I've been coming to this location for a good while because of their professionalism and kindness. The entire staff is very attentive and helpful. The atmosphere is also very comfortable. I recommend coming to this location. 🙂

My family and I LOVED this location. We hadn't had Carl's Jr. In years and this is hands down the best fast food burger we've had. I tried the promotional burger with avocado and it was delicious. The beef patties were extra flavorful and the fries were perfection.

I had an incredible experience at the Carl's Jr. in Garden Grove, all thanks to Jesus! From the moment I walked in, his warm and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home. Jesus went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect, and the food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. His customer service skills are truly exceptional, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. If you're in the area and craving some tasty food, this is the place to go-Jesus and the team will take great care of you. Highly recommend!

I ordered a a Diablo burger lettuce wrapped and 2 spicy chicken combos small in the drive thru today. When I got to the window I asked the women in the window to repeat the order and she repeated it . The women that took the order had not took my order correctly. She did not asked for it to be lettuce wrapped and she didn’t make the spicy chickens combos. I then expressed to the women in the drive thru window named Anabel that the order was incorrect. & she gladly fixed it for me and it was done in a fast manner. The lady that took my order is too fast for her own good. She consistently kept interrupting me that’s why i believe she didn’t take the order correctly. I thank people like Anabel that go the extra mile to help the customer . I had my experience in the Carls Jr in Bristol & 17. & one more thing the food is always delicious here.

I love this place I dined In and when I went in I wanted I milkshake and me and my mom started singing my milkshake brings all the boys to the yeah and he started laughing I went to go to tell the manager we found out that he was a manager then my dad walk over and he was dancing and the other manager was like u got a two out of two he was just really nice and sweet. I am very glad how this place has changed because if I went there before renovation it would have been really bad but glad they are now going for a better direction.

There was nobody in the drive thrue and only 1 customer inside I only ordered onion rings and they were very soggy no crispy crunch at all it took a wile to get them so I figured they just made them but they diddnt taste like it also the girl at window was not very I don't no what word to use I told here to have a nice day she just looked at me weird and said yea sure you to

The spot is great when people are working. Definitely don't order online. We placed our order and spent $33, but when we pulled up to the drive-thru. No one was working inside. To the manager: can you please turn off mobile orders if no one is scheduled to go in?

Do not come here if you want your order to be messed up. Ordered a Famous Star with cheese with no pickles, no special sauce and easy mayo, they did not add ONIONS😡😡... and that on the picture is what I got, hamburger is too dry, so I had to add a little bit of the ranch. Never again go there. My coworker's burger is messed up too.

My recent visit to Carl's Jr. left me deeply disappointed and dismayed due to an unfortunate encounter with one of their staff members. Arriving at the restaurant close to 9 o'clock, I was uncertain if the front door would be open. As I approached, I noticed a staff member, whom standing by the door. I politely asked if the door was open, but to my surprise, instead of a simple answer, the lady staff reacted with hostility. Her immediate anger and use of profanity towards me were completely uncalled for and shocking. I struggled to comprehend what could have provoked such a reaction from a simple inquiry about the door being open. It was a deeply uncomfortable situation that left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome.I urge Carl's Jr. management to take this matter seriously and ensure that their staff receive proper training, particularly in customer service and behavioral etiquette. Such behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of an otherwise reputable establishment. I sincerely hope that steps are taken to address this issue to prevent other customers from experiencing similar treatment in the future.

I had someone pick it up, and when they got home I noticed I was missing 2 of the items I had already payed for, tried calling several times and got not response. When we made the drive back to Carl’s Jr and let the staff know what happened, we were treated very rudely by a guy working around 6:40 pm, whom we were referred to by Kevin O who was the employee taking our order. We were first accused of not paying for the two items by the employee we were referred to, so we showed them the receipt as proof. When Kevin, was giving us both items, the employee we were referred to stepped in very rudely and told him that we didn’t order a large, and told him to give us the small, despite the app not having a size option. We had to wait for our correct order to be given to us, and when it was, it was only placed at the counter, no name was said, nor were we given any indication that it was ours, til we walked back to the counter and asked if that was ours. We were NOT compensated for having to make the drive back, AND on top of that, were treated very rudely by the employee we were referred to. To make matters worse, a female employee was the one not answering any calls going through, why my call was not answered when I tried doing so, and my family that first picked up the food said she was the one that first handed it to them without checking if the order was complete. Would NOT recommend this location.

Can't do basic orders, right. Made the mistake of trusting that they would hand me my basic order. Charged 17 dollars for essentially 9 bucks worth of food. Dumb workers and overpriced food, do not recommend.
