I wanted to put in a great review for a woman who was at the window thru the drive thru today 1/26/26. She was so nice and professional. I’ve been coming here for years and I can count the times when someone takes my order just as I like it. I always ask for a greasy piece of chicken and every time I get my order like 2 mins later. It’s not a fresh piece. Today I asked for the #6 as always fresh piece. The lady was so sweet and stated no problem it will 6 mins. I was so happy and said yes! I recvd a fresh piece of chicken and it was sooooooooo good! This woman is so professional and cares about what her customers want. She should be a leader for others who work there. The white lady who also works the window never would get my order as I asked. The chicken would be sitting under the warmer it looked like for hours. Every time I would go to this Wendy’s I would hope that it wasn’t the same white lady at the window. Thank you so much to that Hispanic lady who was so nice and had a smile when I approached the window. 😌🥰

I come here a lot and I wanted to redeem my rewards and when I asked the employee who I believe was a manager how to redeem my reward she said she doesn’t know , that she gets asked a lot of times and tells them she doesn’t know. I’m sorry but if you’re in the field of customer service then you need to get familiar with the changes that’s happening. I had to pay extra cause I couldn’t redeem my reward or get an extra side.

Great deals on breakfast sandwiches and items. I never knew they sold breakfast. It's delicious. Coffee was good, not like other places where it tastes burnt or old.

We tried the drive-thru. Super nice guy working the order window. Loved the baked potato and the chili was good. My only gripe is the frosty is served in a shake cup with a shake straw and it’s too thick to drink while driving home. Wish they gave you the option of frosty ‘or’ shake.

A sandwich artist is in our midst. This is the most perfect “Krabby Patty” I’ve ever seen. I’m Bun, Patty, Lettuce, Cheese, Onion, Tomato, Ketchup, Mustard, Pickles, and Bun. All visible. All perfect. Look how the cheese melted and lightly folded over the bun. Absolute perfection. However. One time we went through the drive through and even though I asked for a sprite they didn’t give me one, they didn’t charge me for one but when I said I was missing a sprite the clerk stood her ground and made it abundantly clear that “we didn’t have a sprite” not offering to ring us up for one, not coughing one up a complimentary one for their mistake… which, it doesn’t cost that clerk a dime to give us a sprite and it maybe doesn’t even cost the company a dime to give us one for free. Lol wild. We left without a sprite and I felt its absence all night. Bad service, one hell of a sandwich maker.

I ordered the chocolate cold brew coffee and they sent a chocolate frosty. These employees need to be more vigilant. Now I’m here stuck with a damn frosty. I wanted my coffee.

boneless wings?! more like chicken nuggets dipped in sauce less then a minute food was given to me. Cold mind you it was fries and the so called boneless wings
