This is an indictment on this location specifically...they got our order right but they didn't put any sauces in and when we asked for some, gave us very few and regarded us with disdain. This was at 3 PM on a Monday and they acted like they were rushed when really, they weren't very busy and it felt kind of careless. Not the best Jack in the Box experience honestly

Foods good and never had a messed up order. I use the mobile app to order and select to go through drive through. Recently having the staff get mad at me for doing so and they have been asking me to go pick up inside that that’s where mobile orders are supposed to be picked up even though I very clearly am in uniform and can’t walk around off base like that and selected drive through for my method of pick up. App or store need to make up their minds. If drive through isn’t an option then take it off the app.

Employees at the night shift are very disrespectful. They close the dining room before 10pm where it clearly says on the door it closes at 10pm. They definitely need to work on that. . .

Every time I visit this Jack in the Box, the same manager is working, she has like blonde highlights and is Hispanic and her attitude is always the worst part of the experience. She’s rude to customers, short tempered. It’s not just a one time thing every visit is the same negative attitude toward everyone. A manager should set the standard for good customer service, but instead she makes the whole place feel unwelcoming. Jack in the Box really needs to address this, because the food isn’t worth dealing with that kind of disrespect.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The place smells like swer. You need a code to use the bathroom and when I asked for the code, the guy, who was missing his front upper tooth, told me that the bathroom code was in the receipt. I couldn't find it in the receipt and I used the receipt number to try to open the bathroom, but it didn't work. After the second time that I went to the front register to ask for the code, then he pointed where it was in the receipt. The bathrooms were dirty and smelly. Our order was wrong and it took a while to get the food that we actually ordered. Such a bad experience, we stopped by on our way home from Tijuana. We were hungry, thirsty and wanted to use the bathroom. Don't ever stop there.

I ordered some food tonight on the jack app I see commercials about, and it said to pick up at 9:26, literally in ten minutes from when I ordered. I throw on shoes hop on the bike and am down there in literally 5 minutes to discover the doors are already locked at 920, and the drive-thru line was packed since it's friday night. The last time this happened, I showed the manager my phone receipt and pointed to the bycycle, and she just came to door and handed me my food, which I didn't know why they wouldn't do, and told me to go wait in drive-thru after smirking at me with the other employees smiling as well. I went to the drive-thru window after they served the car and excused myself from the next car, and yelled through the window. "I'm on a bike, and can they just hand me my food, NOPE!! I asked car at the window if they could grab my food, and they shook their head and said they couldn't help me and to go wait in line laughing as well. I am getting frustrated at the sheer laziness of these employees, and the closing of the lobby before 10 pm on a friday night is really lazy. I waited another few minutes, and an employee literally came to the door without my food and said lobby is closed, and he couldn't help ne amd to go wait in drive-thru. Shocked, I told all of them to keep my food and left as I saw the police pulling up. I flagged him down, and he said he couldn't do anything and to wait in line. I asked on my bike? I told him to hell with the food and thanked him for nothing. I will never be back to this restaurant again and already filed a complaint with the corporation. I hole you fire all the employees last night working because they all deserve it. Here's who you have as the face of your franchise, pure laziness and lack of etiquette or manners.
