I rarely eat hamburgers but get the occasional craving for Carl's Jr. The jalapeno burger was AMAZING. It was hot, had the perfect amount of grease, and the bun and toppings were fresh. I had to take off a star because the app told me I had to go inside to pick up the food but when I arrived, the doors were locked. I went through the drive thru and was told they were closed. When I told them I had an online order they had me pull forward to the window then they started to actually make my food. The food was worth the additional wait this time but the experience was odd and slightly irritating. Not the restaurant's fault but the security company that patrols the shopping center felt it was necessary to drive circles around my car while I was eating and stopped to take a photo with their cell phone of me eating before driving away. No idea why they would do that but I returned the favor before leaving the area in hopes of showing them how it feels to have a stranger randomly take their photo.

If without coupons, I may not ever stop here for a meal(to-go). Only have one customer besides me at 5:30 PM on a Monday evening! One person is taking order and one person working in the back and they do quickly produced my order within about 5 minutes! Beer burger tasted okay, but I can’t say the same for chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was dry and very salty. Not even worth of buy one get one free! Stay with famous stars burger for sure next time if there is one.

What can you say about Carl's Jr in general, disappointing. I don't blame the employees maybe the blame falls on the ownership/franchise. I bought their new sourdough burger and in no way that it look or it even came close to their advertisement and commercial.

I have EBT and I went to the one on Coleman. I had been there maybe a little over a week ago using my EBT It went fine. This time they said theynever accepted EBT. I told her that I was there don't you remember me I was sitting over there with the computer blah blah blah she goes no I don't remember I see a lot of people I understand that but there was no help at all from her she did tell me to go to another one that takes EBT so I went to that one and I was trying to use the app I know I couldn't pay put my card in my app but we tried to figure out I try to figure out a different way to get my points and pay with EBT I finally got it but she was arguing with me said no she couldn't do anything with my EBT. I figured it out but EBT and the stores that accept it should make everything clear and give us more options for ordering on the app.

Mold on sandwich bread! Bought a couple of sandwiches for my kids! Elder kid found mold on bread and notified me, younger one already finished eating!! Called the company and they dont care - apparently the batch that was sent in from the head office had mold (even though expiry date was Nov 3rd). Makes me wonder about their refrigeration and meat quality. Either way they dont care about customer health!
