I order a variety of foods from this location. Today's breakfast was the sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin. The muffin tastes much better than a similar sandwich at McDonald's. The sausage has a decent taste and shows grill marks. I also order a similar breakfast sandwich but with just egg whites. The hash browns are little round pieces which can vary in quality from crispy to soggy and that's something to improve on. The price is a bit higher than McDonald's but the cleanliness is worth it. 03-23-22 I was given the wrong order today at the drive thru and this place has unbelievable service for their customers. The supervisor verified the mistake, placed the correct order, let me keep the incorrect order (way more than my order by far) and on top of that gave me a gift card. Some might not like Chick-fil-A for personal reasons but I think their food is better than most fast food places, their employees are trained and friendly and they offer great service.

Great parking. Food up to standard. Service was very nice indeed. Only concern was lack of seats in the restaurant and the restrooms were no where near as clean as I would have expected from this location.

I usually love Chick-fil-A and rarely have issues, but my recent delivery experience was disappointing. The order took well over an hour, which I could overlook, but the fries were cold, and my large order was barely half full. On top of that, we received someone else’s chocolate milk and lemonade instead of the two Coca-Colas we ordered. The most frustrating part was that there was no clear or easy way to get a refund or for Chick-fil-A to make it right. I expected better from a company known for great service.

Avoid mobile orders here!! Bad customer service read the other reviews. Stared at my order(ready with drinks ready as well) for 15 mins. Employee didnt even apologize for the wait(just gave order without saying nothing and I still said thank you). Im a vet was ptsd anxiety and this was chaotic comapred to the national city/La Mesa chic fil a. (Employees assume anybody picking up a mobile order is a DoorDash driver so they’re automatically rude.) Got home and also missing 1 sandwich 🙃

I placed a mobile order through Google Maps. When I arrived to pick it up, I was first told they were working on it, so I waited. After waiting for some time, I asked again and was told they didn’t have my order. When I reopened the website, it didn’t show the “I’m here” option anymore, and the staff said I’d have to check out again. I showed them a screenshot of my confirmed order, and the charge that had already gone through on my card. But they still wanted me to place the order again and pay twice. I ended up leaving empty-handed. I hope those $10 were worth losing a customer.

After waiting for 20 minutes in line I placed my order and the lady that helped me realized I was paying with a $100 bill and said “we don’t take $100” and removed the cones for me to move along. I was shocked, I went across the street to jack in the box and right away took my order and had my change with no problem. I don’t come to Jack but guess what I’ll be coming here and no more chick fil A for me or the co-workers.

Sadly, it was very bad customer service experience. A lady ( The worker said she is a manager) made a mistake the order. I totally understand people make mistakes sometimes, however she had a bad attitude and no apology. I hope she did not think it was misunderstanding. I ordered combo meals, she asked what drinks and what sauce for French fries for both orders. But she only placed orders for one combo and a drink. She could at least show her sincerity. It was first time I had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A. I must say it was bad customer service.

I ordered a large fry & received about 5 cold soggy disgusting fries instead. They couldn’t even be bothered to fill up the LARGE container halfway. Everything else I ordered was cold and bland. Hands down the worst chick-fil-a I have ever been too !

UPDATE: My drive thru experience has been the absolute worst especially with Manager Hailey & Hannah I placed a order for a Cobb salad with a warm filet , I received a Cobb salad with fried chicken bits and I also order a fried chicken sandwhich deluxe my sandwhich came wrapped in a breakfast wrap … lettuce and tomatoes were soggy ….the chicken was not breaded properly it was literally falling apart ! That was so unacceptable, After getting my order wrong Hailey had the audacity to ask me if I came a few days ago when Hannah was acting as manager and I asked what is the significance of her question and she literally sucked her teeth threw up her hands and said I can’t talk to you . Remind you my correct order is literally in front of her all she had to do was hand me the hot food , instead she left the food on the counter ,outside ,wind blowing , food getting cold , she brings a gentlemen to the window who heard the concerns and agreed that it would be insane to hand me the bag of food in front of him that has been sitting and to remake another order that I would have to wait for this is suppose to be a convenient fast food service . INSANE ! Never coming back I do not recommend pulling up to this chic fil a . You are better off ordering online. I ordered through Door Dash and my food was soooo good my waffle fries were hot , & the southwest salad was delicious. I was full and never ate my cookie:)
