The lady at the window had terrible customer service we asked for everything Cook the order. The food was good, but the fries were very hard so when we gave them back to the lady in the window and asked for new fresh fries, she started rolling her eyes and having a really bad attitude And then I didn’t have sour cream with my chili so we asked for a pack of sour cream and she got a really nasty attitude when we asked and she was like it’s $.30 which if it is, that’s OK but we didn’t have any in the bag and we went to multiple Wendy’s and we never had to pay for a pack of sour cream, but I will give her a zero because she had terrible customer service and she was arguing with my husband while my baby was screaming.

Angela (NOT A MANAGER) does NOT have common sense when it comes to using the restroom. She just had to remind me that I HAVE to make a purchase if I was going to use it. I had already told her I was going thru drive thru. But she still felt the need to tell me this before opening the door. Regardless if I was homeless or not, those comments are unnecessary and rude. She needs to be retrained.

Wendy’s has truly disappointed me with my latest visit. I ordered a simple meal, but when I received it, the order was wrong, and the food was cold. To make matters worse, the taste was far below expectations—stale fries and a bland burger made for a terrible experience. Considering the poor quality, their prices are absolutely outrageous. I expected fast food, but not at such a high cost for such low standards. Sadly, it seems like this location has fallen far from what Wendy’s is known for. Very unlikely I'll be returning anytime soon.
