Hello! I came to Chick-fil-A to order a Spicy Deluxe. I arrived back to work to find out my sandwich had no cheese. Luckily work for me is just 2 minutes away. After returning back to the restaurant, Christopher who I believe is the Executive Director was in the drive thru lane, he was very positive and attentive. Because of his attitude and customer service, my mood was brightened and happy. Thank you Christopher for making my day!

Today was my first day visiting this location. It was a great experience. As we were sitting waiting for our order, Jeorge walked by and ask if we needed anything. He came to check on us a few times during our visit . He Made sure we had everything we needed and I am so thankful for his kindness and customer service. Teagan is an exceptional employee. I feel horrible today (not contagious) and I went inside despite really not feeling up to it (and I’m sure you could see it all over my face) so my boys could play. Teagan made my experience so delightful from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Complete mood shift for me. I usually have a good experience at Chick-Fil-A but Teagan is irreplaceable. I’m so impressed. I may drive out of my way to this Chick-fil-A instead of the one closer to home just to catch him again!

Picked up my order and it was delivered pretty quickly! I did have one issue later in the day, my cookie was rock hard. It had been overcooked! I had to throw it away. I emailed the Manager. We'll see if I get a response. It's not going to deter me from ordering from this location again, but the Manager needs to know the quality of food that is being served at her location. Overall, everything else was great!

While visiting our daughter and boyfriend in Round Rock, Texas, bought breakfast at this Chik-fil-A. We ordered thru the drive thru and the employee was very pleasant. I have never had breakfast from Chik-fil-A, but this was delicious! We ordered their mini chicken sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and egg, bacon, and cheese muffin sandwiches meal.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 8/9/2025 Stopped at this Chick-fil-A location while heading north, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious—our breakfast sandwiches were perfectly made, the hash browns were crispy, and the orange juice was refreshing. The restaurant was very clean, including the dining area, play area, and restrooms, which is always appreciated. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality really stood out and added to the overall experience. While it’s a bit far from where we live, we’ll definitely make this a go-to stop whenever we’re traveling through the area again. Highly recommend this location for great food, cleanliness, and outstanding service.

Stopped by here for a quick breakfast to go on a Saturday morning. Surprisingly, there was only 2 other cars in line, but there were staff taking orders outside. Ordered the Egg White Sandwich, mini Chicken Sandwiches, hash browns, and yogurt. Service was friendly in the line and the window. Food was ready by the time I got to the window. Brought everything home and was still hot and fresh. Food was consistent with other Chick-fil-A locations. Will come back for a quick, healthier breakfast again.

Decided to treat myself tonight. Very satisfied. Food was good and hot. I've really come around to liking Chic fil a lately, and I don't regret it at all. The workers are always so nice. And it seems genuine. This location will definitely be first choice every time I'm in the mood.

Food was delicious and satisfying. !! Although the waiter was grumpy and gave off negative vibes. Ignored my mother while she spoke to him while he was at our table . He only addressed me and that was really rude!! Would return for the food and ask for a different waiter if we encounter the same service.

The food is classic good Chick-fil-A food, but it does take a lot of time to get your food inside and drive through. Usually around 5 to 10 minutes. The staff are friendly but dont have that Chick-fil-A spirit customer service. Everything the staff doesn't say my pleasure I except a undercover agents to come out of nowhere and correct it. The events they have are awesome, my daughter has a great time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ IKEA Restaurant – A Positive First Experience I visited the IKEA restaurant after finishing my shopping at the store, and it was my first time dining there. The atmosphere was very comfortable and family-friendly, with a clean and well-organized space. I was offered a choice between a burger or chicken, and I went with the chicken meal. The outer crust was crispy and tasty, while the inside was natural and simple in flavor, lacking any noticeable seasoning. I recommend adding some light spices or offering side sauces to enhance the flavor and suit different preferences. The service was good, and overall, the experience was positive. I plan to visit again to try other items on the menu.

We used to come here almost every month before 2020; we're now back for the 1st time in years… unfortunately, to our surprise, the food was average. I could be wrong, but the rice was not fresh (it was a bit hard and dry), but my carne asada and beans were very good. The fajitas were also very good. The prices have changed, obviously, and the service is friendly. The ambience is still fun and lively, especially if you come on Fridays and Saturdays for their karaoke.

The food is just poor. There are better and less expensive options right here in Santa Ana. Customer service is poor as well, I told the manager to cook two tacos a la carte and he brought out and charged me for the whole meal that I did not ask for. The rice is 100 percent reheated garbage from the supermarket and the cheese is mid tier. The chips are fine, tacos are mid tier, my girlfriend wouldn't even touch it as they are dry and tortillas are old and starchy. Not even worth a one and done, I wouldn't come back. You'd be better off going to Super Mex. Overpriced.

So I went to chick fil a at around 10:30 with my brother and my friend. My brother is in middle school but is very tall. I was ordering for the both of us and everything seemed fine until my brother and friend went off to find us seats while i had to carry 2 drinks and a order number holder, the guy who was serving me was wearing glasses, had long blonde hair and colored nails, and he seemed fine until he asked if i wanted help carrying all the stuff and i said im good and then he replied with “I see your minion ran off”, in my opinion calling my little brother that didn’t seem right to me, i don’t know how other ppl might react to that but someone who i’ve never seen before, and is a stranger to me shouldn’t be calling my brother that. It was disrespectful to me and my brother. I didnt make a fuss at the restaurant and laughed it off and left the topic. All I wanna say is, it’s not professional to say something like that to someone you don’t know.

I don't know what has been happening with this Chickfila location lately or if it's all locations, but this is what the sandwich looks like now. Very thin chicken patty mostly breading. The first time this happened i said "Ahh, well maybe i just got a bad one!", but this 3rd time around im seeing they are permanently serving them this thin. Very disappointed

I order a Caldo and they packaged the rice on top of it. It broke through the plastic and has the container submerged in the soup. Talk about cross contamination..

Ordered a pastor burrito, was given what was probably the worst asada burrito of my life. So greasy I think I'm going to be sick for days. Avoid this place for sure

They charged us 300$ extra because most of us where drunk. But some of us didn’t even drink. Just be careful when coming here if planing to drink. They take advantage of people they charged 690$ for 8 buckets of beer and 1 order of agua chiles

I ordered from here yesterday. When I got home I noticed I was short 3 Chick-fil-A biscuit chicken sandwiches.when I called the lady on the phone mentioned that “the girl that bagged the food says she remembers bagging them” 😏 basically calling me a liar. I said she probably got confused with the 3 butter biscuits I ordered. I’ll just take the loss of $11 & change.. this is my 2nd time at a Chick-fil-A in texas and both have been utterly disappointing.

I'm not sure what's happened lately, but the last three times we've ordered here, there's been issues with our order. For example, the last three times I've ordered a 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweet tea, through the app so zero chance of misunderstanding while ordering in person, and received a 1/2 unsweet 1/2 lemonade or other various creative concoctions, none of which are how I like my drink. Another is ordering no pickles and somehow getting extra pickles, ordering a breakfast burrito with salsa and getting no salsa, and the list goes on believe it or not. Normally it's not a big deal, we get mistakes happen especially if it's in a rush, but it's almost every item in the order, every time we order, which is almost impressive. I hate to blast like this, but we only eat out a few times a month and usually spend our hard earned money coming to cfa. I've been looking forward to my tea all day, waiting to get home, and my patience for the inability to read 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweet tea is nonexistent. If I wanted to clock in and check my order to make sure it was how I ordered every time, I'd just go next door to McDonald's. Don't waste your time here, the Georgetown location is better and faster. I haven't been to the other locations nearby but I can't possibly imagine it could be worse than the one sided vendetta this location has against handing out the right order.
