh, the mcdouble was stale, hard possibly moldy. If your an emt or anyone ordering off the app don't, people ordering on the kiosk and in person passed me up one after the other.

Worst McDonald's I been to in my life and I love McDonald's and I been to McDonald's in different states. The worst French fries I have ever had they gave me all over cooked fries that had been sitting there for I don't know how long and a cold cheese burger that looks and tasted like they didn't cook the burger and just throw cold cheese and bread on it. On top of that the soda taste like pure salsa and I ordered a large value meal I just winded up throwing that huge salsa soda that was suppose to Coca Cola away and that cold burger away. Gross. Worst McDonald's I ever had. How did this McDonald's get a A grade? They must have bought that grade I would have given them a F and shut them down. I just bought a breakfast value meal. Drive through said it was 6.49. When they asked what kind of drink they added 1.10 more. If it's a meal why the additional. Also when I got to the window I asked to add cream to my coffee. They said sorry it would be extra. Really. Won't go there again.

I came from Pennsylvania to visit a family member down in New York. We stopped to get McDonald’s. While I went inside I wanted to use the restroom before ordering.. and no lies spoken. It was filled with teenagers smoking I would say 20 in there. I opened the bathroom door and sucked a big amount of smoke in my nose and mouth. I immediately left the store and didn’t use the bathroom nor order nothing. Due to the fact that the atmosphere was TERRIBLE! It’s not about smoking.. it’s about the professionalism!

According to their hours online they are supposed to be open 24 hours but they are not, we got there around 5 something am and they said they open at 6. We waited in the parking lot till 6am, then we tried the drive thru again and someone said they open at 6:15. Like just update your hours online.

Delivery services: I didn’t get all the items I paid for. However, I have very low expectations for this location due to the area and and reviews. Typical, anyway I’m glad Uber is issuing my refund.

My recent visit to this McDonald’s was extremely disappointing and honestly concerning. When I went with my family around 3-something, the whole place was crowded with teenagers vaping, smoking, yelling, and sitting on top of tables. They were making a huge mess, and it didn’t feel like a family-friendly environment at all. While I was waiting for my food, a group of teenagers was smoking in the back exit. The entire area was filled with smoke, and it smelled strongly of weed. Parents with little kids had to walk through that exit because the main entrance was locked and blocked off with trash. It’s unacceptable that the only exit was filled with smoke and that families had no safe way out. On top of that, there are often homeless individuals inside the restaurant. I’m not trying to be mean about anyone’s situation, but there is one man who is there every day asking people—including kids and elderly customers—for food. The smell in the air was so strong that it made it hard to eat. Last time I was there, another homeless person came in with his pants falling down, exposing himself because he wouldn’t pull them up. That made the environment feel even more unsafe and uncomfortable for families. Overall, this location feels chaotic, poorly managed, and not safe for families. McDonald’s is supposed to be a place where people can sit, relax, and enjoy a meal, but this experience was the opposite. I really hope management steps up and fixes these issues, because right now it’s not acceptable for any customer. And if you see this give me a proper response on why yall don’t do anything about these problems!!

I wasn't not happy today at the 2505 Southern BLVD Bronx, NY 10458, on my break at 12:52 pm, I wanted to sit and enjoy my lunch, but there's was an individual siting, with his food all scattered around and seem to be drugged, it's so disgusting to see that, I love McDonald's but it's not a welcoming place anymore, especially to bring your family to see that, I did report it to the guy at the register, even though they give good customer service, I didn't eat there, thank you.

I’ve had two horrible experiences at this McDonald's, and I’m honestly so frustrated. First encounter: I was in the drive-thru for over an hour just trying to place my order. When I finally got to the window, my fries were cold. It didn’t stop there— the lady working the overnight shift literally snatched the fries from my boyfriend’s hands and DOUBLE DIPPED them in the oil. I’m pregnant, and I found the whole interaction disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I ended up not eating the food at all because I just couldn’t trust it after that. I honestly felt so disrespected by the entire situation. Second encounter: I placed an order for breakfast at 10:20 am, and when my boyfriend went to pick it up, they told him my order was canceled— even though there was no notification about it on the app. The employees then told him they were only serving lunch and made me cancel my order entirely. This was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling completely disregarded. I don’t understand how something so simple could go so wrong, and it was honestly such a waste of time. I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews, but both of these incidents were beyond disappointing. I’ll definitely be reconsidering where I spend my money next time. Third Encounter I went through the drive thru once again awaiting for my order. My order was ready and employees were talking letting my food sit there getting cold . I had to ask them how long my food was going to take for them to realize it was ready just sitting there . Overnight encounter once again.

Omg! They hate their life. They denied service because they felt like it. Nobody was talking on the drive thru speakers. I stood there for a few minutes since no one was talking I process to the window. The female in the video told me i had to make the line again that she didn’t talk because she is busy.

Check your order always before your leave the drive through. I ordered a double quarter pound and once i came home, i got a bacon and cheese burger I don’t even know what the name of the burger. I do not eat pork. Not that i have any issue with people eat pork but i paid for something that I never wanted. If you can just avoid this place.
