We ordered 3 McRibs, Large Fries and 1 Double Cheeseburger (Deal $0.50). We requested fries no salt, this store freshly fried the fries. So good! Many other locations would re-fried the fries, it became so dry, but not this location. Greatly appreciated your excellent customer services, and the staff is so friendly! Thank you!

Juiciest quarter prouder I've ever had. They are fresh off the grill, seasoned just right, and the cheese melts when you bite into it. Definetly the best McDonald location in the bay area.

This is a very nice McDonald's in a more corporate area. The space is large and there are plenty of seating and is very clean. There is a Touch play for the children to be kept entertained. Outdoor seatings are available and there are plenty of parking spaces.

The food and service were great, but the play area needs a deep cleaning. A surface spray isn’t enough—regular, thorough sanitation is essential for kids’ safety. I urge management to implement a proper cleaning schedule or hire additional services. To the franchise owner: Would you let your own children play here? Investing in cleanliness is investing in their well-being. Please make this a priority.

I ordered combo 2 large. I asked for the quarter pounder to be a deluxe with bacon and cheese. Apparently, this time, they couldn't do it. I also asked the fries to be well done. It wasn't. They no longer have caramel sundaes. Lastly, their soda machine wasn't working, so I went to the counter for a refill. One of the workers saw me and ignored me. One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever gone too, every single time I go to this place I’m always missing items or they’re always messing up my orders. They do not pay attention to detail and are very sloppy with everything they do . I ordered a (McDouble) and they give me a (cheeseburger) inside of the (McDouble wrapper) . P.A.T.H.E.T.I.C ! I order chicken nuggets and ask for extra ranch and they give me “none” witch i than have to go inside and wait as more than just one employee walks pass me without saying a word just looking not even approaching to see what is wrong. McDonald’s corporate really needs to go and coach this place up to “decent service”

There No one at the counter to take my order. A young man told me I had to use the kiosk, no other option. Fifteen minutes later I had my order finally placed. The meal was wrong, so I asked for a refund. The young man asked why and what was wrong with the food. I said again, I want a refund. I was badgered by the Kid then by the Manager Gaby. I told them, I ordered it wrong, because I don’t work there, and I’m not familiar with their kiosk.then she said she was available. I’m having to now argue with her about the kid telling me I could only use the kiosk. Took about 45 min all together. I had no idea McDonalds corporate could mess this process up.

Sticker on table says “order on the app and we’ll bring it to your table.” They did NOT. Barely heard the shout from the play area. They want you to order on the machine that makes you take a table number tent. They do NOT bring it to the table either. Order on app for curbside pickup; wait is about 10 minutes. Order drive thru; about every other car is asked to park in “reserved drive-thru.” I have a lot of kids, it ALWAYS happens to us. Yet we come back all the time 🤦‍♀️. I hate the service here. At least it always looks clean and they have an indoor play place.

GO TO TACO BELL! I wish I could recommend this place, since it has the last Indoor Playplace in Silicon Valley. I can't, however, because it is always too cold, regardless of whether it's the hottest day or the coldest day outdoors. Even worse, their last rebuild went out of their way to put in the most uncomfortable seating they could find! The latest thing is that the kiosks don't even work half the time, so the lines are long, often with no cashiers So, unless you need the Playplace, just go to the nearest Taco Bell. They are always warm, comfortable, and inviting, unlike any McDonald's except the one on Capitol Expressway. Oh, and just when I thought they couldn't get any more annoying, they found a way! They have added a super-bright LED security light to the parking lot which is annoyingly on all day and blindingly bright at night.

Very ungenerous service. Got 3 big mac, and one happy meal, and all napkins we got was as you see. No ketchup either. Had to wait in line and get 4 small packs.

I drive around all night looking for the grinch meal and this was the only location that promised availability and they did not have it. When I confronted the worker he said he wouldn’t do anything about it so now I’m doing something about it with this review. Hope this helps.

Drive through is the worst . I needed to ask for some bbq and they all ignored me did not open the window at all was there waving and they all laughed at me . Will not be returning

I need to be contacted I purchased a coffee was not given a receipt was told to park on #1 waited for several minutes and eventually I had to leave for work. I need to be refunded and the employees need to be taught comon sense to check their cofee pots or start brewing as soon as it starts getting low.Running out of coffee at ~7:30 am is unbelievable.

I had a small order and they had me pull around the corner to parking spot #2. I waited for over 10 mins for a sandwich at a fast food place like mcdonalds. Thats the silliest thing i have ever heard... I ended up leaving my car and taking my receipt inside to get my food. Others were waiting in other spots longer than I was.

I went through the drive thru for dinner and didn't have a good experience. The guy handing out my food reasure the ranch and bbq sauce I paid were on the back. Pulled the fries and burgers and bother was inside my bad. I was already upset. I was at the light and remembered about my daughters happy meal apple juice was missing. I turned back and had it exit my car to go get it. The worse experience getting missing items. The people inside seem chatty and not putting attention to the orders.

I placed a curbside pickup order with 5 items, including an apple pie. When I arrived at spot #9, I waited 5 minutes before someone came out and told me the apple pie was unavailable, and asked if I wanted a strawberry pie instead or wait 10 minutes. I said I would wait. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes in my car in the 84-degree heat and no one ever brought out my order. I finally had to walk inside to ask, and guess what — they just handed me the pie right away. So clearly it was ready, but no one bothered to bring it out. This kind of service is unacceptable. What’s the point of curbside pickup if I still have to go inside and follow up myself? Completely disappointed. One more thing, on July 27, 2025 after eating double cheeseburger I got diarrhea.

Made a drive through order through the App. At first they had the wrong order for me. And then I have to wait for 15 minutes to get the correct order. After I got the order, I found they didn’t give me the appy meal drinks and fries. I spent one hour for this “fast” food. What a joke! I won’t come to this restaurant again!

Last week I was there, my burger was made incorrectly.. Today I was there and my burger was nasty. I think they need a management change food quality is bad, and service is extremely slow. While who seems to be a manager is sitting at a table doing nothing please view the pictures.. this is definitely a training issue! They don’t even read the grill ticket! Photo on the left is from today all others from last visit. They should be ashamed to put out food looking like this!

I am human being. I found plastic inside the burger. I extremely got mad. I asked to talk with the manger. He tried to give me my money back and he only said sorry like it was not happen. I refused to get the money back. I was extremely mad because I am human being. I feel so sorry for myself and other people as well. Because some restaurants these days they don't care about us. They treat people as a trash. It is not about money Sir I told him it is about quality and care about human safety. Assume if I eat this burger what will happen to my body for long periods. The plastic will stock inside my stomach and then you will see the consequences of eating a 10$ burger because workers don't care about human safety.Thanks God I didn't. Just realized Macdonald's is trash. Will never buy food from Macdonald's again.
