Their phone doesn’t work at all, so I had to drive there every time just to speak with someone. 6/28 11:30PM + 7/10 1:45AM + 7/10 11AM, I spoke with staff in person and they told me I could get the surveillance footage if I brought a police permit. 7/10 After going to the police department and getting the permit, the officer even told me McDonald's could simply call them using the number provided. But when I came back, they first said they were “too busy” and told me to come back tomorrow. When I explained I had the permit and they could now contact the police, they said the police had to come in person. What a complete waste of my time and energy. I understand they’re busy—but why didn’t they just say from the beginning that the police had to come in person? Then what was the point of me getting the permit? The service attitude was incredibly rude and dismissive. I was so angry and upset I couldn’t stop crying. What did I ever do to deserve this treatment? Later, I called 911 and waited a long time. When the officer finally arrived, they told me they had already called the manager and scheduled a time next week to retrieve the footage from McDonald’s. What did I ever do to deserve this treatment???????????????????

They dont have terrible service for order pick (which is the only way I order) and the food is well McDonald's food. But I am annoyed that since the release of the pumpkin pies they have been currently unavailable. From the first day until today. And I've checked at all hours of the day and different days. If you're not going to carry it then just dont put it on the menu!

This McDonald’s is the closest to my house but I would rather drive to the McKee location . Service is slow , food sometimes is cold , they seem To have a problem getting orders right . The dining room is always dirty and Upolstery on seating is all worn out. Soda machine is always out of order . This place gets a grade of a D In my opinion .

Drinks were all flat and watered down. Food was dry. Customer support did not help either. Edit: To McDonald’s response, I actually the day I ordered put out a claim using the same email as my review account and simply received an apology but no refund or credit. I ended up throwing the food away that day from how it was and received nothing else.

Was just in there yesterday getting food and got my monopoly stickers. Today I went back for the exact same order, when I got my order, I didn't get over half of the stickers. I called and some lady that barely speaks English says no, they don't go on the stuff I bought, then I told her, I bought the same thing yesterday and got it. She then tells me that they are sold out. Always lying. I would never trust this McDonald's, I don't recommend anyone else doing to this McDonald's. If they are blatantly lying about a little free stickers, what else could they be lying about your food? Your bill? Your order? I would never trust them. Horrible customer service.

I ordered small fries and 1 large fry, 20 chicken nuggets and 2 mcchickens they only gave me my fries and chicken nuggets and no mcchickens and they still made me pay for the 2 mcchickens that I never got.

Horrible attitude. Employee yelling at customers and threatened to close their accounts because they ordered with coupons. I was present and was completely shocked and appalled by this behavior. Why would you offer coupons if you're not allowed to use them?

Closes at 2 ? But they shut the lights off at 1 am . They did my order and the sweet teas tasted like water so I wanted to change my drinks and it was closed . So many people left in line for 10 minutes, I asked the guy at the window and he just shook his head. Total waste of money

Terrible customer service. After giving away my food to somebody else, and a 20 minute full experience as the only one in the drive thru when I was having a blood sugar issue (which was a miracle), there was no apology for the delay. And after taking my receipt to make it right, they still forgot cheese on a burger that is literally named "with cheese." I said, "sorry for the delay." They said, "Oh, ya... Sorry." I said, No, that's what you were supposed to say. I didn't even realise I was given the wrong thing until I was home. You would think, at this particular location, you might check receipts before just handing random people somebody else's food. I'm going for a corn dog down the street next time I'm needing a quick bit of garbage food.
