Every time that I’ve been in this restaurant there is a gentleman named manny that is extraordinary. He always acts professional and hospitable no matter the circumstances. I’ve seen this man deal with angry and reasonable customers and his professional demeanor did not waiver. Always a pleasant experience with Manny working.
Not well managed. Visited on lunch hour. They were out of salad dressing and veggies. Two employees cleaning out and restocking drink area making it difficult to get drinks, forks, napkins, and hot sauce between 12:15 to 12:45. This should have been taken care before the lunch hour rush.
First off soon as you walk in The place is extremely music and people were loud and when we approached the food preparers we had to yell to place our order and they acted like they didn't know how to even make the food and when we asked for a large chicken quesadilla they said they're not authorized or allowed to make large chicken quesadillas its online ordering only but the day before they made them no problem so we are forced getting small quesadillas and we were having to yell so much to place our order they didn't even get it right it's unfortunately as a second time customer we will likely not go back to this location nor will we recommend it to anybody this is very unfortunate because the place has GMO free food. Definitely would recommend a main manager check this location.
I absolutely hate going to this establishment. I always feel rushed and when you ask for extra rice and beans, the workers act as if they're giving it from their own personal rations. The CEO of the company said you can ask for extras with no problem, but obviously the overzealous employees feel differently.
This evening October 11, 2025 I ordered three hardshell tacos. This is my usual go to meal that I really enjoy . watching this girl prepare my tacos and she’s being really skimpy with the meat. I actually said something, I commented “what’s wrong, you don’t want me to have it” she looked at me with attitude. Continued to build my tacos with the ingredients I want and now I’m home eating them and I wish I said more because it seems like I got vegetarian tacos. I pride myself on not being “that guy “ when I’m in line . this evening, I wish I had. Disappointed.
First time I’ve been scammed by chipotle. Maybe just this one. There’s 4 strands of lettuce on this- not to mention the bowl is half the size it normally is. Got this around 4 pm on Feb 5.
When I went in yesterday, the server was sneezing repeatedly into her elbow as she took my order and began to prepare it. They are always out of basic menu items like chicken and corn salsa, and the employees always seem to have a bad attitude whether it’s super busy or completely empty in there. The dining room and tables are always dirty and the trash is always overflowing. While this is by far the most convenient location for me to go to, after so many bad experiences I will be going to Glenville from now on.
What has happened?! We got "dinner" - if you can call the skimpy portions of food we got today a meal. 3 or 4 small pieces of chicken in a taco with barely any toppings. The pork taco meat tasted off. My husband has gone to make himself a peanut butter sandwich! After so many years eating at Chipotle, we have witnessed a steady decline, which today hit rock bottom. We won't be back.
Worker are keep talking each other . Nonstop talking while they preparing food .. must spite goes to food also .. Doesn’t pay attention to customers. Their dress looks very dirty.
I rarely make reviews, But after this evening, I had ordered a bowl, and the girl was very stingy with the chicken in which I asked if I could have more because she gave me a serving size of what a kid would eat lol, And with an attitude, she said that that would be a double charge and she made sure to say that loud to the person at the register. Was rushing my whole order no smile almost like we’re bothering them. It almost seems like every time I come I notice that majority of the employees don’t really care. The garbage was very full. The utensils were not stocked most of the time. I normally have to go up to ask for a work so if I have to drive to the Glenville location, I will I have no problem. Trained on on customer service very disappointing…
I was asked to randomly review this place even though I’ve never been there. it seems like the reviews here are horrible just like the one in Glenville. so for the Glenville store ordered food for three people. It came cold. I guess we put the delivery in too early and they decided to make it early and it was basically cold when we got it. ordered another time ordered burritos and I don’t know what to say. The burritos were 4 inches long and maybe 3 inches high and it looked like it was shriveled up like a I can’t even say it 🙄 this chain needs to get their crap together or just close their doors and I will make my own burrito or go to Taco Bell
Ordered a single burrito and yet again received someone else's burrito in my bag with my name. Drove all the way back to get my order fixed and the 3 people behind the counter argued for a few minutes about it being the wrong order. Remade the order with missing items because they were "out". Please hire better employees for this location who can read an order and fill it properly and say sorry when they make a mistake.
Employees always seem miserable here. Had to pay for double protein because the first scoop of chicken had literally 11pieces of chicken in the bowl. This has been a consistent trend here for a while. I’ll just drive the extra 15 minutes to the Latham location going forward.
This chipotle is very bad, and the staff are miserable and unmotivated and rude. This location about a year ago was run better but now its awful. They always run out of food or its dry and been left out too long. I ordered a steak burrito with white rice lrg chips, nothing out of the ordinary. I came home and took a bite and the rice was hard as a rock...ruined my meal and my appetite 22 bucks down the drain. Other times I've visited and waited in line just to find out they have no steak or chicken. This chipotle is just ran very poorly, my advice visit another location.
genuinely go out of your way for a different chipotle, i’ve tried this place several times because i love chipotle but this place is the absolute worst. The food tastes terrible and is always cold. Don’t try to go there for dinner , 7:30 ish and they had burnt cold chicken and mush all mixed together for salsa.me and my boyfriend were the only customers there was three employees just standing off to the side talking to eachother while we waited, finally another employee came around from the back to take our order. I knew as he was making my food it was not going to be the best chipotle burrito i’ve ever had but i was not prepared for how bad it was. after he sloped on the green corn covered mush that was supposed to be salsa verde i couldn’t look at the atrocity of a burrito anymore so i glanced up and the cashier goes “is that all” and maybe it’s just because if my experience thus far but i felt like i ruined her night by having to pay for the food i had just ordered, mind you my boyfriend had not even started ordering yet because no one wanted to help the guy on the line when there was like 5 employees . we pay and finally get to leave and when i get home i accepted the sad truth that i had just worked a 10 hour shift to waste 45 minutes and $28 for the worst burrito over ever had . it was literally in half like half rice and half the rest of the ingredients so after a few bites i dumped it mixed it up and refolded it ( used to work at a chipotle so folding skills really came in handy lol) and unfortunately.. there was no saving it. never going back. close it already i mean look at these reviews 😭
Rude server who hurries you along and just dashes the food without any regard. They sometimes close early so you don't get to order anything. The staff offers no suggestions or recommendations, hardly smiles and it feels like none of them wants to work there. The price is a little steep for the amount of food you get and if you take additional stuff that goes separate into the bowl, it counts as sides. It tastes good but I'd rather go to another friendlier location.
The only bright spot was the young man greeting and taking our order. Totally disgusting tables. Trash not empty. No ice. No fountain drinks in a few options. Way too many supposedly working standing around doing nothing. Cashier appeared to need to count in his fingers for change. This Chipotle has gone down hill. I won’t go back. I’m going to Glenvile
I ordered a salad with chicken. It was awful. I found a piece of metal in my food, the chicken was old and dry and the lettuce was frozen. When I walked into the restaurant it was dirty, food and trash on the floor behind the counter and empty pans all over. All of the protein options were empty Chicken was the only choice. Everyone seemed uninterested in helping the only customer in the store. The place was very unorganized and could possibly use better management.
UPDATE : 2/10/25 Just got my food and I’m beyond disgusted and disappointed. They were out of a lot of veggies and lied to me when they said they were out when they “checked in the back” … a few seconds of checking out I see the same lady go back and bring out 3 more refills of the items I requested for my bowl… seriously needs new management because the current one is messing up the business . Couldn’t even finish my food and even bought my own corn … 9pm and no corn, guacamole or lettuce … rice was old and hard. Bullshit ! UPDATE : went in today for another try @ 8-9pm today (JAN 15 2023) and my veggie bowls were sooooo gooood !!! The new girl at the front tonight gave us great service and gave great portions !!! If she’s there, will be back !
Been here many times, always super respectful but employees always give off a very negative attitude. Portion sizes are usually pretty small. I had a screw in my food that I could’ve swallowed or even broke a tooth on and the manager on duty told me that he wasn’t able to do more than refund the one bowl that had the screw in it. Kind of ridiculous because who would want to finish their food after that.
