I wish we had one closer to us in our neighborhood. I'm so thrilled they added krinkle fries! Love their deli sandwiches and the gyros, but nothing really beats their beef n cheddar sanwiches. yummm ❤️

Ordered the Meat Mountain off of the secret menu and it was amazing. The staff was just as excited as I was. Also, the Gyro was very delicious.

I had a great experience coming to this Arby's why? Great Customer Service, easy access to drive through, menu was easy to read with a selections of items, and plenty of parking lot. I ordered the Swiss cheese aju french roll with their yam sweet potato fries and curly fries and a nice cold Dr.Pepper drink. I suggest you to add on onions inside the French dip roll. Enjoy....

I hadn't been to an Arby's in over a year I think, but after going to this one, I might have to start trying to seek them out. Staff was friendly and processed our good deal coupon very quickly. We got the #1 small meal which was a brisket sandwich. The food was fast and fries were good. The sandwich was a little lacking in MEATS, but overall fine.

Popped in for a Rueben sandwich and curly fries. We were disappointed to discover they were out of thousand island dressing. Fortunately we were taking it home, so we got the sandwich and used our own dressing. Other than that, everything was good.

I've been here 4 times in the past month. All 4 times they were having a two for $6 special with two different fish sandwiches and a roast beef sandwich. Two of the times I went they had no fish?! When they did - they were pretty good. So it's a hit and miss game I guess.

The lower rating is due to the food itself. It still tastes like Arby’s, but the size of the sandwiches are noticeably smaller than they used to be, and the amount of beef put on the roast beef is laughable. You are basically paying for an overpriced $3+ sesame bun. Fast food just isn’t worth it anymore with the rising costs and the reduced portions. The drive thru service was speedy and fine. Curly fries were good - just expensive.

I love Arby's but today was a disappointment. The Beef and Cheddar sandwich was squished almost flat when unwrapped. The crinkle fries were Luke warm and stale.

I've always said, arby's has really good food. Even though others have said otherwise they've always made it hot and fresh today? I ordered cheese sticks. I've always compared them 2 Jack in the box and sonics and said, arby's had the best They gave me reheated cheese sticks today. They were really rubbery, all it takes, there's one bad moment. To ruin a good thing, I can't trust the San Marcos location.

Not sure how this Arby’s has such good reviews, probably by mistake, folks giving reviews to this location meant for others. Drove through yesterday to get the seasonal fish sandwich and while it is better than most others, this location ruins it. We waited over 10 minutes for our order and it turned out that was obviously for one fish sandwich, the other had obviously been in the bag, apparently with the curly fries, the entire time the last fish was being cooked. So one fish sandwich was reasonably hot, the other and the fries totally cold. We have purposely avoided this location (1280 W San Marcos Blvd, San Marcos, CA 92069) due to a previous bad experience about 2 years ago. Things have not improved and we will not go to this Arby’s again. Fully understand it’s a fast food place, but that implies quick service, which we didn’t get, and at least serve the food freshly cooked, meaning reasonably hot, don’t let food sit like ours obviously did.

Worst experience ever. Will never come here again. Terrible service. Outside of the store there was a advertisement for a mint chocolate shake outside however when I asked for it, the drive thru guy yelled and said " we do not have it". I then decided to get a jamoca shake instead. When I got to the window I recieved a small shake. Not only this, but this guy was still yelling every word. I was going to go back inside but I realized that I had no receipt nor was ever offered one. The line took close to 14 minutes for 2 cars other than mine to move through. I have also heard rumor that the frying oil is only replaced once every 2 weeks. I have never seen fast food treat their customers this terribly. I am usually very tolerant for little mistakes but this was absolutely unacceptable.

Had the fish sandwich at a different location a couple of weeks ago and it was great. Got one today from this location and it sucked, fish was thin, dry over cooked, one bite and in the trash.

my mom and I decided to go since she had so many good memories of what Arby's used to taste like back in the 90s, we tried the classic roast beef sandwiches. the meat was gray, it didn't look, felt, or tasted great, the cheese looked like the one you use for nachos. I do not recommend going but not this location, especially, super expensive, ANY LOCATION.
