Extremely bad service. Mixed up orders and names. Charged for unordered items. Very rude when we went to ask for our order after waiting for 15 minutes.

After waiting 30 mins in the drive through line they completely got my order wrong, instead of an iced latte with almond milk I got a hot latte with regular milk. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Staff desperately needs proper training.

I could not believe what I saw. I saw a man bringing in water bottle for refill with ice and the attendant took it and poured ice. The ice was touching the bottle mouth and so was cup she was pouring from and was scattering into the main ice bin. Talk about hygine? What if guy has anything transmittable. I really didn’t think Starbucks would be like this.

Negative stars should be an option to pick from, not Starbucks but the horrible service provided by the “shift manager “ Alejandra making Starbucks look bad. She’s Unprofessional being rude out loud and has made me feel embarrassed in front of others because I have Good Morals and Manners.

Never come here again I ordered a brown sugar shake and espresso. They remade it two times every time they remade it just kept getting worse. I asked him for extra pumps of brown sugar. They didn’t wanna give me any. They wanted to charge me until I told that girl in the register that you don’t charge if it’s the same syrup for your drink, they were very rude. Every time I kept asking for something to make my drink of butter they would just grab it and do it and wouldn’t even acknowledge me. I used to come here before When I would go to the gym nearby. But the coffee, the barista, every coffee I tried it’s not good i would Recommend this place.

Do NOT go here. Terrible manager at this establishment. I was in the hospital 2 days prior with injuries to my stomach and this disrespectful, long grey haired , 6ft tall employee tried screaming in my face over using the restroom and "taking too long" meanwhile I was in there for only 11mins. My wife goes here daily because its next to her gym. Absolute mess of a restroom, toilet paper everywhere with a disgusting attitude to match. He made my injuries hurt worse because i had to raise my voice back at him. Tried walking away twice with him yelling behind my back. He should not be allowed to work for starbucks where service is key. Do NOT go here.

This was the location where my Bible study used to meet. Within five minutes of sitting for the third time in the same week an employee walked up and with what felt like a command said that I should bye something or leave the store. Fair enough, rather than explain/argue that am waiting for people for the third time, I simply ordered my coffee. For the next two and half hours of our study session all I could notice was the number of people and groups of people who came in sat down without ordering. My inner “KAREN” was fuming But since I do not have an external “KAREN”. I ordered a sandwich and stayed an additional three hours just to see who gets commanded to buy something the minute they sit down. They are definitely selective with it. It’s the only Starbucks that I have seen this at and all of my college years were spent in coffee shops. Other than that the place is alright. For the now the group chat agrees Peet’s on El Camino and Sunnyvale will be the go to. (thank you all)

This place has become a joke. I used to love coming here but not after finding a hair inside my drink. At first I thought it migh of been mine & it had stucked to the cup but after taking a closer look I realized it was actually inside the cup. I had to bring it back & all they did was give me $4 off. It was so disgusting plus the employees are so rude & disrespectful now.

Take out and drive through only at this store, so don't come here if you are looking for a welcoming environment. This Starbucks is as hospitable as a gas station. Previous review: Good drinks, fast service, and open late, but wifi is slow at best and frequently unstable, and management doesn't seem to be paying attention to the place and making sure that the nasty, unpleasant things like cleaning bathrooms get done. Sink and toilet showed build-up and grime that was the neglect of months, not days.

This is one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever ordered from and I’m not talking about just one experience. I have yet to get a coffee from here that is actually good. I ordered a venti but they gave me a size tall in a venti cup. The coffee taste like water with coffee flavor. It’s disgusting.
