Excellent Spanish-style restaurant. Very attentive and friendly staff. Always ask for their guava pie; it's delicious and goes quickly. Their prices are a bit high at first glance, but everything they serve is generously sized and delicious. Definitely worth a visit.

It is a very cozy place, it may seem small but it has a very large background. A very varied typical Spanish menu. The flavor, quality and portions of the dishes are very good. The wine list is varied. The tapas are exquisite and the language goes without saying.

We ordered several dishes, but I think the only one that was truly good was the fabada. Otherwise: 1. The calamari was pretty average. Neither good nor bad. 2. The patatas bravas had an attempt at a sauce and mayonnaise (which should have been aioli). 4. The croquettes were decent. But nothing spectacular. Although the food seemed like a toss-up, some could be very good or quite average in flavor (some things were downright bad). Although I commend the staff; they were always very attentive and quick. They were always attentive. Yes, I would go again, but only for the fabada.

Comida rica la sopa del día siempre es rica y las enchiladas suizas y de mole don muy ricas, las guarniciónes siempre son malas, mal arroz, malas ensaladas, pero pasable. Lo que si no es pasable es el servicio de meseros, dos meseras en horario de comida, extremadamente LENTAS, tanto para ir a tomarte la orden como para cambiarte los tiempos, como para llevarte la cuenta, siempre lo mismo

Sucursal de la cadena de restaurantes Vips ubicada en la esquina de Avenida Venustiano Carranza con calle Graciano Sánchez, en la zona poniente de San Luis Potosí. La sucursal cuenta con suficiente estacionamiento con acceso por Graciano Sánchez. No nos tocó que hubiera alguien cuando llegamos, por lo que al pagar en el establecimiento y pedirnos el boleto de estacionamiento, ante la carencia de éste nos sellaron el ticket como comprobante de consumo, pues sí había personal verificando la salida del estacionamiento. Lamentablemente el servicio no es lo mejor del lugar, la espera para los alimentos fue considerable a pesar de que el lugar estuvo bastante vacío durante toda nuestra estancia. De igual manera el sabor de los alimentos fue decepcionante, no es malo en general pero si mejor en otras sucursales del país que hemos visitado. Correcto.

Venimos porque no había muchas opciones por la fecha. Ya he comido en vips antes en varias ciudades, usualmente no decepciona, pero en esta ocasión si me fuí con un poco mal sabor de boca. En general la mayoría de los platillos sabía bien. Pero todo cambió cuando me comí mi hamburguesa champion. La carne no tenía sal ni estaba condimentada con nada. Las rebanadas de tomate son de 1 cm de grueso y con cada mordida se le salía todo el relleno. Laayonesa mal aplicada y escasa. Me parece que la cantidad de papas que sirven de complemento es muy poca. No me agradó que sirvieron la comida de todo los de la mesa en tiempos muy diferentes. Tardaban mucho entre cada platillo. Las hamburguesas fueron las últimas en llegar después de más de 20 min de haber ordenado. Era 1ero de enero, tenían poco staff y mucha gente pero eso no justifica que baje la calidad en el servicio. Varias veces tuve que pedir un vaso con agua porque no me lo traían. Su promo de complementar la comida con sopa, bebida y café me parece buena. Otro detalle que no me gustó es que cobran el estacionamiento, uno va a consumir y además hay que pagar, que además ni sirve la pluma de acceso. Hay una persona que viene con el boleto al vehículo cuando uno llega.

Unfortunately, I expected more from this place. The food was quite bland, the service average, and the prices seemed too high for the quality of the product. Maybe I should have tried more dishes. But I remember one saying: If the tortilla, croquettes, and calamari are bad... Run away quickly.

The place is quite well-maintained. I just think they need to revise the menu, as there are some dishes they don't have. For example: although I went at lunchtime, they didn't have paella. It's a dish I've ordered on previous occasions. The service from the waiters is very friendly.

The ingredients used are substandard. We ordered fish, and the only one was "basa." They had cheese sauces, and even though it was Roquefort, it didn't taste like cheese. The table was extremely dirty and covered in crumbs between the glass panes. We had to ask for it to be cleaned, and it was left with marks from the damp cloth. I had no desire to return.

The place is nice, but the problem is the same as always in San Luis Potosí: the lack of parking. As for the food, you'll be pleasantly surprised—it's high quality and flavorful, which is rare in this city. However, the recipes aren't 100% Spanish as they claim, but that's understandable; many restaurants adapt their dishes. The portions aren't generous, and the prices are outrageously expensive. They must think they have a Michelin star or something. If you want to spend a lot of money to impress someone, fine, but otherwise, there are better options.

Spanish typical food is served here in a rather small place. The quality is very good and the prices are a bit high, but fare for what they serve. Try the fried provolone, the different type of tapas and the cheese tortillas with different type of stews. They have no parking lot and the parking spaces are difficult to find.

No habia mas que una mesa mas, y la comida llegó fría, rica pero fría! Le dijimos a la mesera muy amable la calentoʻ y el sig plato llegoʻ frío tambien! Me lo calentaron! Se nos acabó la salsa, pedimos otra y llegoʻ helada! Recién sacada del refri!

Me encantaba este lugar y más a mi mamá pero en esta ocasión el servicio se tardó más tiempo como una hora en atencion y los platillos fríos, además a mi bb no le llevaron su agüita hasta que se lo pedí al garrotero y me atendió rápido. El pan estaba duro y las tortillas que pedimos se tardaron más tiempo en traerlas. Ahhh y los platillos no son como los de las fotos del menú están totalmente diferentes en la otra ocasión pedi un plato con milanesa y me dieron solo la mitad y para no hacer el cuento largo es la segunda ocasión que no nos gustó nadaaaaaa

Demaciado lentos para atender una hora para que llegue la comida ! 😡 El café todo frío ! Las meseras parecen gallinas descabezadas no dan una. ! Pésimo servicio! La basura te la dejan y nunca la retiran !

Llegas a cenar a las 21:00 y la anfitriona te advierte "el restaurante cierra a las 22:15, ya sabe que pedirá" Si digo que no, no me deja pasar o como? Además de me dieron un pan que parecía de 3-4 días.

Lugar poco concurrido, pero tampoco hay quien te atienda!!!! Es increíblemente una sola mesera para todo el Restaurante!!! Vine hace dos meses y aquella vez pensé: bueno han de estar en reestructuración o algo así, hoy dos meses después siguen igual!!! Terminé saliendo del lugar después de 15 minutos sentado en la mesa sin recibir al menos un buenas tardes.

Nice place and good food, but the waiters lack customer service skills. They brought me the bill without me asking, supposedly because they were about to close, but at least they could have been courteous, saying, "Would you like anything else? We're about to close."
