I’ve been to this location several times and I always leave disappointed. The drive thru has given me very slow service previously , so I did a pick up order this time. Upon arriving, there was an 18-wheeler parked in the middle of the small parking lot which made it extremely difficult to get into the restaurant, park, or try to go to the drive thru. When I walked in there was at least 4 workers that I could see and none came to attend me and my order was not in the carry out trays as the app stated. After waiting for a couple of minutes someone finally came to service me and my order ready (just not accesible unless helped). Furthermore, this location is very poorly kept up and not very clean. Not a place I’d want to sit and eat or get food from again. The only plus sign is they got my order correct.

My coworkers and I visit here very frequently we work at the hospital next door and with it being so close and open 24 hours is very convenient. But, every single time we come here the lady who’s name is on my receipt as Phylicia I’m not sure if it is her name cause they don’t wear name tags but the shorter African American woman that wears the scarf is always rude and has an attitude from the moment you arrive from taking our order to taking payment to handing us the food, she doesn’t greet us, you greet her she ignores you, you say “that you” she responds with uhh huh then just throws you the bag. She definitely doesn’t have customer service skills. This has been multiple times mind you and we always go back thinking maybe she’s having a bad day which we understand but nothing changes.

This was an absolutely horrible experience. I DO NOT recommend this location. The employee at the drive through was extremely rude, she acted like taking my order was a huge inconvenience for her. The tacos were edible but the chicken sandwich tasted like it had been deep fried, got cold/unused and re-deep fried. Two nights and I had to throw it away. All in all a very disappointing experience.

This is a bad jack in the box. The employees seem to hide out and work at a snails pace. Several customers just waited at the front trying to order. An online order took over 15 minutes for basic stuff and it wasnt busy. The tacos were descent but the chicken Sandwich had to have been really old and double deep fried. Took two bites and had to toss it. The restaurant is also very dirty.

Yuck! What a disgusting experience...my stomach is actually upset. We just got a sourdough sandwich, curly fries, and a few tacos. First, the fries were old and cold...plus the large container was less than half full. The tacos were covered in old grease...like they have been there for days...and the burgers were disgusting. The bread was soaked with cold grease and the bread was hard to bite in to. We drove all the way back to get the situation rectified...but the manager, a tall..bald...hispanic man, said no to the refund and all he did was give us fresh-straight from the grease fries. First, in the beginning we waited more than 10 minutes for our order...so why was nothing fresh? It seems like the only thing they make fresh are the drinks...even then I doubt their machines are clean. I have a bad taste in my mouth and an upset stomach. AVOID THIS PLACE! It should be condemned!

I literally have gone to this jack n the box since it was first built. They've never been great but this was absolute TERRIBLE service. I ordered a $6 munchies box. The grilled cheese stacked burger or whatever. And there is no grill cheese. (Whole 2 slices missing) when I only asked for no tomatoes. The fries (curly and regular) were cold as if they've been sitting out for 20 minutes already and the two tacos that came with it were so soggy like they were cooking over 30 minutes ago. Complete disgusting. The Sprite I ordered was so nasty and over carbonated that I even asked the lady to change my drink for my because it tasted so nasty. Never again.
