Al llegar no hubo quien atendiera, queríamos sentarnos y no había mesas libres pero no porque estuvieran ocupadas con comensales sino porque o estaban sucias o había algo (algún objeto como celulares de los empleados y el control de la tele) en la mesa que impedía que uno se sentara, cuando por fin encontramos una mesa libre se tardaron aproximadamente unos 10-15 minutos en atendernos, solo preguntaron que si queríamos sopa de entrada, le contesté que si y la calentaron en el micro, el sabor de la comida al menos de lo que pedí me pareció bueno, pero el servicio malo, además te cobran comisión por pago con tarjeta, para que lo tomen en cuenta

The food was delicious, just one minor issue: it wasn't past 3 pm and the food was reheated in a microwave =( which I didn't like since there was a griddle and a way to heat the food or keep it warm. That said, they already had a set menu and there was plenty of food. It's only because of the microwave that I'm not giving it a better rating. The food was tasty and had that homemade flavor that those of us who have to eat out appreciate. If you're passing by, it's an excellent option. Much better than pizza or other similar places.
The food was good, the service was good, but the water they serve smells strongly of the refrigerator and the glasses are not clean.

La comida esta rica solo que a veces no traen lo que uno pide y tampoco nos ponen tortillas
The food they serve is cold, and if you order takeout, they microwave it for you (and then leave it cold). The mole is awful; I had to keep getting up to ask for something (they don't pay attention to the tables). The potato cakes are half-hard, and the salsa they serve is like water (it's not spicy either). If you have the chance to go, don't bother.

Most of their dishes are good, what is not good is the service, the ladies who serve the food to take away throw your things at you, as if they were giving it to you.
The food I recommend is the pasta, the breaded chicken cutlets, and the broths, which are served in very generous portions... The bad thing is the customer service; personally, I once experienced it was terrible 🫤
The service is awful, the lady at the counter doesn't even say thank you and does it reluctantly, the cleanliness is disgusting both of the establishment and the staff.
Personally, I followed the mostly positive reviews and ratings, but in my case: - They lack hygiene: they didn't clean the table where I sat, the walls haven't even been scrubbed (some areas are tiled and need cleaning), the floor is covered in food. I understand they cook there, but they should at least keep it clean. There was a dead cockroach where they wash their hands, and that's what I absolutely disliked. - The food has no flavor. I absolutely do not recommend going there 🤢🤮 I'd rather have ordered takeout and eaten somewhere else.
