Haven't been to Outback in awhile so had to come back. The food was great, chili was good but needed to be a little heated up. Our Waitress Piper was great and suggested the take home meal option. I ordered the salmon to take with us and made 2 meals! Will defiantly be back soon!

Katie provided outstanding service during my visit a couple days ago. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her warm attitude and quick responses made the dining experience enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommend asking for Katie if you want excellent service with a smile! Absolutely fantastic experience at Outback! The food was delicious—hot, fresh, and exactly what we were craving. What really stood out was how fast everything came out; the wait time was practically nonexistent, which was such a nice surprise. And I have to give a huge shoutout to our server, Lauryn. She was absolutely stunning, incredibly kind, and truly made the entire experience memorable. Her energy, attentiveness, and positive attitude took the meal from great to unforgettable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. We’ll definitely be back—great food, amazing service, and an all-around awesome experience!

My family went to dinner at the Outback on I-10 and had the best waitress. She was on top of everything. Always had our drinks filled and our table was always clean. I will be asking for her every time we go back. Her name is Annabelle. She was the sweetest. Also I have to say the manager there Heather came to our table to see how we were doing a few times. She was very nice and sweet and made sure everything was going good for us. Thats a GREAT manager!!

Dmire made our visit to Outback Steakhouse unforgettable. You can tell right away that he truly cares about his guests. He is courteous, attentive, and always checking in at just the right time. He goes above and beyond in every way, from making sure everything is perfect to anticipating what you need before you ask. At 53 years old, I can honestly say he is the best waiter I have ever had in my lifetime. His service turns a good meal into an amazing experience. If you dine here, ask for dmire —you will leave impressed and well taken care of.

I had the 3 course meal- chicken on the Barbie and broccoli then cheesecake. Both were seasoned so well- absolutely delicious! The best Outback meal I’ve ever had- props to the cook! Our server, Megan was amazing- very attentive and recommended the 3 course meal! Next time I’ll take pictures! ❤️ I’d recommend the take home meal too for $10. We will be back!

Tonight, In San Marcos, Texas, December 13, 2025, my family took me out to dinner for my 79th birthday. Our server’s name was Thomas. I must say he went beyond the call when it came to making sure my birthday was special. He catered to my every request. In addition, he was an absolute treasure to talk to. My entire family thought he was an outstanding young man. The highlight was at the end of the dinner when he brought out a divine piece of chocolate cake. The only problem was there were no candles to be found. So he lit a cigarette lighter and held it while the family sang happy birthday to me. It was priceless. Nyokabi And Raegan were our waitresses. We just had an amazing experience at Outback Steakhouse! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Our servers went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — checking in often, offering great recommendations, and providing an exceptional level of hospitality that you don’t always see these days. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered, but what really stood out was the genuine customer service. Everyone we interacted with seemed to truly care about making our visit special. Thank you to the entire team for making our night such a positive one! We will definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend!

I love this place. I always sit at the bar and their staff is fantastic. I’m pretty sure Alyna, Bella, & Megan are the best bartenders in San Marcos. They offer great conversation and hospitality. Steaks are always cooked perfectly. Beers are super cold and food is always hot. I’ll be back… and soon.

We had such a great time stopping at the Outback in San Marcos before we went shopping. Bella and Meagan were the friendliest staff we’ve ever encountered. They spent plenty of time ensuring that we were well taken care of, and were personable beyond the average script you get at other restaurants. The drinks were amazing, and their attention was beyond comparison. The restaurant was clean, our seats were quick, and I would say this is one of the better operations in this area.

Bella is the best bartender ever!!!!! I asked is she could do a skinny margarita and she said "absolutely". Next thing I know, I look over and shes juicing the fruit on the spot for the next 10 minutes :o I was not expecting her to go out of her way for my drink. She went way far and beyond. This drink taste like Mexico! Its amazing, but dont go asking for one because I'm sure not everyone will do it. Thanks Bella!!!
