They got me with the "hot baguettes now" neon sign. I mean, how can you resist? I got an egg sandwich with fried spam. Heavy but delicious - you won't need to eat lunch 😉 The young woman at the counter was super sweet and patiently explained to me their special coffee - sounds delicious. I couldn't do because of dairy sensitivity but, wow! Great experience and great price.

What can I say i love there sandwiches much healthier than a burger and I think I even get more for less than I would at Togos or any other sandwich shop. Fast service . Love ❤️ it love it.

Lees is an absolute classic, but the downtown location is pretty bare bones. The food is fantastic as always, but the interior is dirty and service was friendly and polite, but a bit slow and disorganized. Highly recommend the meatball bahn mi!

Pretty good spot for bahn mis. The bbq pork bahn mi is the best item on their menu in my opinion. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their portions are very good. The staff are really friendly and service is fairly quick. The store is pretty well kept, but they play music so loudly that you can often hear the music from outside the store. Definitely worth checking out if you're craving a bahn mi.

Came during lunch to come grab a turkey avocado sandwich. Overall great sandwich, plenty of sitting on the inside. I was greeted by an indifferent staff person and ambiance was bland. Free 90 minute parking in the Downtown city garages.

Got a couple sandwiches and drinks for take out. Ordered the #5 and #6 BBQ banh mi. Both were very good, but I’d ask for extra jalapeño or spicy sauce next time. The French bread was good and crispy, the meat was a little scarce, but it was pretty delicious. I also picked up a bag of lychee gummy candy. They were ok by themselves, but putting them in the freezer made them excellent!!! I do agree with the other review where the ice in drinks is too much, but that doesn’t deserve a 1 star. I’d come back here if I was in the area again.

Solid Bahn mi, but the meat was dry. Got Thai iced tea to go along with it, good flavor and balance of sugar to tea. Probably not going back, but mostly because it’s a 99 mile drive from where I live.

We arrived craving a sandwich and one sandwich we asked for no jalapeño and extra pate and the cashier laughed at something i don’t know what and proceeded to give us a blank receipt we check our order there’s still jalapeño on the sandwich we go back to get it fixed and gave us it back get home and there’s still jalapeño on the sandwich do not recommend this location 👎🏾

Asked guy at the register couldn't recommend anything, seemed annoyed when asked. Music was loud and vulgar i get trying to appeal to a young audience but youre right across an elementary school, you have families coming in. On top of that i ordered a bbq pork banh mi, and i bit into what im gonna assume is burnt meat but it was so incredibly hard that it hurt. I bought two, one for a coworker and i can only hope they don't have that in their sandwhich especially after i hyped this up to them. I love lee's sandwhiches, won't be coming back to THIS location.

It's very sad that they don't have good agreements with their neighboring stores. They share a parking lot with grocery outlet and some other stores. After visiting grocery store I didn't realize I'd need to move my car to just to go to this restaurant next door. Food was decent.

This location is filthy. The bathroom did not have toilet paper. The tables were disgusting. The floors were covered in crumbs and was not sweep at 10 in the morning upon opening. It is 1000% clear that night shift DID NOT clean the night before. HOWEVER, I can say one good thing, the food was fresh and it tasted good.
