The chicken was good, but this time the portion was a bit small. Whenever I order chicken tenders and fries, they never have them. They should turn on the fryer earlier if they want to sell the product. I always go between 1 and 2 pm, and they say the tenders will be ready later. Poor organization.

Terrible! This is the first time I've ever been dissatisfied. The chicken was dry and burnt, the tortillas were hard and, of course, cold, and the salsa was incredibly spicy—it was inedible. I called to complain, but they never win. It's not the place; the customer is always right. I used to buy there regularly and recommend it, but now they've lost me as a customer. I'm never buying there again, and I told them so, but they didn't care.
