If you want traditional Huasteca food in a simple, friendly and affordable place, you should go there: Huasteca enchiladas with cecina and black beans in a mega-flat, entomatadas with cecina, green egg and beans, delicious Hustecan tamales, migas and ultra-megadeciliosa gorditas.
I went there a while ago, and the service was very slow; this time it was the opposite, it was fast and very attentive.

No limpian y desinfectan las mesas a pesar de que no había gente eso es muy sucio y desagradable...
It looks good based on what they advertise, but the flavor is nothing like the Huasteca style. The chilaquiles had hard tortillas, weren't spicy or flavorful, and the beans tasted burnt. First and last time out of the line.
It's okay, not as good as other places I've visited. It needs more attention, the service is average. I ate migadas, but it was nothing like the ones back home.

Everything was going well until I found a 'john' drowned in my carrot juice... I complained to the cook and her response was worse: "I told the girls to strain the juice and coffee before serving it"... Oh, and since I had already drunk more than half of the juice, she charged me for it too.
Terrible place, not very friendly!!! I won't go back. I also own a business, and I try to make people feel sold, and I'm not rude! 😠
