I usually get small cheeseburgers but was in the mood for a bigger burger with the works. I got the Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe. It was very delicious and put together well. Minus 1 start for ketchup packets that you have to squeeze onto your tray placemat. I prefer the pumps with paper cups.

I have nothing to complain about the food but it's literally EVERY time we go through the drive thru we have to park and wait an additional 10-15 minutes.

Breakfast was decent, ordered 3 big breakfast plates. The muffins were a bit over baked with burnt edges. Ordered 2 iced vanilla coffee without ice and came in two different colors one dark brown and the other one light brown. We questioned about the color of the coffee and was told it is because we requested without ice. Well, it tasted like water with a hint of coffee flavor (Why do they make this option available then?). We took it back and had them make it with ice, was better but it was 2/3 cup of full ice cubes. Not a very good experience.

Do they not know how to assemble? After reading the reviews seems this all too common. This is why everyone laughed when they said the deserve a higher wage. They can't even complete the simple task they are there to do.

What is the point of preordering with the app if you still have to wait 10-15 mins for your order? I even pressed "im already here" in the app when I leave home and I still have to wait. Also, check your order, they frequently get things wrong either by missing things or giving you the wrong order. When you bring it up, they treat you in a very condescending manner.

I'm a local and every time I come to this McDonald's. It is never satisfactory. It's a great location with a great atmosphere They always have something wrong with their food. As far as the prep and quality I had four breakfast sandwiches and every one of the mcmuffins were hard to bite through without hurting your gums or the roof of your mouth.Because the bread was so hard around the outside.It was ridiculous.I didn't even finish what I had paid for and walked out. Given more than plenty of opportunities to redeem, my better opinion.But I will take my business further up the road. Idk how over the years this place is still operational

I visited McDonald’s and store was absolutely horrible. I placed an order sat down. They proceeded to take my order to somebody else which he opened the order up and then he explained to them that that has not ordered. They took it back and then tried to reserve the order back to me after the other patron already touched the burger. I cannot believe that that is appalling. That this restaurant will try to reserve food after somebody else has touched it. To add, they didn’t even do anything to even try to fix the ordeal I guess this is what you get for paying $20 an hour for just garbage that they try to reserve your food as somebody else is touched

Just ridiculous how you can sit in the drive thru for 15 plus minutes to start. Then getting home and have the order be wrong. Almost everytime the food is wrong or the order is missing something.

They literally charge you for sauce just to not even give it to you. . . Stingy weirdos. I don’t care if it’s policy, policy is also giving the customers what they paid for. How am I supposed to eat fries with no ranch?? And nuggets without bbq is insane.

They had me pull up to the parking spot to wait from the drive through. All I ordered were 20 nuggets and 2 fries. After 10 minutes someone came out and tried to give me the wrong order. No apology or sense of urgency. After 18 minutes I called and they had forgotten my order. Finally got my order after over 20 mins. No apology again. I called the manager (I know I know) and all she told me was oh we are short staffed I already talked to them. Then when I was talking she straight up hung up on me. I was kind and calm on the phone call. Clearly they don't care about their customers at all. I'm know running late to work since it took almost 30 minutes just to go to mcdonalds.
